Valid serial number, when I try to finalize installation, screen says my laptop time is wrong or that I'm not connected to the internet.. time/date/and internet connextion are fine..

I recently got an IPad 2 and when I first set up the wifi connection the safari and facebook worked but suddenly whenever I attempt to get onto facebook it says Unable to connect and whenever I go on safari it says I am not connected to the internet. yet when I go on settings-- Wi-fi The network I should be cnnected with is ticked and it says I have connection, but once i try to go on the internet I have the same problem. Is there a way I can solve this by resetting or do I need to go into the apple shop to get it sorted. Any help? Thanks.

In pages when i try to save it says sorry can not save as
i went in and used their stock template for a brochure. i changed it with my info, and when i try to save it says sorry can not save the document untitled as "my file name". HELP!!
It might be that it doesn't like your choice of name or folder. What name are you saving to?

If your computer is a Mac use the Disk Utility and "Repair Permissions". If it's Windows I don't have any idea how to fix it.

My iPod touch is running 3.1.3 and I want to update to 4.2.6 but when I try to update it says my softtware is up to date. How can I update?
I had the same problem with my 1st gen iPod touch and I tried a couple times to update it but sadly you can't because the software on the 1st gens can't support a higher iOS.

iTunes shows 46 app updates. When I try to update it says all apps are up to date. How can I correct this?
Any chance the apps were purchased through another iTunes Store account? That's usually the cause of the symptoms you describe. Get Info on your apps and see if perhaps some were indeed purchased using a different account. If so, just sign into the iTunes Store using that account and you should then be able to update.

Because Apple's not spent those billions of bucks lying around on a modern, high-speed delivery system or providing DVDs for those who don't have high-speed connections or uncapped DL capabilities.

I have an ipod touch 5th generation 64g . Just bought a new laptop and authorised it to use itunes library. When i try and sync my ipod it says it can't do it because there isn't enough space on my ipod to hold everything in the itunes library. I already know that i can't fit everything on my ipod but when using my old laptop i was able to choose what i wanted to sync. Now i don't seem to have the option of choosing what i can sync, it just refuses to do it as there isn't enough space. Why is this???

When I try to redeem my voucher using the code it says it has not been properly activate? What does this mean?
Like all gift cards, iTunes Gift Cards have to be activated by the retailer at the store where the card was purchased and that message makes it sound like that did not take happen. So perhaps that is the issue and you might have to take the card and the receipt back to the store and have it activated.
