Hi ,
I am trying to send the interactive adobe form as non-interactive form through email.The interactive form size is very large because of the interactivity.
Can anybody suggest how to do this.

I need to send the email while submiting the form.So when and how i will be mapping each data node /attibutes of the main form with the intermediate form.My interactive form is of 30 pages and it may grow upto 40 pages.My response is with the to the main form where i am showing the success message.

How to send the Adobe page as external mail attachment from webdynpro automatically (for example: If I input the data for sales order in a view and created the sales order, if the sales order is created then have to place the created sales order number and the some details in a adobe form and should send as external mail and have to specifying the body as "Sales order created and details can be found in the attached adobe form" from webdynpro).

Question on the Adobe Captivate 6.x Google LMS Widget With Email Reporting

Im looking to use the Adobe Captivate 6.x Google LMS Widget With Email Reporting to collect quiz answers and results but due to security issues I would like to put the results directly into a databse and not into google.
Does anyone have any experience in doing this and if so how what do I have to change to get the widget to send the results to the database.

Email reporting has been removed in Captivate 6 out-of-the-box, though it can be achieved using a widget.

If you simply want to send the exact same message to everyone in your address book with emails ending in "@whatever.com", you can do the following:
Create an email with subject, message and attachments but no addresses
Open Address Book, All Contacts
Search in Address Book for @whatever.com
Select the results and drag them into the To: or Bcc: field of the email. If Bcc: then put your email address in the To: field.
Send the email
This will not personalize the emails (such as with "Dear firstname:" at the top of the message) but it will let you send an idential message to everyone who meets your criteria.

the Interactive Form UI element has a property..."Enabled"
true->interactive
false->non-interactive
bind this property to a context attribute of type....boolean.
whenever you want to make the interactive form... non-interactive.... just set the bound context attribute to "false".

Send the adobe form through webservices

Hello all,
i have a requirement in adobe form. When i click on submit button the total pdf form have to be sent through webservices and update as a string in a SAP ztable. so that i can retrieve the string and convert it into pdf again and reuse it.
can anyone suggest, is it possible to do. Please suggest if anyone already worked on this scenario before or like.

I think we cannot hide a page. as in, page is the main container. In a container, we can hide any field using some scripting. Even though if we hide the field, it is present on page but not visible.
but if some logic is there, please let me know.

Sending the adobe form to SAP inbox with data (on submit action)

I am fectching the data from the database table in WDDOINIT method and displaying it on the form. Now my requirement is that, on the action SUBMIT, I have to send this Form to SAP user inbox.
I wrote a code to send the form as pdf attachment by giving the form name.. but the data are not passed. only the form goes to the sap inbox.
My question is, how to send the form as pdf attachment with the data that are fetched...?

Change interactive pdf to non-interactive pdf

Hi
I have a requirement where by I need to take an existing interactive pdf and convert it into a non-interactive pdf. I'm using LiveCycle Forms 7.2.
I know Forms can render both types of pdf's is it posible to render the form by value and not reference, what I mean is is it posisble to pass the existing pdf as a parameter in the renderForm() method and Form Server just creates a non-interactive version of the form?

You can render a form design that was created in LiveCycle Designer and saved as a PDF or an XDP file. Set
the renderForm methods sFormPreference parameter to one of the following values:
● PDFFormRenders the form as an interactive PDF document.
● PDFRenders the forms as a non-interactive PDF document.
● PDFMergeMerges data into a prerendered PDF form.

Lots of free file hosters out there. Mediafire.com as an example. Upload a file there, copy and paste the download link you are given into your email to the client, then delete it as soon as the client successfully downloads it. Mediafire has 10 gb storage for free accounts.
Email is limited to 10 MB on attachments. So that's where file hosting comes in.
