SEO for iweb..... any suggestions

Having used iweb for a while now and hosting our site through mobileme, I am looking at optimising it and generating some search engine traffic. I have tried iweb Buddy with not much success and was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction. Meta tags and all that stuff are a bit beyond my expertise.
Also would like to build a members sign in area of the site for more sensitive information.

The snowflakes drift (as opposed to simply falling), they also congregate at the bottom of the screen, so I suspect more than a simple gif replacement would be required, and as I've already indicated, I know next to nothing about code.

Any chance someone had it repaired somewhere (i.e. not by Apple) - maybe had the back glass replaced by a 3rd party shop at sometime?
Dose the phone have siri (iPhone 4 would not)? Does the camera have face recognition and panoramo (again, iPhone 4 would not)?
If everything else checks out as iPhone 4s, then I'd guess the back glass was damaged and someone got it replaced.
In order to get it recognized by iTunes, you may need to plug it in and force it into recovery mode, see

I just noticed that one of the restore methods you posted was to put it into Disk Mode First rather than just use the resstore straight off, I Have tried that and seems to have solved the problem, If it has thank you. previously I have only tried just restoring it skipping this extra step. I download iWeb SEO Tool today, but when I click on "Open Site", the sites that I've created with iWeb 09 do not show up. Only the ones that i Created with iWeb 08!! This is driving me nuts. Where are the files for the iweb 09 websites and how do I open them with iweb seo tool????

The data is added to the HTML files using iWeb SEO Tool and can be uploaded from the application.
You can publish your site with the iWeb FTP if you really want to! Then add your data in SEO tool and it will upload the change html files to replace the ones uploaded from iWeb.
I don't use the iWeb FTP as I need to optimize my files for faster download and so that my sites will work in Internet Explorer. To do this I need to publish to a local folder anyway.
As I am converting all my media to flash and have to upload folders of media and assets, I also use an FTP application.
Apart from the inefficient code, the other problems with iWeb built sites downloading slowly, or not at all, are the use of the photos, albums, blog and podcast templates.
Using QuickTime for media limits the number of people who can actually see or here it as many more computers have Adobe Flash installed than QT.

I am looking for the best app for additional templates for Pages for my Mac Computer. I have looked at many different apps but some are really expensive & others are free. Some have no customer rates and some have terrible rates. Does anyone know of any reasonably priced???

In Messages Menu > Preferences > Accounts you should see the iMessage account listed ?
Is the "Enable this Account" box ticked ?
If not will it let you ?
If that does not work what happens when you use the Sign Out button then re-enter your Apple ID details and password ?
In the past I have created @mac.com names to work with iChat
To create more then the linked emails I used to create them I removed the linked email so that I now have some @mac.com names that are not emails and they cannot be verified.
Does this sound similar to your situation ?

From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
If you wish, you may be able to salvage the malfunctioning extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. That will revert its settings to the defaults.

SEO Tool for iWeb HELP

I have used iWeb('09) to publish to the ftp server, ipage.com. I haven't had a problem, until I downloaded the seo tool. Followed all the directions (even added a favicon!), except 2 of my linked sites do not work. They show up in the SEO program, but when I go to publish it, they don't work. I proceeded to publish from iWeb in order to erase what I had done, but still seems to not work. I know there is a "cache" for iWeb, would this have something to do with it?

It is likely that you didn't put the right URL in the URL field when you exported your website in iWeb to a local folder.
I would Publish Your Entire Site from under the File menu in iWeb to a local folder. Open it up in iWeb SEO Tool and then publish your site with iWeb SEO Tool.
It can also be that your directory path is incorrect. Contact your web hosting provider to get the correct root directory path. Only they know what it is.

@Old Toad: Publishing with iWeb SEO Tool to an FTP server should work fine without any problems. Most issues with publishing with iWeb SEO Tool are because of an incorrect directory path. The directory path must be correct and can only be retreived from the user's web hosting provider.
