Just bought the product can't install
Got the numbers and installed Adopbe photoshop elements 12 but the serical # for Premiere Elements doesn't work

Also, Elements programs are not part of the Cloud, and they each have a forum

    What computer operating system is involved here?
    Did you ever install Premiere Elements 11 on your computer?
    If so, then go to the Adobe web site http://www.adobe.com, sign in with your Adobe ID and Password, go to the Search field (top right of the web page) and type in My Products. Follow the My Products link to the list of your registered products. If you find your Adobe Premiere Elements 11 listed there, click on it to reveal the serial number.
    Please let us know the outcome.

    Add On...remember, Adobe will not let you use the purchased activated serial number on more than 2 of your computers (and then, one at a time).

  • HSL Tuner not working Premiere Elements 11

    Hello... After dropping the HSL Tuner onto the selected video clip nothing happens.  If I try to click on hue, saturation or luminance I get no response.  No slidebar - no options whatsoever.  I need to desaturate one color in the video without altering the other colors.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

    Please excuse the basic questions, but I did not want to take anything for granted in trying to help you to resolve your HSL Tuner problem.
    1. After you drag the HSL Tuner Effect into the video clip or screen showing the video clip there, do you then see a HSL Tuner Panel in the Applied Effects Palette after you click on Applied Effect?
    2. If you click on the small triangle to the left of "HSL Tuner" name in the panel so that it faces down, are 3 panels revealed to you, those being,
    Hue
    Saturation
    Luminance
    If then use the small triangle to the left of the name for each, are the sliders for each option visable?
    If no to all of the above, do you find that you get into the same situation with the rest of the effects under Color Correction, such as Split Tone? Are any other Effects similarly affected?
    If so, please try deleting the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file found in the Windows 7 or 8 64 bit path:
    Local Disk C
    Users
    Owner
    AppData
    Roaming
    Adobe
    Premiere Elements
    11.0
    and in the 11.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete.
    Make sure that you are working with Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path.
    Is this issue the type "it worked before but not now" or "it never worked before"?
    If the above does not remedy the situation, we can move on to details of your project, including project settings and properties of your source media as well as computer details.

  • How do I enter the serial number into Adobe Premiere Elements 11?

    I just installed Adobe Premiere Elements 11 because I was not sure if it is supposed to be Adobe Elements 11 or Premiere. Now I need to enter the serial number but do not know how to get to that point after starting the organizer.

    I only installed Premiere Elements, so far, last night.   Sorry to confuse. I could have said it differently I suppose.
    It has an option to install either one. Now; it said enter the serial  or use trial version with a supposed option to then enter the serial number later. But to know how to get to where to do it? I have opened the program several times to look for it and see no place to enter the numbers. I clicked on each of the icons in my searches.
    I found the new serial numbers one to each. I do not know how to get to where to enter one, unless I uninstall then re-install and then put in the new serial number as I set it up. That, I really don't want to do. I was at the page last night, to enter my redemption code then it showed the serial numbers. For each each one.

    I recently bought a new computer that is a Windows unit -- my old laptop was a mac. I went to install my Creative Suite Software, and found that my serial code only works on Macs -- is there a remedy for this??

    Serial numbers are language & platform specific. So, you cannot use Windows serial key on Mac or vice-versa. However, you could get a platform swap done. Not sure, if this is applicable for your old version CS5.5 but it is worth a try. Order product | Platform, language swap

  • CS6 serial doesn't work to install Acrobat X Pro.

    I've created a deployment of Acrobat X Pro with the Adobe Customization Wizard X.  This is because AAMEE doesn't support Acrobat.  Adobe support tells me I need to use my CS6 serial but no matter what I try my CS6 key won't work.  A dedicated, standalone key for Acrobat X Pro works, but not my CS6 key.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Adobe phone support was no help.  Thanks!

    A CS6 serial number will NOT work with the Acrobat Customization Wizard. You were misinformed by Adobe support (If you can PM me a case number, I can ensure that this training need gets addressed with the agent/team in question). Only Acrobat serial numbers will be accepted by the Customization Wizard.
    The usual way to use a CS6 serial number in conjunction with an Acrobat deployment is to package your CS6 suite using AAMEE 3.0, deploy Acrobat (as so-called Execeptions payload) using the commands documented in the AAMEE deployment guide, followed by a deployment of the Suite package.
    This process is documented in the Enterprise Deployment Guide (linked here from the forums, and available at http://www.adobe.com/devnet/creativesuite/enterprisedeployment.html).

