When sending a pdf as an attachment I cannot scroll through the pdf. Nor can I look at Outlook 2010

Frequently I create a pdf and then I want to send it. After clicking send and the email pops up I compose the message. However, as I compose it, I have a question requiring me to look at the pdf. However, I can't page through the document because it's locked by Outlook. Also, I can't look at other emails while this message is open.
A workaroud is to save the document in Outlook. Then I can scroll through the pdf or view other emails but I have to go to the drafts folder and reopen the email to edit it.
What I'd really like to see is a way to set the default when sending a pdf in Outlook to have it always send a copy. That way the pdf isn't locked and I don't have to go throught this workaround. I encounter this every day. Isn't there some solution to this?

Edit>Preferences>Email accounts>List of email accounts. Click the drop-down that says "add account" and select Gmail. After adding it, you can go to the account area and change it to default.

How to get data from pdf file and send contents of the pdf file to R/3

Action:
1. Make a pdf forms (interactive form) with inputfield named A_inputfield in the webdynpro application and run the webdynpro application.
2. In the IE, click the save button in the pdf interactive form and save the pdf to local disk,ex: C disk. Close the IE browser.
3. Open the pdf interactive form from the local C disk and type "aaa" to the A_inputfield.
4. I want to save the "aaa" to the R/3 system using webdynpro or using other tools . How can I do it?
First way:
If I use webdynpro application to save the content of the pdf, I don't find a way mapping or binding the content to a context of a view. So I don't think this way is unadvisable.
Second way:
Adding a button "submit" in the pdf forms when create the pdf form. Runing the webdynpro application, save the pdf to local disk,ex: C disk. Opening the pdf interactive form from the local c disk and typing "aaa" to the A_inputfield, click the "submit" button to save the content. Of course, I need to finish the code for clicking "submit" button. But I don't know how to write these codes and where to write these codes. Do you give me some advise ?

Why does my Apple TV on 5.2.1 not send audio through the optical cable to my ONKYO receiver?

So I have my ATV hooked up to my tv through the HDMI cable because when I try do it it through my AV Receiver tx-ar608 from ONKYO then there is no picture nor any audio. The receiver works fine with anything else (e.g. bluray player, wii, playstation, laptop). To answer some questions that might pop up, yes I am very sure I am on the right channel and yes, the audio settings of the AVR are compatible with the ones of ATV. Now I can plug my HDMI cable into my tv and get some sound but as its only the tv speakers its pretty crap and i bought my ATV mainly to listen to music from my library. I tried to connedt my ATV with a digital audio cable and I can see the red light and it is plugged into the right socket and it is on the right setting and channel (games) but there is no audio from the receiver but only from the tv... Please help me with this.

Is there a difference to load the new software with usb / Itunes ? Will Itunes find automatically the new apple TV update 5.0 (we talk about the latest and newest update with the different user surface)
If "my" itunes won´t find the new software update, is the are chance or possibility to install the downloaded version, which i found in the internet. It is the version 1_5.0_9B179b_Restore.ipsw (487 MB size)? How will i get this version into Itunes?

SAP BPC MS - Send email through the implementation of a package

I want to know if there is a way to create a package to send emails.
I need to put a step in a custom menu that sends an email to notify users.
I thought to do this via package execution. Maybe there is another way.

I am not aware of any way to use Data Manager packages to send email, unless the email content and execution happens in SQL. A SQL Mail command is something that could possibly be stored in a DM package, but that SQL feature is being phased out by Microsoft. Another potential option is to build a mail macro into the Excel workbooks. But there is no programmatic way in BPC to send mail like this as far as I know.

SUS Vendor sending information through the portal

I have some questions, which I think are causing some of our issue;
1. When I change a PO in R/3 should the otuput message be a change or should I delete that one and create one as if it was the first time I was sending the PO to send it to SUS?
2. I created a PO with one line item in R/3 and send it to SUS, now it is on "process" status, then I added a line in R/3 and send it to SUS, but when it goes to SUS there are no buttons available to process that second line item. I have one line item in process and the second one as New the vendor cannot do anything with it.
I would really appreciate your help on these SUS questions.

