Sending document back through sentry

(Adobe Central 5.5 on iSeries)
I have found that in order to resend a spooled file back through a sentry and have it print again, I have to first clear the log files. Is there some trigger that keeps track of printed documents in the log file? If so, is there any other way around this as users in the field may have to reprint documents (warehouse picks and packing slips that can only be created once with a batch job). The verbosity level is at 0 in the jfserver.ini file.
I do not want to give them access to clear the log files.

Try copying the message to memo pad on Outlook, synchronize with your BBH and then copy to email.

Requirement: I have 3 groups 1.requestors 2. Approvers 3. Vendors.
In Requestor group, there are so many Requestors and every Requestor logged in to subsite and create a new document in the same DocHub. But No Requestor can see documents created by others. ie, Requestor can see his own documents not by others created.
How to implement this. Is UserProfile service useful here or any other?
Finally , when Requestor click on save button then I have to send the particular document to Approvers group for approve/rejection.
Can you please suggest me that how to send the document to others through Designer workflows.?

By OOB option, we cannot send documents as attachment via workflow.

How do i sign a document sent in a email and then email the document back to sender?
How do a sign a document I received in an email, an then email signed document back to the sender?
The hard way is to print out the document, sign it, then scan it to a PDF, and finally email it back.
The easy way is to first scan in your signature. Then you can open a received document, paste in your signature, and return it via email.
In my case I made several signatures on a blank sheet of paper, scanned in the sheet, then used Graphic Converter to select the best exemplar and saved it to a separate file as a JPEG image. When I receive emailed documents requiring a signature I have them sent as PDFs. I then use a third-party application, PDFPenPro, to edit the PDF and to paste in my signature. I save the edited PDF and return it via email. -
Onsite Scanner Unable To Send Documents Through Exchange 2007 Server (SBS 2008)
I have an SBS 2008 server complete with Exchange 2007 in house and have configured Exchange 2007 to use the Exchange Online Protection (EOP) to process mail for malware, etc. This setup has worked great for the last year or so with no issues.
However, all of a sudden in the last couple of weeks our onsite copier can no longer send documents through email to anyone within the organization. The copier is a Kyocera TaskAlfa 3050CI and exists with the same network. The copier can scan
to a network folder without issue.
If I change the SMTP settings to use a gmail account instead of a local account I can send mail to outside email address. Even with this changed though I still can't send to our domain addresses.
I tried running a message trace from the Exchange Management Console but it doesn't find anything for hte given subject or date/time when I scanned the document.
I am not exactly sure what I should be checking or what piece of the puzzle is causing the problem here. Any ideas on what might be happening or how to correct it?

Based on your description, it seems that only the copier can’t send documents via emails. On your SBS 2008
environment, please check if some user accounts encounter the similar issue. In other words, did users also can’t send emails attached with documents? If the email was attached with a small size document, will the same result?
In addition, can find any relevant error or events?

When I try to send a document out through my e-mail, it does not open for me to send e-mail. This was never a problem it seems until last Pages update. What do you recommend?

So in this instance, whilst the standard template is delivered, you do need to configure an additional step in this case using "created" rather than "changed" to trigger the additional workflow needed in addition to the steps delivered inside the
workflow template.

Sending documents in Acrobat to get filled and receiving them back so you can read them
I send out a RFP to potential web clients that is created in Acrobat - they can fill it out, check boxes... However when they send it back, it's in an XML format I can't read. Please advise on what I need to do to get the form back so I can read it.

Sorry first time I have posted so if I have got this wrong I apoligise.
Hi, I have produced a letter on pages and saved this. Then I needed to send another letter to the same person and overtyped the original. I thought I was saving a version so would have both. It seems that the original is no longer there and the second one has saved in its place. Is there any way I can retrieve the original. I did not have timetravel installed, but do now.W,
Assuming that you began your editing session by saving your work somewhere, you should be able to scroll back through your document in roughly 10-minute intervals, or less if you saved a version more often than that by typing Command-S, which would be good. Click on the document name and select Browse all Versions.
If, on the other hand, you opened a new document and typed for hours without ever giving your document a name and storage location and then overwrote it, you may be out of luck. Perhaps someone who knows more about the internals than I will come along and tell you where you could poke about in the file system to look for a temporary file that might contain bits of your work. Otherwise you may have to consider it a lesson learned the hard way.

