Sent emails showing "blue" and in duplicate.

Apologies if this has been asked and answered elswhere, but searched to no avail...
Email set up BES\Outlook (Office365)
One of our Blackberry users travelled abroad this week with his Blackberry.
Whist there, he noticed when sending emails, they were showing twice in his sent box, with one being in blue.
Any suggestions what this is and how it can be changed?

Sent emails not received and now not showing on sent emails list

I've sent two emails to a regular recipient but they do not appear to have been received and they are not showing on my sent emails list. Any suggestions?

I can not find my sent emails on iPad2 and the icon is no longer on the screen.

I have an Ipad2 under accounts I have the icon inbox and under it a trash can but there is not a sent email icon. How can I locate sent emails? On my first Ipad there is a sent icon.

Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account and restarting your router.
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals.

Storing sent email on mac and displaying "to" field

I am trying to transfer my sent email from two accounts to my home computer and store them there, displayed by "to" field like sent folders usually are. Yet when I transfer them to my mac, apple mail only seems able to display them by "from" field.

Kappy is correct that you can't do what you want with POP3 mail. However a workaround I'm thinking about is to use another email account to pull the mail from your Comcast account. Then configure your devices to check that new mail account, which will be IMAP, of course. (I do something similar with my Roadrunner mail.) If you want to, you can leave the Mail settings to still send mail through Comcast's SMTP servers (or whatever you have it set to.) It will just receive mail on the new IMAP server.
The only free email account that I know of offhand that will pull mail and allow for external access is Hotmail. (Yahoo mail will pull POP mail, but you can't access it externally without paying extra. Gmail doesn't seem to have the ability to pull mail from other accounts. Correct me if I'm wrong.) The catch I'm having with Hotmail is that it seems to take a while before everything is synced again. It's likely due to the way my Windows Mobile phone is configured, but it does seem to work if I'm patient.
Technically, Hotmail is not IMAP, but OSX Mail does work with Hotmail so it may be sufficient for you. At the very least it's free so you can try it and not waste $$$ if it doesn't work for you.

Lost 'sent' emails on-line and on Outlook

I had to reinstall my Outlook on 25 October and on loading my email account I noticed that all my sent emails from Feb 2014 until 21 October 2014 have vanished. Incoming emails are all OK. Sent emails not there on-line on BT Mail or on Outlook. Where are they? Can anyone help me find them? Very upset.

This is for Outlook 2010, other versions may be different.
Go to File > Account Settings > Click on the Data file tab and the Add. Browse for the old .PST file and select it. When you go back to the Home tab it should appear in the list. You can then either leave it like that or just drag and drop the required mails into your current Sent box.

no, I only use mac as my incoming and outgoing server.
What I did was un check the draft box in the mail preferences,
and will see if that works. Since I use only the computer for emails
the cloud isnt being used to its max anyway.

Sent email showing in .mac inbox

I searched about this and saw others having issues with Yahoo and Gmail accounts, but didn't see any regarding .Mac.
I send email from the iPhone and it shows up in my inbox on the computer as well as going to the person I sent it to. Why? How do I stop this?

It seems that the Mail prefs on the computer were the problem. Under Accounts>Mailbox Prefs> checked the Store sent messages on the server and this solved the problem.

ICloud emails showing name and email address

Sent email showing as unread mean

In my sent inbox on icloud, it shows 2 unread messages. Does that mean the receivers haven't read the message yet or does that mean I have been blocked?

mail accounts of the type pop3 does not "share" info about if mails have been read on other devices or webmail
only imap and exchange types does that

Why do my sent emails show up in inbox?

I have a gmail account that I use for my iphone email. Everything works fine, except...whenever I send someone an email, a few minutes later I hear the "email chime" and I think "oh good, they just wrote back." However, sitting in my inbox is a copy of the email I just sent to the person. Any ideas why this happens and how I can get this to stop?
I went in to my email settings and "Always Bcc Myself" is OFF.

I'm really sorry, but I'm not sure what a POP account is...I wanted to be able to use the email system built in to iphone so I created a new account online via gmail and then set up the account in my iphone using instructions from a book I bought (the iphone pocket guide).
More importantly, I cannot find the "recent" setting you mention within the email setting on iphone.

Why do my sent emails show in my inbox?

I am using Gmail with the Apple Mail app.
When I select "Inbox" it also shows my sent mail whether it has replies or not.
How can I get the Inbox, Sent, etc selections again?

This has been posted before.
This is a feature of Gmail. Everything you send gets sent back to you so you always have a copy of it on the server, no matter where you send mail from (iphone, mac, pc, etc). For example, with most mail servers, if I send mail via the mail application, the only place I can view it is from that mail app. If I go on a different computer and try to view the mail I sent, it will not be there. This is why gmail sends a copy to the server.
Not sure if you can get rid of it. I just move them into the sent folder.
Try searching the forums, there might be more answers.

Sent email showing up in inbox, BCC not selected

Hi, Recently I've been noticing that my @me emails are showing up in my inbox whenever I send a message even though I have not selected to BCC myself on messages, anyone have any troubleshooting tips, this is really annoying and clogging up my inbox and making conversations hard to track with this happening. Have you checked to make sure you aren't CCing yourself?

HT1430 sent email shows in sent file but does not arrive at destination address
