Hey all,
Our system at my employment got hit by Cryptowall Ransomware. Anyway I need to do a fresh install but the network drive that has dreamweaver on It got hit too. I had my serial number saved on a text doc in that location, also encrypted. Is there a way to obtain the Serial Number inside dreamweaver itself? I have DW CS6 installed.

This has been reported numerous times in the past. It seesms that from time-to-time the response system responsible for sending the key goes away.

No, the serial number goes with the product. You should deactivate all your installed copies before selling it. Also, if you've used it qualify for upgrade pricing on a later version you can't sell it. Well, you could but the new owner won't be able to install it.

There is no serial number required for Creative Cloud. You need to just sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

Serial number needed to try flex automation

I'm running the Flex Automation Installer to install the
plugins needed to evaluate use of QuickTest Professional for
automated Flex 2 testing. The Installer requires entry of a Flex
Data Services serial number. (The applications I want to test do
not use Flex Data Services, so this seems an odd requirement for
evaluation of the test tool.) How can I get the needed serial
number? If this requires discussion with someone at Adobe who
oversees my organization's Flex licenses, how would I determine who
that is and how to contact him or her? Is it necessary to purchase
a Flex Data Services license to evaluate QTP automated testing of
Flex 2 apps?

I have the QTP configured with Flex and I am able to record
most events. Attempting to record a mouse rollover results in the
following error : “Error: Unable to find automation method
'flash.events.MouseEvent' for class 'name: FlexImage
superClassName: FlexLoader”. My app is a simple image which
applies two states to display the image. It utilizes the
Automation.automationManager.recordAutomatableEvent method for the
target event, within the “rollover” event handler.
Also, I override the “replayAutomatableEvent(Event)”
method calling the
Automation.automationObjectHelper.replayMouseEvent() for the
MouseEvent.ROLL_OVER event. The error propagates from the MouseMove
event as reported in the stack trace –Click and ChangeFocus
also are reported. I’ve added the rollover event to the
“TEAFlex.xml” file. Its my understanding that any event
outside of those defined in the “QTP Object Type”
document for each control can be configured in the
“TEAFlex.xml” file, for any control descending from
UIComponent. I received a similar error after extending the
ProductCatalogThumbnail ( Canvas ) class contained in the flex
store code, though this error propogates from Scroll. Can you
determine why ( in the first case ), the rollover is failing?

Photoshop elements 6 serial number needed

I have a disk with Photoshop elements 6. I received this years ago and can't recall the source. I need the serial number. The disk has a number below the bar code: *310364900* Is there a way for me to get the serial number to install?

i don't know if this will make you feel better, but if you have a mac, you probably would not have been able to install pse 6 and if you have windows, you probably would have had problems installing and/or using it.
it was designed for os'es that are no longer supported by apple/ms. as you probably found from that chat, pse 6 is not supported by adobe so there wouldn't have been much help for the next step even if you had a serial number.
the current version (pse 12) is available and will work on current os'es.

Change from PC to mac, new serial number needed?

I installed cs6 on my pc and recently bought a new mac. I tried installing on the mac, but its telling me the serial number is invalid. I know pc and macs need different serial numbers, but my account only provides one serial number, the one I used on to install on my PC. How do I get another serial number for my mac?

You would have to buy a new serial number (and version) if you wish to use CS6 on both the PC and the Mac. You can swap to having the Mac version but that will leave you without the PC being able to run the software.

BOGUS CS2 Creative Suites serial number need solutions

So I own CS2 Creative Suites Premium and it has been working a treat on my Macbook Pro with no issues at all. My harddrive did decide to pack in after water damage got it fixed tried my Adobe it did not work, and after tlaking with the Adobe helpline and going onto the CS2 section for an alternative serial number so I can still use my product it also does not work.
What is the solution?

I am checking this old thread in need of a few answers. My iMac G5 (OS 10.5.8) running CS2 Professional had a drive failure. So, right now I am unable to access any of my artfiles. But I had an extra copy of CS2 Professional from a previous purchase and tried to load it on an older G5 iMac (OS 10.5.8). Ran in to the same activation issues. So, went online to the Adobe site, downloaded the CS2 files provided. But, as described earlier, the site did not provide or make available the last 2 Disk Images for the Professional Suite - which includes Acrobat 7.
I am dire need to complete the Suite. any information on how to obtain the missing files?

3.     Transfer empty Cylinder to Empty storage location after utilization u2013 (Mvt type 312M)

1. MKPF   ->   (Material movement Dates)
2. MSEG ->   (Plant, Storage location)
3. EQUI    ->   (Equipment, Material and Serial Number link)
But unable to find out link between MSEG and EQUI.... Can you please help me to find out link?

havein trouble with my imac intel, each time i launch an application, the application ask me for the serial number!!!
same problem for iview and for remote desktop 3.
i have so far repair my permission using disk utility from both cd and from the booted os x. still same trouble.

Doogy, I'm sorry nobody here seems to be able or willing to help you, but I will, believe me, I will. Actually, the solution to your problem is so easy I don't understand why you haven't figured it out nor has anybody told you how to do it yet:
Just enter the serial number the applications are asking for!

You use your employer's discs/ download.... Other than that you'll have to try this.

Sorry, but I'm confused. The iTunes Store doesn't ask for the serial number of your iPhone when you set up an account in the Store. Are you referring to the registration of the iPhone with Apple? If so, just go through the registration again, using the correct serial number this time:

though if that is indeed what you mean, I'm surprised it would even take a non-Apple serial number.

Close out all Applications (Adobe and non-Adobe … probably since Adobe ties into everything via Acrobat)
Navigate to: C:\Program Files X (86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\
Rename the “cache” directory to “cache-backup” (or anything else not “cache”)
Start Photoshop CS6
Click on “License This Software“ and enter your serial number
