Serial key for acrobat X standard

I need help, i purchased acrobat XI standard as un upgrade from acrobat X standard, but i then reliased that I dont have acrobat X standard on my pc, after installig the acrobat XI it asks for the serial key for acrobat X. I dont have one? how can i purchase one or upgrade to full standard XI?

The X to XI upgrade price is less than the full price for XI. As Test ScreenName points out, purchasing X now would cost even more, because it's a "legacy" product. Contact Cutomer Service http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/return-cancel-or-change-order.html and they can help you to "change the purchase" from an upgrade to the full product.

Have a serial number for Acrobat 9 Standard but need a download and can only find download for Pro version.

I did a factory reset on my old laptop and lost my Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard. I have the serial number but need a download and can only find download for Pro version. When I enter my serial number (standard) into the Pro Installation it says the number is invalid. Any idea where I can download Standard version of 9? Thanks.

If you originally received the software on CD then please use a computer with an optical drive to copy the contents of the CD to a USB drive.

right now, I have a serial number for my Adobe 9 - it is:
1016-1934-5048-3315-8945-0131 according to my account on the Adobe website.
I do have, with me, an Adobe 8 disk - however, at some point, I must have
upgraded to Adobe Acrobat 9 - because that is the serial number in my Adobe
account. So, do I have Adobe 9 via an upgrade download link sent to me by
Adobe? I believe that is the case, but cannot find the record of that in
my Adobe account.
Can you please let me know if you show an upgrade to 9 in my account on
your end? If not, can you tell me what an upgrade would cost from Adobe
Acrobat 8, to Adobe Acrobat 10?

In order to activate the product should get the following option:-
- Use trial or subscription
- I have a serial number
Please select the option - Use trial or subscription and click next- Restart Acrobat and sign in with your Adobe ID

Please download Acrobat X Pro from the link below.

Install the software and when prompted for the previous version qualifying product, select Acrobat 9 and enter the serial key of Acrobat 9.
This should install and activate Acrobat X Pro on the machine.

I purchased Acrobat XI pro upgrade yesterday, was able to install, deactivate Acrobat X pro. Now however, it is rejecting the serial number for Acrobat X pro and I can't use the program. Please help!!

Adobe's online store only sells licenses for the current versions of their products.
You may be able to find a retail (boxed) version from a third-party reseller, but given how long CS6 has been around I doubt it.

We would need to know the version of Mac OS you are running and the version of Photoshop you want to install.
The serial number is the tricky part. If you have no idea where you placed it and did not register your product with Adobe, your chances are very low of retrieving it.
