Hi , i 've got an old sony vaio with a license for photoshop elements 7 and premiere elements 7 , now i have bought a new laptop and i wand to install adobe on it but i can not find the serial number , i've found a serial but only with 20 numbers . The softs came preinstalled on my laptop , so i don't have a cd or serial from sony ... Can anyone help me ? thanks

Can't find my serial number for Photoshop Elements 9 which I purchased in a bindl with Premiere Elements two years ago. Now, after reinstalling Windows on my desktop I need to register my Adobe products again. They were bought by Internet. No disks or boxes. In My Adobe account there is the serial number for Premiere Elements and nothing about Photoshop Elements. How can I get my purchase again?

Invalid serial number for Photoshop Elements 12 trial upgrade.

I originally installed Photoshop Elements 12 as a trial version. Then I purchased the product, received an Order Number and a Serial Number. In the Photoshop Elements "Welcome Screen" that appears on start up, I clicked the "License this product" button and was seemingly logged in to my Adobe ID account and was presented with a serial number form to fill out. After entering the serial number several times correctly, it still gives me an error message saying the serial# is invalid for Photoshop Elements.

As far as I know, 7 is the furthest back that is available.

I don't think you can get it anymore. You might look for its newer version version though i.e PSE 11.

You shouldn't need a new serial, just use your present serial for pse 9 and if you have trouble activating pse 9 on your new computer or want to get back the activation you lost, use the

Need new serial number for Photoshop Elements 6 - how to get?

I purchased Photoshop Elements 6 for my mom back in 2007. She's FINALLY getting around to installing it today and it keeps giving her an invalid serial number error.
So I loaded her up on Team Viewer to make sure she's doing everything correctly (she's elderly) and she was.
The error screen says she could retrieve the number from 'my' account or request a new one.
I logged into my Adobe account, found the order and re-checked the serial number. It is correct.
There is no place to request a new one.
I hit the 'contact us' button at the bottom and wasted half an hour on live chat only to be told they can't help and I need to join the forums and ask here.
I do not want to buy her a new version of the product as she will only wait eons to install it again. I do not live close enough to her to do it for her.
How can I get the product to install?
She was using Windows XP when I purchased this for her. She is now 2 new computers later and using Windows 7.
Any help would be appreciated.

OK as promised I am here to update the status of this "problem" my mom has.
There was nothing wrong with her installation. Before I started doing any uninstalling or running as Admin, I put the registration number in again and it worked perfectly fine. It went to the registration page asking how I want the product registered:
Email
Snail mail
Never
I simply chose never and it loaded the program with no effort. Why register again when she already did years ago?

How to deactivate the serial number for photoshop elements that is not installed or available?

I have a version of Photoshop elements that has been uninstalled and is no longer available to reinstall. When I uninstalled from an old computer, I failed to deactivate the serial number. How can I do that without reinstalling?

Wow, I tried the "chat" option and waited for 30 minutes....no one ever helped.....so I called a customer service number for the creative club option and they promised to put me though to someone who could deactivate my product.....waited another 30 minutes on hold. So then I called the sales department and wow, just as I thought......someone took my call right away. (Please note that the computer that the software I am trying to deactivate has been reformatted and I am unable to deactivate in that manner). I asked the poor sales rep, why on earth would I spend hundreds of dollars for new software when the only people who you can get to help you are the sales people. I think I will stick with free open source applications........this is so not worth it......

Cannot find site to get Serial Number for Photoshop Elements-urchased from Best Buy

I purchased Photoshop Elements 10 from Best Buy last night. I am trying to access the serial number to activate it, but the site that the label tells you to go to and enter your redemption code is not working. Anyone know how to help?

Since it's the long holiday weekend, you might have to wait until Tuesday for Adobe support to be available.
You should be able to use PSE10 as a trial version until you get a serial number.
