Serial Number invalid at My Support website

I have tried to enter my serial number on the My Support webpage for my laptop and it says invalid. I have also tried the automated system and it fails? Why can't I get support for a laptop that is less than six months old?

Before we start a long discussion it would be important to know which notebook you have exactly and on which Toshiba page you are searching for drivers.
You can also search for drivers manually as Andrej wrote. In my opinion thats the best way.

Hey guys i just got a replacement motherboard, after motherboard was replaced on bootup the computer says error code 00ce: machine type and serial number are invalid. How do i get rid of this error it was replaced by the same motherboard type that was previously in the system. How can i reset the bios or enter the serial etc? Lenovo tech support was no help.

As the motherboard been replaced the serial number and MTM number must be updated this is a new motherboard, you can visit to the nearest authorized service center for the serial number update in the BIOS.

Sold Aperture 2 - but 'serial number invalid'

Hi there, please help
I bought Aperture 2 many months ago, but found it wouldn't work on my Powerbook G4. I then switched to Adobe Lightroom, and put the Aperture software in the cupboard.
I've just sold the software, but the new user gets the error message, 'serial number invalid'. It's possible I entered the serial number (can't remember), but the software itself was never used. How do I get the software to work for someone else?

If the serial number is valid it wouldn't care if it had been entered before or if it had been on a different computer. Is this a boxed set? It wasn't an upgrade was it? Do you still have the original serial number sticker?
Either the serial number you gave to the new owner is wrong or else they are entering it wrong unless the software you have was an upgrade in which case you also need the original serial number.
If you don't have the correct original number the only ones who can help are Apple.

Dreamweaver CS4 serial number invalidated after 8 months of use

In January 2nd 2014, I purchased an OEM version of Dreamweaver CS4 for Windows from a reseller called "Smart Shop" which looked like a serious outfit [emails from Jet Support were received with a link to "Access your order and customer support http://appscustomerscare.com"]. A serial number was obtained. I downloaded the program from their site and installed it without any problem: When I launched the application, the serial number was inserted and the Adobe server validated it: the application worked seamlessly for more than 8 months.
Yesterday, when I launched Dreamweaver CS4, a dialog box showed up stating the the serial number used was invalid! I used the serial number that I had been given to activate Dreamweaver but the form showed a red X at the end of the serial number meaning the the serial number was invalid.

Standalone Mac OSX version of Acrobat 9 serial number invalid

Hello. I purchased Acrobat 9 in September 2009 and then my computer died. I went to re-install it on my new MacBook Air (OSX 10.9.3), by downloading it from the link provided in the 'orders' section of the Adobe website and entering the serial number, but it will not let me proceed as it says the serial number is invalid. Any ideas? Thanks!

No. I already tried to run it by the Adobe support via chat, and they said to try here as the serial number was 'valid' :-S
It says 'The serial number you have entered is not valid. Click OK to retry entering the serial number.'
Note, I do not have the full CS, only Adobe Acrobat Pro, Reader, and Photoshop Elements installed.

you don't need to deactivate if you're installing on the same computer (as long as there were no major hardware changes).
but, if you want to deactivate and uninstalled program, contact adobe support: http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html

Serial Number Invalid?

I am attempting to reinstall my retail copy of Logic Express 8.
I type in the serial number and it tells me it is invalid.
I've tried using 1's instead of I's and 0's instead of O's.
This isn't an issue of another copy being installed elsewhere,
I've formatted the drive it was previously installed to.
I'm not sure what I should do as apple doesn't really have email or phone support for this software it seems.

Was it a fresh install of LE8 or did you upgrade from LE7? I know some people who installed LE7 and then did the upgrade to 8. There are some Serial Number issues occasionally. If you did, you might have to re-install 7 again.

Photoshop Elements 11 serial number invalid after computr reset

I reset my computer (Windows 8 OS) and all programs installed through disc were deleted. I need to reinstall Photoshop Elements 11, but when I entered my product's serial number it said it was invalid. The program was completely erased from my system, and yet it is still activated. Is there any way to deactivate it without the program being on my system? Is there any way to reinstall it at all?

Serial number invalid since this morning

Since this morning my Adobe CS 6 Master Collection serial number is suddenly invalid. So all my Suite programs start up in a trial version...
In "My adobe"> "my products" it does display the serial# under "products in use" but when I enter this it says the # is invalid.
My guess is that the serial# is seen as in use but somehow the Master Suite I have been using for over a year now has forgotten this serial?
Please help! I have tried contacting the Adobe Narender help-bot but without luck...

I was online with support last night from 2:00AM until 6:00AM because of the long wait times, dealing with the same issue. The answer was: your license is good but now it isn't because it expired. It was a permanent license but it is set to expire after about a year. Then, you have to send us proof of purchase (after I already registered it) and the only proof of purchase we'll accept does not include digital sales (like mine) through online shops. So, I get to ask pretty please that the reseller create a form that has nothing to do with the way they normally do business so that I can prove to Adobe I bought the software they acknowledged as purchased when it was first registered last year.

Serial number invalid for elements premiere

recently had to troubleshoot my laptop and I had elements installed on it. now it says the serial number is invalid and that the previous number was already used. what do I need to do to reinstall my paid for product.

But, this is not Adobe. Rather a user to user forum.
1. When you went looking for your serial number at Adobe, did you look under My Products as I suggested or did you look under My Orders instead.
I wrote:
If you have not already, go to Adobe web site http://www.adobe.com, sign in, in the Search field type My Products.
Follow the My Products link to your products. In your products find Adobe Premiere Elements 12 and click on it to
reveal the serial number.
If there is no serial number, nothing can be done.
2. Since you have Premiere Elements 12, not the current version, keep in mind that Adobe typically supports only the latest version (now 13).
3. As for money back
a. Are you within 30 days of purchase from Adobe direct? Unlikely if you have version 12. If you were and this was the latest version, you
could request return/refund from the online Adobe Chat Orders. And, if you had purchased from an authorized reseller, then you would have
to deal with the return/refund policy of the seller.
b. Return/Refund is up to Adobe. In spite of your situation, you could contact Adobe to describe your situation. Ask for a supervisor if necessary.
In this situation, Adobe is the only one who can help you.
When you registered your product originally, were you using the same Adobe ID and Password that you are currently using?
