i am LOOSING PATIENTS with this . i have now been ON LINE ( because adobe WONT talk me through the issues on the phone ) for over an hour with a chat IT man . i got to the point where i can actually download PSE 12 and now it asks for my SERIAL CODE again , i type it in and AGAIN it says its INVALID !!!!!!!!! AGAINNNNNNNNNNNNNNN !!!!!!
i have now spent 5 hours on this bloody code , spoken to PC world , and adobe and a tech man and STILL i can NOT ACCESS my software !!!!!
please some body HELP ME !!!!!!!!!

Hi-I'm looking for the serial number for Logic Pro 9.
I downloaded it from the app store so therefore don't have packaging.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.As Octopi said, the version of Logic Pro 9 from the App Store does not normally require a serial to install
However there are, at this time, four possible reasons why it may ask you for for a serial you don't have (or an Apple ID/Password that is not yours)
#1 The User bought a second hand computer (or was given a hand me down) that previously had either a legal or illegal copy of Logic installed
#2 The User previously installed an illegal copy of the Boxed sets of Logic at some point and has now decided to purchase and install a legal copy from the App Store and it asks for the serial for the illegal copy.
#3 The User previously installed an illegal version of the App Store version and now it's asking for an Apple ID and Password that the User doesn't know or have access to for obvious reasons.. (This has recently become the most common one I have come across but the previous two are fairly common too it seems)
#4 The User has downloaded a corrupted installation of Logic from the App store.
In the case of #1 and #2 you will need to remove certain files from the computer such as the ProAppsSystemID to remove the old serial number from your system,... Just google 'How to remove Logic Pro Serial' for more info
In the Case of #4 Delete, redownload and reinstall Logic Pro from the App Store

I have changed my computer and OS from Windows XP to Windows 7, 64 bit.The application is Photoshop CS6 Extended. When I enter the serial number from the product Box I get the message'Serial Number is Valid no product on this computer Please select from List' CS6 is on the list but CS6 extended is not, then I get 'the serilal number is not for aqualifying product ' go to customer support. Fred ParkerThe messages you are receiving indicate that you are trying to install an upgrade version. You are being asked to enter the name and serial number of the older product that you are upgrading from in order to prove that you qualify for using the upgrade.

I entered a student purchase of Acrobat XI pro toady and instructins said I could download and get a serial number.
After I downloaded, there wasn't a serial number and I cannot seem to proceed with finishing the download.
What to do?Contact S&T support directly to get your serial number, eitehr by phone, e-mail or web chat. Downloads are another matter, but you didn't provide any info on your system, what browser and what specificalyl the problem seems to be.

I think my Adobe Acrobat Reader updated and loaded a demo copy of Acrobat and now the trial has ended and I can't access the program. It says to enter your serial number but I can't find it on my profile. Any ideas on where to look?

There is no serial number for a trial version. You get the serial number when you purchase. You should be able to select an option to continue with the trial if it is not indicating the trial is over. If the trial is indicated as over, that can happen prematurely for a variety of reasons.

I'm able to go to another state where my storage unit is located, however
right now, I have a serial number for my Adobe 9 - it is:
1016-1934-5048-3315-8945-0131 according to my account on the Adobe website.
I do have, with me, an Adobe 8 disk - however, at some point, I must have
upgraded to Adobe Acrobat 9 - because that is the serial number in my Adobe
account. So, do I have Adobe 9 via an upgrade download link sent to me by
Adobe? I believe that is the case, but cannot find the record of that in
my Adobe account.

I've never heard of buying software as a download from Amazon. Why would you buy there instead of getting it directly from Adobe?
Was it by chance through a 3rd party seller, not Amazon themselves?

I downloaded Lightroom version 5.7 in order to support tethered capture on my Nikon D750 and its still not working. Additionally when I was prompted to give my serial number for the update it was no where to be found on my Adobe profile although I purchased, and am paying monthly for my creative cloud for photography. Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Hi - I recently purchased a new iMac. I have a registered cs5 design premium package which is an upgrade - I have no disc for cs4 but have the qualifying serial number for it. I have installed cs5 via download onto my iMac but it is not accepting the serial number. Can anybody help. Does anybody else think that Adobe will loose a lot of customers by not providing any chat or call support for cs5 users??

I have tried downloading photoshop cs2 and cs4 on a new computer. I have the disc available for cs2 and the serial number for cs4. They are both registered in my name. I need help doing a download. I was able to get part way through cs4, it showed up in my downloads but never got as far in the process as to ask for serial numbers. I tried with cs2 and I got an error message that some bit of information was incorrect. I currently have both downloaded on two other lap tops I own. One is operational and one is dead. I cannot access the dead one to remove the program. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
