Serial number invalid since this morning

Since this morning my Adobe CS 6 Master Collection serial number is suddenly invalid. So all my Suite programs start up in a trial version...
In "My adobe"> "my products" it does display the serial# under "products in use" but when I enter this it says the # is invalid.
My guess is that the serial# is seen as in use but somehow the Master Suite I have been using for over a year now has forgotten this serial?
Please help! I have tried contacting the Adobe Narender help-bot but without luck...

I was online with support last night from 2:00AM until 6:00AM because of the long wait times, dealing with the same issue. The answer was: your license is good but now it isn't because it expired. It was a permanent license but it is set to expire after about a year. Then, you have to send us proof of purchase (after I already registered it) and the only proof of purchase we'll accept does not include digital sales (like mine) through online shops. So, I get to ask pretty please that the reseller create a form that has nothing to do with the way they normally do business so that I can prove to Adobe I bought the software they acknowledged as purchased when it was first registered last year.

  • K450e motherboard replaced now says error code 00ce machine type and serial number invalid

    Hey guys i just got a replacement motherboard, after motherboard was replaced on bootup the computer says error code 00ce: machine type and serial number are invalid. How do i get rid of this error it was replaced by the same motherboard type that was previously in the system. How can i reset the bios or enter the serial etc? Lenovo tech support was no help.

    As the motherboard been replaced the serial number and MTM number must be updated this is a new motherboard, you can visit to the nearest authorized service center for the serial number update in the BIOS.

  • Why is serial number 'invalid'?

    A student is trying to install Creative Suite 4 Design Standard Student Edition on a macbook. She sent off details of her student status to Adobe and they duly issued a serial number.
    The software installs ok up to the point where it asks for a serial number. When this is entered (it's the right number of digits etc) the word 'invalid' pops up and the installation process stops.
    She contacted Adobe by phone to discuss - and they sent her another serial number. Same result. She's now tried 5 serial numbers supplied by Adobe and all of them prove to be 'invalid'.
    Any ideas?

    The software was actually supplied to the student by a third party so I'm beginning to think that it's the third party supplier's responsibility to supply a product that is 'fit for purpose', which clearly this is not.
    if its student software then Adobe supplies the number.

    I bought Aperture 2 many months ago, but found it wouldn't work on my Powerbook G4. I then switched to Adobe Lightroom, and put the Aperture software in the cupboard.
    I've just sold the software, but the new user gets the error message, 'serial number invalid'. It's possible I entered the serial number (can't remember), but the software itself was never used. How do I get the software to work for someone else?

    If the serial number is valid it wouldn't care if it had been entered before or if it had been on a different computer. Is this a boxed set? It wasn't an upgrade was it? Do you still have the original serial number sticker?
    Either the serial number you gave to the new owner is wrong or else they are entering it wrong unless the software you have was an upgrade in which case you also need the original serial number.
    If you don't have the correct original number the only ones who can help are Apple.

    If Apple's service database says that your iPhone was replaced, then Apple will no longer provide any service for that phone.
    First, get a new SIM from your cell carrier and see if that corrects the problem. If it does not, try the usual steps for addressing software problems: restart, reset, restore.

    If you try restoring from a backup and that doesn't fix the problem, try restoring to factory settings and, if the problem goes away, then sync back your apps and content.     Quit the application. Force quit if necessary.
    Relaunch it by holding down the shift key and clicking its icon in the Dock. From the menu bar, select
    Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data

    If not successful try the ramaining items of
    - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
    How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - Try on another computer
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