1. In MM-SUS scnenario, we configure same output type for ORDERS (new document) & ORDCHG
(document change). Depending on output type configuration, program will identify and assign an output
type to PO and only change will be send to SRM automatically.
We define it in SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Messages > Output control > Message types > Define message types for Purchase Order
2. The second issue seems to be a message mapping problem in XI.

Get a priority mail Box from US Postal Service, finish filling in the void with Styrafoam Peanuts. Make sure everything is tight and doesn't wiggle or move around in the box.

How to generate PDF using FDF file and the PDF form template (PHP)

I'm really sorry that I couldn't follow all the valuable discussions going on here, regularly. I need some immediate help.
I NEED A PHP SOLUTION. I'm able to generate FDF files using the PDF Form Template in PHP. So, I have a collection of FDF files, which seeks the PDF template, while opened and populates the template with FDF data. Now if I need to save this PDF file, I have to do it manually clicking SAVE option. But, I need to convert FDF to PDF in bulk. So, I need some PHP based solution. The PHP script takes the PDF template and the FDF file and merges them to generate a complete populated PDF file. I know it's possible, but don't know how. I've seen Adobe FDF Toolkit. But by default it doesn't show any guideline for PHP. Please help me to write this code. I'm a professional coder. I can understand your hints and tutorials. PLEASE HELP GOOD PEOPLE.

The only reason I am responding to this post is because the poster sent me a request through the forum message system asking for my help.
Although I did populate PDFs with FDF data generated by web forms a year or so ago, I have since abandoned that kind of solution. It was a big headache. I found it far more stable and flexible to use html, php and css to populate forms that are almost as nice looking as PDFs.
So my advice is, if you can possibly avoid going the FDF/PDF route, you will be better off.

Depends on how you want to handle it.
If you want to send an email from the User's email program, you can execute a simple http request to "mailto:[email protected]" from within the applet by calling
Applet.getAppletContext().showDocument("mailto:[email protected]")This will cause an email window to pop up using the user's email client.
However, if you want to send email from within your program directly then you get into an area that is a little more complicated.
First you would be using the javax.mail API. http://java.sun.com/products/javamail
The problem you would have with this is that as an Applet you can only connect back to the server from which you came. So that server MUST have an SMTP process running on it. Otherwise you cannot send mail out since an Applet is not allowed to contact any other server other than it's own.
If that security restriction is not a problem, then the example code at http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/onlineTraining/JavaMail/ should do everything you need.

DHCP requests through ASA

Hi ,
I have ASA5585 in routed mode (Check the attached diagram) , and my DHCP client on the inside , while the DHCP server is on the outside.
I know that ASA can be configured as a DHCP relay , but there is a condition
“DHCP clients must be directly connected to the ASA and cannot send requests through another relay agent or a router”
Is this means that the setup in the attached diagram cannot work ?
Is there any other way to make it work , without changing the ASA to transparent mode?

I think the text above refers to a situation where you are actually using the ASA to Relay DHCP messages.
You couldnt therefore use the ASA to relay DHCP messages that were relayed by another device behind the ASA. Though I dont know why the DHCP messages would need to be relayed twice.
But as we can see in this case the L3 Switch is the device that handles the relay of DHCP messages to the actual DHCP server and the ASA doesnt have to do anything related to DHCP other than pass the unicast UDP traffic. Therefore you wouldnt be confiuring any DHCP related settings on the ASA and the above quote/limitation wouldnt apply to your setup
So it seems to me that you can leave out all the DHCP/DHCP relay configurations from the ASA and just allow the traffic originating from the L3 Switch
I might be able to lab this for you at some point at my home network if needed (Though naturally with different ASA model). Though I think we have several environments at work already that use an ASA5585-X (multiple context mode) where the customer Router uses "ip helper-address" to relay DHCP messages to a DHCP server located on a DMZ inteface of the ASA context.

How are you creating OIMClient ?
