i have cs5 creative design premuim on my old laptop but it struggled to run it. i recently got a new laptop and want to put it on there only to find i have misplaced the disk and tryed downlaoding it but i cant dowload cs5 any more. i dowlaoded cs5.5 but the serial number from my cs5 wont work help i need to use it asap and the trial has run out

Serial number of cs5 will not work in cs5.5 , they are version dependent.
YOu can download the cs5 from "prodesigntools.com" and then install the software.
Write a DVD or take a backup of the files downloaded for the later use.

There are no upgrade paths from CS2.
If you purchased used software you're pretty much on your own. Much of what is sold on places like eBay or Craigs List doesn't have valid licenses. Caveat emptor.

I have an issue charging my new iPhone 5. I bought an extra cable - and they seem to both work when pluggin it into any computer. But one of my chargers will not work with it - but it works if I plugin my iPhone 4. How come? I noticed that the serial number is A1300. I borrowed one from a friend with serial number A1400 - and that worked (with the same cable).

Any iPhone or iPad charger should work with the iPhone 5. There is something wrong with your charger. If it is the one that came with the phone it is covered by the phone's warrantee.

Tina Hadley did you migrate/transfer your applications over to your new Macintosh? If so this could cause problems with your serial number being recognized. Please run the available uninstallers located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once this is done you will also want to run the CC Cleaner Tool. Can you explain more regarding what the problem is? CS6 is not an update to CS5, it is a new version. A CS5 serial number will not work for CS6 unless you are installing CS6 as an upgrade and are using CS5 as the qualifying version. If CS5 is installed then its serial number should not be required for installing CS6 as an upgrade.

I understand that you have also used the download link & serial number from Adobe - CS2 Downloads, if still the CS2 is not working, then please refer to the system requirement for e.g System requirements | Photoshop
The issue can be that the present operating system might not be compatible with the CS2.

If you purchased an upgrade from LR5 to LR6 then after you enter your LR6 serial number, you will need to enter your LR5 serial number, unless LR6 finds LR5 on the computer. This also assumes that you've purchased the perpetual license of both LR5 and LR6, not a cloud license for LR5 which doesn't use a serial number for licensing. If entering a LR6 then LR5 serial number into LR6's serial-number area isn't working, then is there something special about the LR5 that would make it ineligible for an upgrade?

If you registered PSE, go to the main page of adobe.com and look for My Adobe, then work through the links there and you will find a list of your adobe products and their serial numbers.

If you have Lightroom 3 still installed, you can get it from there.
If you don't and you have your box/disk, it should be on there.
IF you don't have either of those,and you registered your software, you can log into your Adobe account and retrieve it there.

You need to go back to the person you bought it from. Sounds like they may have sold you phone that is not as described.

I am getting a bit concerned about what is happening in your situation. Yesterday you posted your question in at least two different forums, one of them being here in the Premiere Elements Forum.
Don't Have Serial Number for Premiere, Only Photoshop?
Wherever you posted, the reply was to contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat. It is the only one who can sort out this matter for you.
In the thread cited above I offered to help you with the difficulties that you were having visualizing the Adobe Chat in its web page. I was waiting for your follow up on that in the above thread. Instead, I find your same question in a new Adobe Premiere Elements Forum thread this afternoon with no refer the prior threads or prior recommendations given you.
I will also mention again...when you buy the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements bundled in one packaging and with installation files for each on the same installation disc, each program has its own serial number. The Photoshop Elements serial number does not work for Premiere Elements and vice versa. The serial numbers are on labels on a box which houses the installation disc envelope(s). So, if you purchased both programs and found the Photoshop Elements serial number, then the Premiere Elements serial number should be in a label right underneath the label with the serial number for Photoshop Elements. I recall writing this in your yesterday's thread on this matter.
The moderator will no doubt be along shortly to close or delete this thread. So, just in case, please bookmark your yesterday's thread cited above so that we can continue this communication which is trying to help you.
