Using the student and teacher edition of Lightroom. I have been able to check the status, and it was approved, however never received the email regarding the serial number.

Since you are residing in USA, you need to follow the procedures as mentioned below:

The serial number will mailed to the Email ID that you have provided while uploading the proof of eligibility.
In case the issue is still unresolved, you can inbox me the redemption code/product code that you have got via private messages, it will be helpful if you scan the code & attach it to the message box.

Creative Cloud, Serial number email to register Lightroom 5

After signing up and paying for the Creative Cloud, I have just downloaded Lightroom 5, however I have not received the email with the serial number and therefore cannot register the product. Also Lightroom is not showing up in the Products and Services section of 'MyAdobe'. Can you tell me how long this is going take????

There are no serials in CC. You install the Creative Cloud app, sign in, and it will provide the licensing and activation based on your Adobe ID. If that doesn't work, refer to this:

For anything beyond that you have to contact support directly.

I lost my CS6 Master Suite Educational Serial Number, Can I get it emailed to me?

I have tried contacting customer support via the instant messaging service, and even though I gave them my order number, date that I ordered it, name, and any other information that I could find on the box itself (the barcode number, PN, and another long number), I was told that I could not be helped because I didn't have the product number, which was on the same insert that my serial number was on (did I mention that I couldn't find it?).
I tried calling, and was told by the machine that I would be on hold for approx. 8 to 11 minutes, and I haven't gotten anybody in 39 minutes.
Is there anyone that I can email to get my serial number emailed to me?

Have you actualyl checked your account? All serial numbers that go through any conversion process are automatically pre-registered to the Adobe ID under which they are filed... Other than that you might wanna post the support case number here and someone of the employees may look into it.

if you have your serial number then all you need to do is download the Lightroom installer and install the program. Use your existing serial number. If you don't have your serial number, but registered Lightroom with Adobe then you can login to your Adobe account and get the serial number.

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

Getting an Error Message on PS Elements 13 when entering correct serial number. How do I get Adobe to help me? I have sent emails and tried to chat over the past month, with no response.

I purchased Photoshop Elements and registered it on November 1, 2014 with a Windows 7 machine. A couple weeks later, I decided to jump to a Mac, and have tried to enter the serial number for PS Elements 13 on the Mac. I get an error message that it is an incorrect serial number. It is the same serial number used with the Win 7 machine, and the same that shows on my Adobe.com profile. I thought I had to transfer the license from Win to Mac, so I emailed asking for help. No response. A couple weeks ago, I tried the Chat function. It was assigned a number, but Chat was unavailable and no one responded. Just tried Chat again, which says it is available 24/7, and it is unavailable. What can I do short of buying a new license, which I will not do.
