Sent email addresses showing up as new address book contacts
Since I went to iCloud, every address I've sent an email to is showing up as a new contact in Address Book. How can I stop this? Thanksl

None of my sent emails are showing up inthe sent mail folder...just started happening a few days ago...OS update the cause perhaps??
Check your settings in your email account. Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars - tap on your email account and make sure that all of the settings are as they should be.
If all of the settings are correct - Then try the basics and see if they help with this.
Restart the iPad by holding down onthe sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. Topower up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of thebutton.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons atthe same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore thered slider - let go of the buttons.
Quit Mail and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button.Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar willappear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and holddown on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in theupper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad byholding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide toshut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears andlet go of the button. -
Sent emails not showing the right body of the email!

For the last 4 days, my sent emails are mixed up. When I click on a sent email it shows me the body of an email sent 3-4 years ago. This only happens for emails I have been sending for the last 3 days. How can I fix this?Hi Nikhil,

My older mac book pro and iMac are both running 10.6.8 and both have started running safari and email VERY slowly. My new mac book pro running 10.9 is having no issues. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?
No noticeable speed differences running the four latest OSs on my machine.

How to replicate the old address communication data into new address commun

In SAP R/3 4.7
T.code: BP or FPP1
Business partner have address with telephone, fax and email details, now I want to add another (new) address with same telephone number, fax and email with out copy and paste.
When I click u2018createu2019 on address overview screen, the existed telephone number, fax and email fields data should be popup or appear in same filed in the new address screen.
May i know standard sap user exit, BADI or BAPI.

Venkat.Open the newly created address book. Click on one contact to select it. Hit control+a to select them all. Drag and drop them on the personal Address Book folder to move them there.

Error 'Invalid address style' when create new address Legal Entity R12
Hi,
Did somebody had the same problem like i do.
I am trying to create a new dutch address for a new legal entity in Oracle R12.1.1 Vision, but however hard i trying to do so i always received the error message 'Invalid Address Style' and i filled in all the required field.
When i tested with the country 'US' or 'Australia' is could create a new address without any problem.
I hope you can help me to solve my problem.

You were right, I checked the dff for the address style and activated the once for the countries I needed and now I can create new address for the required countries by using the legal entity configurator.

How can I see my sent emails? I could not see the sent emails on both outlook and iphone. I already changed the IMAP settings to have my sent emails available in the server. Help please.

It is nowhere to be found, it happens with very small emails also, they generally get to the sender then sometimes materialise in my sent box after a few days.
I'm on fibre and unlimited allowances, I forwarded an email I had received this morning and it hung with the progress bar for like 30/40 seconds then indicated with sound it had sent, it's nowhere in my drafts or sent, i sent it again and it performed instantly with the second copy in my sent folder. No sign at all of first mail? its just an irritation I'm always worried it didn't send.

New Server: How do we aim ALL users email accounts to use the new addresses
We have a new server which we are using for mail (incl. smtp), we need to be able to make it so when a user logs in and loads mail (just like they would have done before) it finds their new email account as seamlessly as possible.
In a windows environment (*i know i heard the groan before i said it but thats the system i know*) i know exchange would force all of the new settings through to each user remotely. Does apple have a solution like this or are we really going to have to login as each user and setup their accounts for them. This would take literally weeks.
I'm pretty sure there is a way to do this, but i couldn't find any previous posts about it.... hope this is in the right place edit:now and i will be extremely grateful to anyone who can help me with this issue.
Other Info: Mac OSX server environment with approx 260 Macs on Tiger, Mail version 2.1 and over 900 users. 100 of whom have been transferred manually by setting the accounts up and entering settings in each of the users mail applications. each user is using roaming profiles so when it's done once it's done over the entire network.Thanks for the feedback am trying to work on a script now but can't get enough info about applescript, There is a setting in workgroup manager which says email when it is activated and we type in the users email address it should be feeding through from the next logon. This isnt the case for some reason.
All mail is backed up and ready to reinstate if necessary, our other problem with documentation or any kind of user input is that we are a primary school with an entirely MAC network with only two technical support and i was based from a windows background...... *** to be us at the moment. lol
If this was exchange we'd just link to Active directory and be done with it.......

Change email address on printer to new address after moving.
HP Officejet Pro 8500A, Model #A910A Printer Product # CM756A
I have moved, have a new email address and I cannot find how to set my email address on the printer.
Using Mac OS Lion. Can print and scan and fax back to computer, but not send an email directly from the printer (with the scanned document attachment) I have gone into the set up countless times to try to change the outgoing email profile via HP Direct digital filing and the web site is constantly blank, goes nowhere., same for setting up HP digital fax. This is being done from the utility set up area in the web embedded server. This is the message I get:

There is nothing here and is just a dead end.It sounds like you are getting the prompt to click OK to be redirected to the HTTPS site, but you are not getting anythign after clicking ok.
You could try refereshing the page until it loads (it may take several tries) or try using a different browser.
The secure section of the EWS is not a true site on the Internet and it has a certficate that isn't really registered since it is not accessible outside of your network. Browsers can have an issue with this sometimes.

BB sent email msgs show as HTML code with Entourage?
All my emails sent from my BB BOLD appear to what I think is HTML code in my "sent" folder in Entourage. When viewing the sent folder on my HP laptop using Outlook the sent msgs appear normal. Anyone have any suggestions for a remedy. So far, APL CARE and Microsoft tech support have no suggestions for a fix. Below my mane is a sample of what a sent msg from my blackberry looks like in Entourage. I deleted some info for privacy purposes.

</html>I would suggest you consult your BB documentation and/or their tech support and see if there's a way to send email as plain text rather than HTML. That would avoid the problem regardless of the email client being used to read the messages.
Alternatively, you could try using Apple Mail (included with Mac OS X) instead of Entourage and see if Mail has better luck rendering the HTML messages your BB is sending. -
Mail grabs other sent emails when I send a new message to someone
I just discovered something really bad happening when I send a message using Apple Mail on Lion. I hope I can explain it correctly.
I have multible accounts in Mail.Don't think that's the problem but, when I click on the "New Message" button up top to write a new message to someone, After I send it, I find when I look in the "Sent" folder that it grabbed different emails that I sent to other email addresses. That *****! I can't find a setting anywhere to stop it form doing that. Anybody have any idea how to stop that from hapening?I was just playing around and it looks like it grabs emails that have the same subject text in the Subject" box. That's just crazy!

Hi All. My sent items are not showing in my sent folder after i have sent an email. They are 100% being sent and received but just not showing on mail on my mac. They are showing on my iphone though.
