Serial numbers / registrations are gone!?

Good day,
Our company bought Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver CS5 (included the free CS6 edition) on 17 april 2012.
Back then we succesfully added all the serials / information on our Adobe account.
Last month we moved to a new office location and with the new pc's there, we need to re-install the software.
But when we log on into our Adobe account all the serials / information are gone!
Does anyone know how this is possibly and if it can be fixxed?
Please let me know.

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.  They should be able to work with you to get the information you need.
Here is a link to a page with options to help make contact:

  • Where are SERIAL NUMBERS / REGISTRATIONS located?

I'm doing a clean install on a separate internal disk, and am installing most of my apps from scratch.
But there's a bunch of smaller apps that I'd just love to copy over the app itself, and then... whatever files it needs to work, and be "registered". Rather than re-install, and then update all of them.

    Application Support files?

    Hi Ed,
In most cases the serial number you registered comes with the software on the CD/DVD. If you have Adobe software, go here for help. http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/photoshop/f/serialnumber.htm
If you are running Windows... go here: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/productkeysactivation/f/serialkey.htm
I don't think you can access a serial number with the preference or Application Support files until the software is installed.

  • I upgraded my 3rd generation ipad to ios 6.0.1 and now am experiencing various issues.  Neither Pages or Numbers will open.  I just see a gray screen that says Pages or Numbers at the top and all of my documents are gone.

I upgraded my "new ipad" (the 3rd generation I think) to ios 6.0.1 and now am experiencing various issues.
1- Neither Pages or Numbers will open.  I just see a gray screen that says Pages or Numbers at the top and all of my documents are gone. The icon that allows me to create a new document also does not appear.  I went to icloud.com to see whether my documents still existed, which brings me to the 2nd problem.
2- It appears that all of my Pages documents are still on icloud, but all of my Numbers documents are gone.  There were only about 10, but I access 2 of them nearly every day, so this is a big issue for me.
I went into Settings and all of the icloud information is correct and it "Documents & Data" is on.  When I look at the storage, I see the Pages documents but not the Numbers ones.  The next thing I did was turn my ipad off and back on, but this didn't fix anything.  Since my Pages documents are still on icloud, I then tried to delete the Pages app from the ipad so that I could reinstall it, which resulted in the 3rd problem.
3- I cannot delete any apps.  I can get all of the icons to shake and the small x IS available, but everything freezes when I click it.  I can't do anything at that point except reset the ipad or wait until it eventually restarts itself.  I've tried this with Pages as well as multiple other apps, all with the same result.  I've also tried downloading a new app (which worked fine) and then deleting that one, but I got the same result.
3a- A small related issue to this that I am far less concerned about is that when the ipad restarts itself, it comes back on and the screen is really dark and I can barely make out what appears on the screen.  If I enter my password right away, it stays that way until I go into Settings - Brightness & Wallpaper and touch the brightness setting (although I'm not actually changing the setting because it already shows that the brightness is turned up a little over halfway).  If I don't enter my password right away and let it go completely dark, then click the home button, the brightness is fine.
So now I'm stuck.  My guess is that I will need to restore it, but wanted to check before I take that step.  Unfortunately, my laptop is on its deathbed so I haven't been synching my ipad to it and I fear my Numbers documents are gone forever.  I'd like to try everything I can to fix these issues before doing the restore in hopes that I can get the Numbers documents back.
Any suggestions for any or all of these problems?

I do backup with iCloud.  I can't wait until the new iMac is available so that I can once again have my files in more than 1 location without needing to rely solely on the cloud.
I also rely on iTunes and my MacBook and Time Machine as well as backing up to iCloud. I know many users know have gone totally PC free, but I chose to use iCloud merely as my third backup.
I assume that the restore would result in my ability to open Pages and Numbers and fix the problem with deleting apps, but this would also mean that if my Numbers documents still exist solely within the app and are just not on iCloud for some reason that they would be gone forever.  Is that right?
In a word, yes. In a little more detail.... When you restore from an iCloud backup, you must erase the device and start all over again. There is no other way to access the backup in iCloud without erasing the device. Consequently, you are starting all over again. Therefore, it would also be my assumption that Pages and Numbers will work again and that the deleting apps issues would be fixed as well.
If the documents are not in the backup, and you do not have a backup elsewhere, the documents could be gone forever.

