Sending submitted pdf with notification
Hi we only need to get submitted pdf forms for us to process and it is a real pain to have to go and download them one by one. I have set up the notify me if we have a form. Is there anyway it could send that form directly to me with the notification?

Heinthat depends on the mail client of your email recipient. There is nothing you can control on the sender end. For example, Mail will display pdf attachments inline automatically.

Can I send a PDF with the email notification?
I paid for the $0.99 basic subscription to try out FormsCentral since there is no free trial. My organization would like to have the completed PDFs included in the Notifications, and I can't seem to find a way to do that. Is this possible?

Send PDF as document fails on Adobe Reader on Ubuntu Linux 12.04 LTS. Send Link works.
Its all working now! Clean install No migration. That was the ticket for me. All anomalies are Gone!!

How do I send a PDF with a file name rather than seeing the entire file in the e-mail?
Compress it and add the compressed file as an enclosure.
For example, control (right) click on the desired pdf in the Finder to bring up the Finder's contextual menu and then select Compress. It will make a .zip file of the pdf (it doesn't change the pdf). Then drag the .zip to the mail message. The receiver will get the .zip and they can expand it back to the .pdf on their end (if it's a mac then they can just double click the .zip to expand it). -
PDF with Chinese text is unreadable?

Ive tried the language packs but they don't help.
We have a chinese client who sends us PDFs with Chinese and English text in them, but the fonts are all messed up? It is unreadable because all the text appears to have really thick bolding, and the characters are spaced too close to each other.
Is this a bug, or am I missing a simple preference setting to fix this?
We have (ashamed to say!) tried opening the PDFs in another PDF reader application (I wont mention names!) and it displays just fine?

AlanWhat I would try in your situation is Adobe Reader 9 with the corresponding font packs.
Uninstall the current reader and all font packs, then download and install the newest reader, with the font packs mentioned in this post http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.59b5b05b -

I notice we can choose to have data submitted but we need the pdf form. and it is very time consuming for us to log on and download each form when we can get up to 50 a day.

What I understood is that you are taking your FormsCentral PDF with a FormsCentral Submit button that sends the data to FormsCentral, and you are modifying that PDF in Acrobat adding an additional button for users to click on which when clicked attaches the PDF to an email to you. With this modification you end up with a PDF that has two submit buttons which you stated was confusing for the user...
I have tested combining both of those buttons into one (and included instruction to the user that it will do two things). I edited the FormsCentral Submit button and added an additional action to the button for the attach PDF to Email. This modified single button does both, creates an email in the default email client with the form attached, and submits the form data to FormsCentral.
That may or may not be useful to you but I wanted to make sure at least that I have explained it more clearly.

I cannot send a Pages document, Word via email if the doc contains a picture. If I email a Pages doc without a pic in Word format or pdf with a pic it with go through to sender? Not sure why Pages won't send Word doc with a picture in it. I check the security on the email recipient and the email doesn't get blocked or throw in the junk box?

drainguy41If you have upgraded to Mountain Lion, Save As… has returned to the File menu when you hold down the Option/alt key. But you don't really "save" as other file types, you translate & export as Word or RTF or text or PDF & that is easily done by going to File > Export or Share > Export.
Also, please do us all a favor & don't use all capitals in your posts, either the body of the post or the title. All caps is the internet equivalent of shouting & is very hard to read. -

2. Generate PDF.
3. Send an Email With PDF as attachment.
As i have gone through many forums for this topic, but creating a plugin code for generating Report PDF is not possible in CRM ONLINE.

Filling up a pdf form which I received as email. I opened it on my adobe reader 11 and filled up the highlighted fields. Yet when I click on the send via mail it says changes will not be included. How do I send the form with changes?
The add annotations field shows as not allowed in the security options. So how do I send this form back with the changes??I think you you need to click 'save' first, then it is saved to acrobat, where it will prompt to send.