Im getting message from source system (MQ) for which I need to validate the header details and mandatory field information in XI, if success then send to SAP system through proxy otherwise send the response back to MQ system with batch number or some mandatory fields missing information.
Client not agrees to send this information through alert want to send response to MQ system only.
Please suggest good design option for sending response back. Can we achive this through acknowledgement or how? Please provide suggestive document on the approach suggesting would be grateful

I can't save *new* documents back to SharePoint
I can’t save *new* documents back to SharePoint. We have a SharePoint 2013 development environment, running on Windows Server 2012 and a Windows 7 Client Computer with Office 2010.
Every time I click „new document“, SharePoint opens the corresponding template file in the client application (Word, Excel,…) So far, so good. When i select „Save“, the client application brings up a local save path on the client computer, not the SharePoint
document library.
I did some research and tried many approaches, but none of them worked.
I installed the Desktop Experience Feature on the Windows Server 2012, added the server address to trusted sites, gave the user farm-administrator rights (to make sure it is no security problem) and switched the authentication mode for the web application.

For troubleshooting your issue, you can try to add a registry value to your local registry (on a machine with Office Applications installed through which you are accessing SharePoint sites):
Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.

Error while sending PO output through mail in PDF format - Urgent

Developed program to send sapscript output through mail in pdf format, the program running properly, even function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 returning sy-subrc 0. But the external mail is not going to user lying in SAP outbox with message <b>"Wait for communications service"</b> . SCOT is properly configured, tested mails sending through SAP office.

is the normal status.
If you mean that there are always 4 items queued in SOST regardless of
the cyclic send job, then I have no ideas. I would have thought there
was no way to do that.
when the send job runs it just never
picks them up & sends them, while it picks up many others. The send job
is somehow blind to these; no error message occurs. In this case, I
'delete' them from the queue (in SOST) and then 'undelete' (drop down
menu -> /Go to /Deleted Items) them and then re-queue them. THEN they
actually get picked up & sent when the next cyclic send job executes.

I bought an App last month, doesn't work. consulted the manufacture they sent me to iTunes for refund, reported the problem to iTunes, they sending me back to Manufacturer. Can someone please assist me on this, I need my refund for this non functional App. BSSoft and iTunes Stores do something here, when I go back to report it again, I get an error message stating "...this problem has been reported or too old to report..."

I think you can setup the type of email in Shared office Settings in transaction S016.
There is an option called <Preset document classes>
You choose this pushbutton to branch to the maintenance screen for the document classes that are directly displayed to users in the Business Workplace for selection when they use the Create function. The name under which the documents are displayed can also be maintained.

Word saving documents as binary files- can't send documents as attachments
I've had my Macbook for about 9 months. During the first 6 months, I could send attachments via email perfectly fine. After about 6 months, something happened and the files could no longer be opened after being attached. I tried sending some attachments to myself and found out that the documents were being sent as binary files.
I also backed up my documents onto an external hard drive. When I opened the documents on a Windows computer, the Word documents that I created during the first 6 months could be opened. However, the most recently created documents couldn't be opened by my computer.
I decided to do an erase and install on Saturday. Afterwards, Word was working fine and I was able to send documents as attachments. This morning (Tuesday) I tried to send attachments again and it didn't work! Again, the documents were binary files.
I'm not sure what to do because it was working fine for three days, but now it's not working anymore. I think something must have happened during those three days that corrupted my computer?
Has anyone had a similar problem? Can anyone help?
Sorry I know it was a long post but I wanted to give more information in case it would give some clues. I feel I should add that I've been having quite a few problems with my Macbook, e.g. screen freezing, DMGs not loading properly, getting some pop ups

Also wanted to add that I've had my logicboard replaced recently because of problems such as freezing, so I don't think it should be a hardware problem.Since Word is not an Apple product, you'll get better response if you use a forum dedicated to Microsoft's Mac products such as <http://groups.google.com/groups/dir?sel=33607053> rather than an Apple forum that focuses on compatibility between Macs and Windows.
Be sure to search the forum first in case someone has already had a similar question answered. You'll get your answer faster this way. Post your question in the forum if you don't find anything that helps you -

What you can do to make HTML for Apple Mail is to make it in an HTML editor, open it with Safari use CMD+i - a new mail message will appear in a moment with the web page in the email body.
You can't do any major editing in Mail, you'll have to go back to the HTML file. But it works.
You can also use Copy (from a web page) and then (Edit) Paste as HTML (that what Paste as HTML is for, not for creating HTML email). You can also user Paste as HTML to copy/paste a HTML email you receive or part of a HTML email.
