Serial codes even though i have adobe cloud

I has downloaded a trial of Illustrator CS6 a few months ago. I just recently subscribed to adobe cloud thinking i could use this software how ever its asking me a serial code! I dont have one because i downloaded it from adobe cloud

Are you able to convert it using the process described here?

I purchased Acrobat Pro XI online and received a receipt by e-mail. When I went to download it, I was unable to complete the process because I was not provided with a serial number. I followed the instructions to obtain one on the website, however I still could not obtain one! A message immediately pops up indicating I am not recognized. My husband switched from Verizon Fios Cat-5 to a Coax cable for our internet connection between my purchase and my attempt to obtain the serial number. Could this have made the difference? Either way, what do I do? It is extremely frustrating! I need to use the software and I have not been able to for the last two days even though I am paying for it! Please help!

Even though I have Adobe Reader, I can't open my bank stmts. like I used to. What am I doing wrong??

I have been opening my bankstatements online for a long, long, time. All of a sudden, I can't get them to open. All I get is a blank screen with a tiny "x" in the upper left-hand corner. I'm pretty new to computers, so this may be a stupid question, but what am I doing wrong??

I am using Windows 7, IE XI (?), and Adobe reader XI. However, just to let you know, the problem has been solved almost by accident. I happened to mention the problem to a friend who had had a similar problem and been told to us a different browser. She did and her problem was solved. I switched to Google Chrome, and my problem seems to be gone as well. Thanks for your time.

Why can't I open pdf files in my browser even though I have Adobe Reader 9.4.1 downloaded?

This is an irregular problem. Sometimes pdf files open; sometimes not. The message is always that this type of file is not supported by my browser.

Are you saying that Adobe Reader or Preview can't read PDF file that you download? Or, are you saying that you can't display PDF files in your Safari broweer? If the latter, then delete any AdobePDFViewer plugins you find in /Library/Internet Plug-ins/ and restart. That should allow Safari to display PDFs in its window. BTW, that's the worst place to view them. Better to download them and use Adobe Reader or Preview.

You can change the phone number the verification code is sent to from a device or Mac that has your iCloud keychain enabled as follows:
In iOS 8, tap Settings > iCloud > Keychain > Advanced. In iOS 7, tap Settings > iCloud > Account > Keychain. Make sure the phone number under Verification Number is correct. If not, enter another phone number.
In OS X Mavericks v10.9, choose Apple () > System Preferences. Click iCloud, then click Account Details. Make sure the phone number under Verification number is correct. If not, enter another phone number.
If you don't have access to a device or Mac with your iCloud keychain enabled, you'll have to contact Apple support to verify your identity and get assistance making the change: http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/.

there is a lot of info at that link. by checking that link you'll see that serial number only works for the exact product for which it was purchased.
ie, if you purchase acrobat 9 std, you need to use acrobat 9 std installation files, not acrobat 9 pro.

When i try and watch videos on facebook or any other video clips i have, i cant as it brings up a message telling me i need to download the latest message of adobe flash player and adobe, even though i have already got the most upated versions of all adobe programs. I click on the link it supplies to down load the latest verison just to be sure, it come up and downloads as normal and says installation complete, but when i go back in to watch the video clip it just keeps bringing up the same message asking me to download the latest version Please help solve this issue

The problem i am having is that i cannot access any video clips at all on any web page, i have a message that comes up and says i need to download the latest version of adobe flash player, please click link to download, upon clicking on the link it downloads and installs successfully however i am still unable to view any video clips on any webpage and all it does is bring up the same message over and over again even though i have the most updated version of flash player installed. Close the videos app and launch it again.
To close an app, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
if they still don't show up after you launch the app again, try resetting the iPad.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Just to update: Before posting, I tried everything I could find on Flash Player Help | Installation problems | Windows and nothing worked. The flash player stopped working in early November. I know it is some setting somewhere that I need to fix, but I just can't find it. I get a message that "adobe flash player 10 required" but, oddly, I still get sound.
