I started the registration process for my education edition Creative Suite 6 and confirmed my e-mail address but haven't received the serial number yet. How to I get it?

I bought a macbook pro off of Kijiji the other year and it came with the Adobe CS5 Creative Suite Master Collection. Just the other month I upgraded my system to OS X Yosemite and now every time I try to open my products, it asks for the serial number which, when entered is said to be invalid. Also, I don't have much information about the Adobe Products because the guy I bought it from didn't send the information with my computer. Can anybody help!

From the Adobe home page, click on "My Adobe". From the My Adobe page, under "My products and services", click on "My products", and you'll get a list of all your Adobe products. Click on the arrow to see your serial number.

I started from the Adobe Customer Support Portal. as instructed by the accompanying documentation.That took me to here: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/support/index.cfm?event=opencscase&loc=en_gb&issue=z015&csed utype=steI entered the details there.

CS4 : Can not get serial number for student Edition

Where is my serial number on my Cs6 creative suite box

Hi There,
I have migrated from my old mac to my new mac, but adobe creative suite wants my serial number. Problem is on the original box or disc I can't find it anywhere. Is there another way to retrieve it off my old computer before I wipe if clean? Can adobe give me the serial number if I give them proof of purchase or box number/barcode? I bought the disc 2 years ago from a retailer. Any help would be great if Adobe staff can contact me?

Still no serial number for student edition of CS5.5

I've applied for a Student Edition serial number and haven't received it after a week and I need to use this software. I don't really want to install the trial version just in case it runs out and I never get the serial number and then I can't return the product. Tried calling Adobe but all the numbers are disconnected. Is there an email or anything?
Can someone from Adobe please address this and send me a serial number??

Cannot access serial number for Student Edition of Acrobat X Pro

In the box containing the installation DVD, there is a coupon which gives the Coupon Code, and a web site to use this code to obtain my serial number.
The web site is www.adobe.com/go/eduverify but it will not open

When will you send me a serial number for my purchased Create Suite 6?

I uploaded evidence of my enrolment at university a week ago as I purchased the student version of Create Suite 6. I need to use the software but have not been sent the serial number to register it. Please help.

Adobe offices are closed this week and re-open on Janury 2nd. You can try the web chat support, but normally they have no access to specific regional S&T information. Your timing was simply bad.

Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite

HI together,
I'm very annoyed about the fact that I payed for Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium 5 (EDU version) and now I'm not able to use it on my new Mac. The Support team (Chat) from Adobe told me several times that the product/serial or whatever was canceled but this doesn't help me to get the product working and I won't pay again for this software. So what's the reason for cancellation? I can't see reasons for this and I don't understand why Support team can't help me. Already found Error "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Creative Suite but this doesn't helped me.

Maybe this is also useful... They told me I canceld this by myself which is not the truth. I had a Windows machine and used Creative Cloud as well but I only canceld the Cloud, not my Serial Number for Production Premium...
So who is able to reactivate my Serial Number so that I'm able to use my product?

No... if you do not have CS3 installed, you will enter your CS3 serial number when asked for proof of a qualifying product... and then you will enter your different CS5 serial number... every version, new or upgrade, has a unique serial number
