Serial number works, cant use lightroom still
Hello,
I've got lightroom 5. Lightroom currently is disable till I buy it, but I own it. It accepts my serial number (big green check mark) but wont unlock lightroom so I can get my work done. Can someone please help?

Sorry. Originally I had a trail. It expired, so it disabled most lightroom
functions. This was in November. After the trial expired I purchased
lightroom. That unlocked the features so I could use the full version of
lightroom again, until yesterday. Now it's acting like the trail version,
even though I have a good serial number.
I'll send a screen shot as soon as I'm home.

Yes you can avail the discounted prices even you are upgrading the product just for two users. You can use the serial number for your Creative Suite 5 product.

My dad has the original software and i can't install the program because my dad is in the US and I'm in the Philippines. Now, I asked the serial number of his adobe lightroom. How can I download the software using the serial number? thanks.
If you just need a copy of the software, then download the trial copy of Lr available from Adobe. On entering your serial number it will then become a full copy.

Do you have Lightroom 5 standalone version installed?

I am trying to install Lightroom and I am OK until it asks for a serial number. I purchased Lightroom from B&H and the have entered the seal number on the the B&H invoice. Nothing happens, not all the entry boxes are filled with the serial number that was provided by B&H. I looked for a serial number on and in the box it came in, nada. Need a bit of help here, what can I do?

I bought a new computer and downloaded my lightroom 4 to it. When I installed the program it asked for my serial number and I imputed it. Then it asked for my previous serial number from my original lightroom 3 purchase. Since I upgraded to lightroom 4 I don't have the serial number for the version 3. How do I get the serial number from my 3 version so I can activate my version 4 program
If you have Lightroom 3 still installed, you can get it from there.
If you don't and you have your box/disk, it should be on there.
IF you don't have either of those,and you registered your software, you can log into your Adobe account and retrieve it there. -

No, the serial number is tied to the version/license you purchased. Can't you acquire the software in the same way that your students have to?

I am having problems to run logic pro 9, there is an error display that says I need to set bonjour and that this app serial number has been used by another red user, could anybody guide me? actually, my computer can't start since three days ago, could it be the same problem?
Logic is the APPlication (program, app) that you are having the problem with.
Logic Pro can take advantage of other computers on your local (home or work) network to help it do "heavy lifting" data chores by using Bonjour and a feature called Nodes. It seems that Logic is attempting to find and connect to another machine on your network.
Do you have Logic installed on another computer there? That may be the source of the confilict.
You might want to post this question in the Logic Pro Community.
Be sure to indicate the version of Logic Pro that you are using. I'm sure the folks there can help you out. -

I have lost my serial number and disk for lightroom 3 and I need it - I have since upgraded to v5 but have gotten a new laptop and want to install lightroom on there. I have my order number from 2011 for v3 AD003916979. How can I get my old serial number?
On you other machine with Lr5 installed or Lr3 installed search for a file on you computer called "Lightroom 3.0 Registration" or "Lightroom 5.0 Registration". You may have to search for hidden/system files. These files contain your Serial Numbers in plain text.
Otherwise, if your order number is from Adobe you can log in with your account to see your purchased products or contact Adobe with that order number. -

Can anyone tell me whether there is any concept of "Serial Number" that is associated with Assets in Asset Accouting module? I know there is something called as "Serial Number Profile" for Material/Plan Maintenance etc. But I'm wondering if something similar exist for Assets too. Can you tell me what is the transaction code/path for the same, if any?
