Seperate itunes from other system sounds

I want to make iTunes play music through
one interface, and system sounds come out
someplace else.
How do I do this?
I have built in speakers, a firewire audio card,
and optical spdif connections available.
I want my Itunes to go through either the firewire
or optical outputs, and have system beeps go
through the built in speaker.
I can't seem to get this to work. I've tried
the audio system preference panel, and the audio
Midi setup application. I'm sure I'm missing something
stupid.
Is there anyway to have itunes sound go though
one interface, and all other sound go through
a different interface? (I think you can do this with an airport express, but, I don't have one of those)

Maybe Detour can do what you want.
It's freeware now and not supported anymore, but it should work on systems with Mac OS 10.2 - 10.4 according to the information here,

i just purchased a file that had videos in it. i put them in the itunes library on my pc where i first downloaded them. i was able to transfer them to my other pc, a laptop, through my home network. i am now trying to get them on my mac pro desktop and my ipad2. my mac pro can see the other computers on my home network but i cannot get it to connect to them. i know the operating systems are different but was hoping i could transfer pictures and files from pc to mac this way. haven't been able to get it to work yet. the videos i am trying to get my mac to see came in a folder with both mac and pc versions. i thought if i got the videos i purchased into itunes that i would then be able to get them to my mac pro and my ipad2. i am new to mac/apple and have always been pc-centric so trying to marry it all has been difficult. i speak pc pretty well but am just learning apple. am i trying to do things that are not possible? i sure could use a knowledgable friendly soul to walk me through my issues of having pc and mac on the same network. i have been able to get all computers and ipad to print on my network. thanks.

Problem with BAPI BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA when calling from other system

Hi All,
I able create new material using the BAPI BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA in development system.
but when i am calling this BAPI from other systems by passing the same values that i used in the development system . system is giving me an error ( in the return statement) saying that material number doesn't exists .
Can any one have some pointers towards this ?

this FM BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA
is used to extend a material to another plant
for that you need to read the original data via BAPI_MATERIAL_GET_DETAIL and then select additional data from MKVE and save it via BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA with table parameter SALESDATA

No, we cannot make the query from other system as a source in APD.
The APD allows you to create analysis processes from the data which resides in your BI system.

I want to pull an *.excel/ *.csv file through ABAP code.The target file that I want to access in my ABAP code is stored into another PC in the same Local area network under some directory say 'c:\temp\credit.csv'.
I have the logon information of the target file's PC.

Displaying sales order from other system

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement of displaying sales order from other system. I will be fetching sales orders through a RFC call and displaying it in an ALV. on clicking of the sales order displayed from the ALV, I need to display it from the other system.
How can I go about this?

you already have answered most part of your question.
- displaying SO from other system through RFC:
create a remote enabled function in that target system. call this FM from your current system. (for RFC calls check this: [RFC help|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/22/0425f2488911d189490000e829fbbd/content.htm]
displaying SO by double clicking in ALV:
--ALV's comes with a event USER_COMMAND. in this event you can pass your subroutine and in your subroutine you can do your coding... take help from sdn searches like :About FM ALV user_command Event

From what the other system ? If the apps were bought from Apple then as long as they are still available in the store and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to buy them then you should be able to re-download them for free. They should also be part of the backup and restore during iOS 5 update

Possibly. Media Go supports a variety of music formats, some of which can be imported in to iTunes and then synced on to an iPhone, however some of its formats cannot be imported in to iTunes.

Furthermore, if some of your music has been bought from an Internet music store it might be procted by DRM. If so it cannot be imported in to iTunes.
To do the importing you would either drag the music files in to iTunes, or tell iTunes to open them. See http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1347

Sales order to be created from Invoice from other system.

We have a unusual requirement and would like to take your guidance in this.
The requirement is as follows:-
Non SAPsystem team will extract the Invoice information details from their system and put a Excel file on File system
SAP team will fetch the data from file system
Conversion from Excel to Idoc format will be a part of SAP system ( IDOC is one indication we can use BAPI etc also )
SAP system will post the converted data and create a sales order in SAP database
In short they want to send invoice related data in excel sheet and want us to :-
Create an Invoice (Invoice print)
Consume a material u2013 (consume stock including shipping although not actually shipping out)
Booking the cost on Expenses and Labor u2013 (cost posting expenses and time)
IMP - Itu2019s not a real time integration
Now we want guidance as to how and what way should we accomodate this in sap. Should we use idoc or BAPI to create sales order or should we use service orders, etc.
Plz guide. If you want more info let us know.

How to publish definitions to agentry server from other system having Agentry editor?

   Now I want to publish the definitions from the editor to the server. i.e, the server is maintained centrally in one host, editor definitions from different systems should published to the server hosted centrally.

Hi Swaroopa,
          When the agentry server is running in one system and the editor in another system, both the systems should be connected in network and the Agentry Server folder should be shared to a group of users who want to access your server.
When the application developing in editor is completed,while publishing click browse button ,then network connections,and select the system in which the agentry server is running,then in server folder select agentry.ini file.
     Now your application is published to another system agentry server .Check the application in ATE.

Use T Code FS15 in the old client/company code and give a file ex 1234.
Note the file and path generated from the message.
Advise your basis team to copy the file in the same path of the required client.
After copying use t code fs16 and generate the GL accounts through Batch input session.
All the GL accounts will be copied in your new server.
