Sending photos through facebook messenger

I just switched from android to z10. Fine good but have a problem with Facebook app. I can't sent photo through Facebook message. Is there any way? Please help me.

Hello kzelman and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
What version of the BlackBerry messenger is your contact using? What version are you using? Options -> Applications and then Add  On OR Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications should show the version number.
If they send you a picture are you able to preview it or are you prompted to save it first?
If your contact is not using the newest version of the BlackBerry Messenger, if their device will support the upgrade, have them download the new version and see if they can preview the picture.
They can download the new version through AppWorld or from http://www.blackberry.com/messenger on the device browser.
Thanks and have a great day!

I have difficulty sending photos through iPhoto 11 often get a connection error.  When I go to my email and copy the photos in email the emails go out right away and never seem to have a connection problem?  Why did they cahnge the process for sending photos form iphoto?

It is an addition option some people like and other do not (I do not)  --  to use it as always is trivial - in the iPhoto preferences set Apple Mail as the e-mail client

  • I can't send photos through iChat/Messages?

Hello! I have a MacBook Pro and I can't seem to send photos through iChat to my friends. I am able to receive photos, though. I can drag a photo into the message box and I can click send and it looks as if I've successfully sent the photo. However, after a few seconds, the message bubble becomes blank and a picture is no longer there and my friend tells me she can't see anything. I've updated to Mountain Lion but I still can't send photos through Messages. Does anyone have any idea why? Thank you in advance!

    Hi,
The Messages app in Mountain Lion is a fusion of iChat (which uses AIM Screen Names and Jabber IDs to create Buddy Lists) and iMessages from the iOS side of things.
iMessages can be sent if you register your Apple ID for iMessages when opening Messages for the first time.
The same Apple ID is then used on your iOS devices (iPads, iPhones and some iPod Touch devices) so that you can sync the conversations you are having.
iChat is /was an app in Lion and earlier Mac OS version that could join the AIM or Jabber Service (And the Yahoo service in iChat 6 in Lion).
In those versions Buddy List were displayed by default.
In Messages the default is to display any Non iMessage Accounts (Seen in Messages Menu > Preferences > Accounts.) as one list, which can be brought to the front by the Keystrokes CMD + 1 keys together (See Window Menu)
You can separate the Buddy lists by going to Message Menu > Preferences > General section and unticking the items that say about gathering accounts into one list.
    Uploaded with Skitch!
This changes the Window Menu to then list all the Buddy lists, each with their own CMD + #
    Uploaded with Skitch!
As you can see I have an Account callled Google talk (And another that logs in to Jabber.me)
The Names shown here are what you enter in to the Description field in Messages menu > Preferences > Accounts.
If you enter nothing and have one account that logs in to AIM and another that logs in to Google the Account Buddy List window will get titled "AIM Buddy List" and Jabber Buddy List as Google run a Jabber server.
If you have more, like I do, of both sorts then they take on the Screen Name or ID of the account if you don't fill in the Description field.
(The Partially Blocked out one is doing this as it is an AIM registered Name)
If your Apple ID happens to be your Google Mail ID and you have set it up for iMessages it also needs setting up for the "iChat" Google Talk side  (it may be already there if updating from Lion)
However you cannot send iMessages to your Google Buddies or vice versa - sending IMs from your Google Buddy list to Contact's Apple IDs
So make sure the Messages window is saying you are using iMessages if talking to Contacts or your IM account type (or name/ID) if using Buddy lists.
If your Apple ID can also be used with the AIM or Jabber services then double check what you have set up in Messages > Preferences > Accounts and which you ware using.

  • I can't send photos through text on iPhone 4s

It used to be able to send photos through text and now I keep getting the exclaimation point that it did not send. Both my Wifi and Data are working, I tried it through both. Any one else having this problem?

I'm having the same exact problem. I'm using the original iPhone 4 and it refuses to send or recieve picture messages ever since I've upgraded the OS earlier today. The network is fine and theres no problem with the hardware, it just cancels sending the message right after I hit the send button. People who have tried sending me pictures report saying that the massage appears to send just fine on both iPhones and other phone brands, yet it never goes through. It appears there's a bug in the new operating system, and I hope it gets fixed soon. I'm surprised a bug this big went unnoticed.