  • Narration audio not working premiere elements 3.0

    The computer is a Pentium 4 PC running Windows XP
    with a 1TB HDD and 2 gig ram.  It has been running
    Premiere 3 happily for years now with few problems
    . WHat now happens is when you try to record a narration
    , all screen prompts work as per normal and the VU bar
    indicates audio is being received via the headset microphone but when you stop the recording, no audio appears on the timeline.  I have 3 projects running concurrently and on the other 2 projects, narration records perfectly as normal.  Can some sort of corruption in a project cause the narration to not record?  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

    It could be a number of possible issues.
    Is your microphone plugged into your audio card or is it USB connected?

    on the faulty project."
    Is there any other audio on your Narration track?
    There is no other audio currently on the Narration track.  I tried dragging
    a slice of audio from the main audio track onto the Narration track and it
    plays back OK.  However it still wont allow you to record Narration onto the
    Narration track.

  • PSE 7 (Editor) Stopped Working & Premiere Elements Combo?

    I have Windows Vista 64 Bit Edition HP Media Center  LapTop and Windows XP Serv Pack 3 on a Gateway PC.  I have been getting this (Editor) Unavailable error mesg in PSE 7 for Over a week Now. Have checked Online and completed every available Windows Updates for both systems. Yeah Tech Support wanted $$ to assist-These are newer products for me- and when I purchased I registered online-the Online does recognize my login-but does not show these registered under my account-called the activation line and they gave me a "Customer I.D. after getting HA reading Adobe site-I can see no available downloads or patches spec to this issue. Please help-since they do not offer option of getting my money back for software that does not work as promised-it is supposed to support both/either of my operating systems and this mesg is coming up for both. Wonder if their not showing these products "activated" has any impact??? Have a time sensitive project trying to complete and this is an S.O.S.

    Only Acrobat X Pro was installed on my window desktop until I bought the CS6 last month. Before installing CS6 on my window with new serial number, I uninstalled the original Acrobat X Pro and use the original serial number to install in two other machines. When I tired to launch Acrobat X Pro, it showed a message that my old serial number has been used by maximum allowed computers. I tried to reactivate with my new serial number, but it did not work. While other products of CS6 is working, I reinstalled the Acrobat X Pro with the new serial number. However, the same error message appeared. Has anyone else experienced this?     Your message is rather cryptic.  You don't give us a lot of information.  However, you can download Lightroom from the following links, and enter of the serial number that came with your Lightroom package.

    I am getting a bit concerned about what is happening in your situation. Yesterday you posted your question in at least two different forums, one of them being here in the Premiere Elements Forum.
    Don't Have Serial Number for Premiere, Only Photoshop?
    Wherever you posted, the reply was to contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat. It is the only one who can sort out this matter for you.
    In the thread cited above I offered to help you with the difficulties that you were having visualizing the Adobe Chat in its web page. I was waiting for your follow up on that in the above thread. Instead, I find your same question in a new Adobe Premiere Elements Forum thread this afternoon with no refer the prior threads or prior recommendations given you.
    I will also mention again...when you buy the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements bundled in one packaging and with installation files for each on the same installation disc, each program has its own serial number. The Photoshop Elements serial number does not work for Premiere Elements and vice versa. The serial numbers are on labels on a box which houses the installation disc envelope(s). So, if you purchased both programs and found the Photoshop Elements serial number, then the Premiere Elements serial number should be in a label right underneath the label with the serial number for Photoshop Elements. I recall writing this in your yesterday's thread on this matter.
    The moderator will no doubt be along shortly to close or delete this thread. So, just in case, please bookmark your yesterday's thread cited above so that we can continue this communication which is trying to help you.

    If you purchased the Photoshop Elements 9 Premiere Elements 9 bundle, then you should have 4 discs
    Mac Disc 1
    Mac Disc 2
    Windows Disc 1
    Windows Disc 2
    The Mac Disc 1 and Windows Disc 1 are for installing the program with your purchased serial number which should be on the labels of the plastic box that houses the discs.
    The Mac Disc 2 and Mac Disc 2 are the disc for installing Content (DVD Template, Movie Themes, Title Templates.....).
    If for some reason you do not have the disc 2, you can download the Premiere Elements 9 Content (at no charge) from Adobe. It is a longer process than using the disc for installing Content. So best find and use your Content disc. But the following is the link if you need to download that Content

    Please explain what you meant when you wrote
    when I use the disc, it says "Install Premiere Content" which doesn't seem to work
    How doesn't it work...does it go through the process, it look complete, but you do not see the Content, or something else?
    Above all, do not forget to install the 9.0.1 Update after you have successfully installed the program without or without Content.
