Serial Number CS5 help Menu?

Hello-
Trying to locate my serial number, and no I don't have it on Adobe.com. But I found a serial number located in CS5 under the Help Drop down, under System Information. Is this the actual Serial Number? Just trying to find it because I'm getting a new computer at work, and the IT guy that installed CS5 on my computer no longer works here.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your iPod's serial number address from your post.
Only you can activate your iPod by typing in your id and password, or you can remove a device from your account via http://icloud.com . If you can't remember your account id then do you have any of its downloads on your computer's iTunes : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name ? If not then you could try http://iforgot.apple.com . You can also reset your password via the 'iforgot' site, or you can contact Support in your country and they should be able to reset your password (as long as you can prove your id and that it's your account) : Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security

Was the FCS on your old machine an upgrade? You will need to enter your original, full version serial first, and then you will be prompted for the upgrade serial number.

IPod Stolen: Is the Serial Number Any Help?

Well I'm sorry to say that my iPod was stolen. I have the serial number and maybe they can track it down or somthing. Is the serial number going to be any help at all?

The serial number is helpful a apple agent will log
your information and that serial number as stolen so
if that person for some reason calls in it will come
up as stolen!
Apple doesn't do anything with stolen products or track them in any way...

Please help!!! Invalid serial number CS5.5 Student version - Mac

Product: Adobe creative suite 5.5 design premium - Education edition
Computer: iMac (OS 10.6.6)
I got the serial number in email on Oct 1, activated the suite with no problem and used Illustrator couple of time. Yesterday when I opened Illustrator it said that I have to activate and can't connect to the internet although my computer still connected to the internet. Chat to 2 customer support but they said that it's technical problem, I need to talk to technical support. Tried to call technical support (Australia), couldn't get through.
So I uninstall and reinstall the suite but when I entered the serial number, it said that "This serial number is not valid for this product". Can somebody please help to tell me how to fix it or who is the right person to contact!! I really need to use the softwares urgently. Thank you!

I'm sorry but you're going to have to go through Adobe for serial number problems.

I am really frustrated about my new Photoshop CS5.1.
When I installed the s/w, I entered the serial number. All was working ok until it decided I was on a trial and asked me to enter the serial number again. When I entered the serial number, it gave me an error saying the serial number is invalid.
I tried the uninstall and install again - but to no avail.
Now the "trial period" has expired and I cannot work with the product anymore. With a bunch of customer deadlines, I am stuck. This is really frustrating for a product that cost so much to purchase.
Please help.

You need to call support by phone. Nobody here can help you with serial number issues.

Apple kidnapped my Photoshop CS5 Help Menu

Hi,
I've taken a break from using my CS5 Photoshop program and was needing help editing text, so I clicked on "Help" like I did when I was taking a class in Photoshop last year. All the Help Menu brings up now are things related to my Apple computer. I know a call to Apple Care will result in something like, "We don't troubleshoot Adobe products," so I'm wondering if anybody knows where my Photoshop Help Menu topics disappeared to.
Did I only have them for a year? Did the Help Menu expire? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Lightroom 5 keeps asking for my serial number. Help me stop this madness!

I have the latest version of lightroom 5. My copy is constantly asking me to enter my serial number. It does not ask me everytime I launch LR, but maybe every 5 to 8 times I open LR.
I am on a windows 7 laptop.
Can someone please help me?

I had a problem with that post. While it is pretty exhaustive, at first there was a major problem that baffled me. So if anyone is having trouble with the instructions here http://forums.adobe.com/thread/800907?tstart=0 , here is what happened to me and how I got past it.
My problem was that I had been told by Lightroom about 10 times to enter my serial number. I was so fed up on the tenth time, I immediately quit Lightroom and tried to search the internet for answers. I came across the post above but could not get it to work. Why? because the post/link above asks one to search, in a couple of different folders, for a file called "Lightroom 5.0 Registration.lrreg" (because I have version 5 of the software, your number may be different).
Well I searched and searched both of the locations it told me to look in and I could not find that file. There were no other instructions about what to do if the file did not exist.
It took me about a day to realize that the reason I could not find the file was because on the tenth time Lightroom asked me to enter my serial number, I instead closed the program out of frustration. What I needed to do was reenter my serial number AGAIN, then the file would show up.
When I realized that, I easily found the registration file which allowed me to follow the directions in the post/link above.
So the moral of the story is to re-enter your serial number before searching for the file.
I should have realized this earlier, but I was just so frustrated with re-entering my serial number, I decided I was going to solve the problem first before entering that dam long number AGAIN.

Check that your computer is compatible with Mountain Lion/Mavericks.
To check the model number hold down the option/alt key, go to the Apple menu and select System Information.

ITunes will not recognise my new Gift Card Code or Serial Number. Help!

I have just purchased an iTunes Gift Card with $30 credit. When I go to my iTunes and click 'redeem' it asks for my Gift Card Code. So I enter the code and it brings me to a new screen asking for the Gift Card Code, Serial Number and then my name and email address, when I click continue, it says that the gift card/serial number is invalid. How can this be when I am entering the correct details.

I'm behind the times but I have been using CS3 for quite some time and only installed the trial of Creative Cloud a couple of days ago, but for some reason when I try to use CS3, which I'm quite happy with, I no longer have the serial number installed and I can't find my disc for the number. Please help.
