Serial Number: Cannot Get One!

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web premium Student Teacher Edition on 6 August from Amazon.com. I have been trying ever since to get my serial number.
I have submitted my university appointment letter and provided an academic email address. The supporting doc was accepted a few months ago for my upgrade of Lightroom.
Today an email came with a link to retrieve the serial number: https://www.identit-e.com/default/index/adobe
Case Number:0209091417  They CLOSED the case but, I still don't have and can't get a serial number.
Unfortunately, the system will NOT give me a serial number. It claims that my email address does not match the Product Code and placed the whole thing on hold—AGAIN. I entered the 3 email addresses that are involved. NOTHING.
I again uploaded my POE and I sent yet  another email to: [email protected]
I am at my wit’s end! I have spent WEEKS trying to get my serial number. I have sent many  emails, chatted for about two hours to 3 people at Adobe: Dayashankar, Vajid and supervisor Deep all of whom could not help me—but they wasted my time.  I really don’t know what  else to do. I have used academic software for years without problems.
I believe because there were several email addresses involved the system has placed me into an endless loop.
Can someone please assist me, maybe eliminate all email addresses and start over? Please! Because otherwise I must return the program to Amazon to get my money back. However, that still leaves me without my programs.
If I download and purchase direct from Adobe what guarantee is there that I will get a serial number?
This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!

    Hi Matthew,
    Perpetual products which use serial numbers are platform specific. You will not be able to use the same serial on a windows machine.
    In order to use Photoshop on both Windows and Mac you will have to go for a creative cloud subscription.

    If you bought it from the Apple Online Store call them, Contacts are listed in the bottom right of this page. If you bought it from a particular Apple Store you will need to call that store.

    What do you need the serial number for to unlock the iPad? If the iPad is locked because you forgot the Passcode, you have to restore the device.
    What are you trying to unlock?
    Your serial number is written on the back of the iPad and on the box that the iPad came in.

    Well, I'm sure if you take it down to the apple store, or email a representative, they can give you a new serial number.

    The 24 digit serial number should be on a sticker on the back of the dvd case under where it says
    Serial Number:Photoshop Elements
    Is that the number you used and input that with only numbers (no letters)?
    Did you try both with and without the dashes like below?
    (X represents the numbers)