  • I have tried to send photos through text messaging and it will not send. I thought my iPhone 3 was giving out so I got my iPhone 4 last night and still can't send photos through text message. What is the deal??

Also MMS is supported on a carrier by carrier basis. While mostly every carrier does support ths feature make sure that your carrier allows this functionality.

Are you using Yosemite and not apple's Mail app? Then you may need to set up an app-specific password: See the post below:
Re: I am using iPhoto version 9.6 and I can no longer get an email sent with a photo attached. I get an error message saying the email did not go through because the server did not reply. I can send the photo with Mail. Help!in response to Gary Kissler
This solution is for those of you using 2-step verification for your Apple ID and are using iCloud as the mail server that you are trying to mail photos with.
I too had this issue. The problem in my case occurred because I had setup 2-step authentication for my Apple ID. If you have done this then you will get the error message "the mail server did not recognize your email/password...". To solve the problem go to:
    https://appleid.apple.com
    Click "Manage Your Apple ID"
Verify your identity with the device you selected (if this step does not show up then you have not likely set up 2-step authentication and this is not your solution)
Click Password and Security in the left column
    Click Generate an app-specific password
Enter iPhoto as the name of the app
Copy the password and paste this into the password box in iPhoto where you would normally enter your apple ID (in the mail account section in iPhoto preferences).
    And...voila' (I hope)

  • Can I send photos to Facebook from my iPad?  I haven't found that in the photo apps.

Can I send photos to Facebook from my iPad?  I haven't seen how to do that from the photo apps on the iPad.

There are now well over 400,000 3rd party apps available via the iTunes app store. All should work on the iPad but all are not optimized for the iPad - written for the iPhone and optimized for a smaller screen but will work on the iPad.
You can download apps from the iTunes app store with iTunes on your computer followed by installing the apps on your iPad via the iTunes sync process, or download/install the apps from the App Store app direct on your iPad.

  • How do I send photos to Facebook?

I know this sounds dumb but I just got a new iphone and I don't know how to send photos to Facebook.  Can someone help me?
Also, the tech transferred my contacts from my old phone, (a blackberry) to my new iphone when I bought it but after I got home I noticed that all of my photos weren't transferred and now that that phone has been cut off I'm unable to get my pictures off of it.
Should I just take it back to the store where I bought it and let the tech show me how to do this?

  • Adobe e-mail service - anyone able to send photos to Facebook?

Facebook allows photos to be uploaded via a email address.  None of the photos I send using Adobe E-Mail Service appear to arrive in Facebook.  I am able to use the Adobe E-Mail client to send to other addresses without any problems and I can use other email clients to send to the Facebook address without any problems.  Has anyone been able to get this to work for them?

Try sending the photos to your other email accounts(google, yahoo etc) and see if you get the email. This way we can figure out the cause of the issue.

Do you have the Facebook app from the App Store installed? You should be able to upload photos taken with your iPhone camera to Facebook using that app.

  • Why can't I send photos through Messages anymore?

I just updated my software for the new iTunes and Safari this morning, but now I can't send photos on Messages. The recipient is someone I talk to everyday, he uses an iPhone, and I just successfully sent photos yesterday. Only after this update have I had any problems? I've tried completely closing the application and reopening it, I've tried different file types (JPEG, PNG, GIF) but no luck. I have a MacBook Pro 15" (2012), OS X Version 10.8.5.

There should be a camera button that you press on.  It asks you if you want to use a picture already taken or to take one. Then you upload it on to the message and send.

  • I updated iPhoto to 9.2.1, and now cannot send photos to Facebook. Is there anyway to undo the update, or what else can I do?

I have  Mac OSX (10.4.8). I have updated my iPhoto to 9.2.1, and am unable to publish photos to Facebook. What should I do?

If you have iPhoto 9.2.1 you don't have 10.4.x - iPhoto v9 requires 10.6 minimum.
