Serial number elements premiere bundle

I am trying to register my new products Photoshop elements AND premiere bundle;
The box has 2 serial numbers.
On the Adobe registration site, the registration accepts only my first serial number entered and rejects the second serial
Adobe Elements is then registered; how do I register Adobe Premieee?
How does it work?

Did you buy an actual bundle with both, or Photoshop Elements with a Premiere Elements trial?

In october 2012 I´ve bought a bundle pack with Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere 11. After a hard disk crash i was about to reinstall them both but my wife has trown the envelope in the garbage... = No Serial number available!!

After I have put in the serial number for Premiere Elements 9, how do I install it?

Recently I used a serial number for Adobe Premiere Elements 9 on the website, But I have no idea how to download or install it. Can anyone tell me how to, or if I can?

If you purchased the Photoshop Elements 9 Premiere Elements 9 bundle, then you should have 4 discs
Mac Disc 1
Mac Disc 2
Windows Disc 1
Windows Disc 2
The Mac Disc 1 and Windows Disc 1 are for installing the program with your purchased serial number which should be on the labels of the plastic box that houses the discs.
The Mac Disc 2 and Mac Disc 2 are the disc for installing Content (DVD Template, Movie Themes, Title Templates.....).
If for some reason you do not have the disc 2, you can download the Premiere Elements 9 Content (at no charge) from Adobe. It is a longer process than using the disc for installing Content. So best find and use your Content disc. But the following is the link if you need to download that Content

Please explain what you meant when you wrote
when I use the disc, it says "Install Premiere Content" which doesn't seem to work
How doesn't it work...does it go through the process, it look complete, but you do not see the Content, or something else?
Above all, do not forget to install the 9.0.1 Update after you have successfully installed the program without or without Content.

Invalid Serial Number Elements 10 on Windows 7

After installing disk one I was prompted to insert disk 2.
After inserting disk 2 I was asked again for the serial number. When I entered the serial number I was told it was invalid. I entered all 24 digits of the serial number. The error message displays the SN I entered and I compare it to the SN on the box and the numbers are 100% the same. I've tried it with the dashes and without the dashes and each time I get the same error message.
I have checked several times digit by digit and I am absolutely entering the SN correctly.
Should I unistal and restart the instal?

If you purchased Photoshop Elements only, disc1 is all you need.
The other discs are for Premiere Elements and other operating systems.

Don't Have Serial Number for Premiere, Only Photoshop?

For Christmas 2012 I received Adobe Premiere and Photoshop Elements 11 and put these programs on my windows desktop. I recently purchased a new windows laptop and wanted to put these two programs on it so I could edit photos and videos on the go. I had the install disk but not the serial numbers so I logged in to my Adobe account and went to 'My Products.' But when I went to this, it only showed Photoshop Elements 11, not Premier. I have both programs installed on my desktop but only one appears on my account? What is going on and how can I find the serial number for Premier?

You should be seeing the following first in your path to Adobe Chat
When you click on the area where it says

you should then see the following
Fill in the required information. Then...
At this point, you should be able to click on "Start Chat" and begin the communicate with Adobe Chat on
the top of "Serial numbers and redemption codes"
Is that not happening? As you see, I got that far with the path, but stopped short of hitting "Start Chat".

Why asked for serial number with premiere cs6 on cloud?

I keep getting asked for a serial number to launch premiere pro cs6 even though it is on cloud.
where do I get that serial number or how do I go past this?

No serial number for Premiere

Hello, I've just bought a subscription to Premiere Pro CC and haven't received a serial number so can't activate it, any suggestions on how I can get my copy of Premiere to work?

My understanding (I do NOT work for Adobe) is that you may buy CS6 in a box "now" but I am not sure if boxed versions will be offered in the future, or if you will have to buy via download once the current crop of boxed CS6 is sold out

I cannot connect to the internet to validate my serial number for Premiere Elements 12

I have checked the firewall and security and privacy settings and allowed every program and site I believe are relevant. I have six days remaining to validate my program. Is there something else I can do to allow the connection? Validating offline does not seem to be an option as the notification is basically devoid of links.
Would appreciate any help.

Thanks for your advice. Renaming the hosts file seems to have worked - I have exported a clip and it does not have a watermark.
Do I restore the hosts file to the original state?
Another problem is when I click on the Help button I cannot connect to the online Help site and others as it says I have no internet connection - which is incorrect.

I am getting a bit concerned about what is happening in your situation. Yesterday you posted your question in at least two different forums, one of them being here in the Premiere Elements Forum.

Wherever you posted, the reply was to contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat. It is the only one who can sort out this matter for you.
In the thread cited above I offered to help you with the difficulties that you were having visualizing the Adobe Chat in its web page. I was waiting for your follow up on that in the above thread. Instead, I find your same question in a new Adobe Premiere Elements Forum thread this afternoon with no refer the prior threads or prior recommendations given you.
I will also mention again...when you buy the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements bundled in one packaging and with installation files for each on the same installation disc, each program has its own serial number. The Photoshop Elements serial number does not work for Premiere Elements and vice versa. The serial numbers are on labels on a box which houses the installation disc envelope(s). So, if you purchased both programs and found the Photoshop Elements serial number, then the Premiere Elements serial number should be in a label right underneath the label with the serial number for Photoshop Elements. I recall writing this in your yesterday's thread on this matter.
The moderator will no doubt be along shortly to close or delete this thread. So, just in case, please bookmark your yesterday's thread cited above so that we can continue this communication which is trying to help you.