  • Serial Numbers in A Storage Bin

    Dear all,
In warehouse management we have serial numbers attached to each item in the warehouse and these items are batch managed. During goods receipt serial numbers are scanned using RF scanner and a transfer order is created for each item. We have a customer table to store the details like storage location and storage bin etc when they are first scanned in. There is no problem here.
If items are transferred from one storage bin to another using a transfer order, system is picking the serial numbers required for the transfer order posting. When corresposing material document is displayed using MB51, there is a tab for serial numbers that are included in this material document.
Is there any way to get all the serial numbers of the items stored at Storage Bin level?
    Thanks and regards
    Raj

    Hi Christian,
    Thanks for the reply.
In the mean time I was talking some more people here regarding this problem. Looks like there is no one obvious place where equipment serial numbers are stored.
Further digging in to SAP I could make out that the serial numbers get distributed to tables SER01 to SER07 based on the activity performed with key in OBJK. I think I will be able to get there.
I appreciate your time and reply.

  • Handling unit with serial numbers in return delivery

There is a handling unit (HU),whose system status is PSTD(goods issue posted). The delivery is posted. The billing document are issued. Handling unit was packed with materials with equipments and serial numbers.
Now I am creating another sales document(I want to return the good) and return delivery. No handling unit is attached to return delivery.  (Why not?  Returning original sales document is created with reference to original sales document)
Now I attach the serial numbers to the return delivery. (the same serial numbers which are included(packed) in the above mentioned HU).  The return delivery is successfully posted. The status of equipment/serial numbers is on stock.
The problem is that this serial number with equipment is still packed in the original HU.
How can unpack the equipment from HU?   I think the problem is the status of HU which is PSTD(goods issue posted).
Or alternative: can I move the HU unit from original delivery and attach it to return delivery?
The changing of the status of HU is not posssible because the original delivery is posted and I do not want to change this original documents anymore too.

I am afraid you are right
    - The return delivery was created without HU. ( i mean HU which was originally sold in original delivery. )
Do you think I should create HU for return delivery with the same/different ID?  How can I transfer equipment from original delivery HU to return delivery and HU ?
The problem seem to be that the original delivery and HU is locked (sytem status= posted )after posting.  If I cancel posting of return delivery then I can attach a new HU. But the equipment is still part of the original HU.
Can I move equipment/serial numbers from original to returned HU? Is that possible at all?
I am talking about phisical  same HU, so I guess there should be not 2 different HUs in the SAP system created.
I am looking for the scenario to sell equipment in one HU and return it in the same HU with return delivery.
thank you for your effort and responses

  • Standard FM to get the Serial Numbers associated with the PO

    Hi,
I'm using the Standard FM "BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1" to get the details of the PO which I have created. The FM is returning the details such as PO HISTORY, POITEM, POHEADER etc. I want the serial numbers associated with the PO.
Please help me to get the serial numbers which are issued to the PO since the material assigned to the PO is serialised material. Another Standard FM "BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL" also I have tried but there is no serial number collection in that FM.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Mohan.

These function modules will not return you the serial number. May be you can use following logic.
You can use table ser03 where in you wll input material document number and find out obknr. Pass this obknr to objk table and find out seril number.
And to find the material document number for the relevant purchase order number you can use table EKBE.
So for EKBe-BEWTYP= E and EBELN= purchase order find EKBE-MBLNR(belnr).
The material document number and year  found above pass it to SER03-MBLNR and SEr03-mjahr and find SEr03-obknr.
The obknr number found above pass it to OBJK and find serila numbers..

  • How to get the serial Numbers issued for an STO

    Hi,
I created my own STO and mapped a serialised material for the same using transaction. I increased the stock by issuing serial numbers. The /SYCLO/MM_DOPURCHASEORDER_GET BAPI returns the PO header, item and longtext details. I want the serial numbers which are issued to the STO and the list of serial numbers for which the receipts has been done.
I want to know how to get the serial numbers which are issued to the STO throught the standard function module. I want only the issued serial numbers not the one for which the receipts has been done.
I tried using the standard BAPI, "BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1" to get the serial number collection. But the FM is not returning the issued serial number as well as the list of serial numbers for which the receipts has been done. It is returning only the PO history in which the list of document number are present.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Mohan.

    Hi,
Using the transaction "MB1C" and movement type "561", I filled the required details such as Material Number, Quantity, Storage Location and Batch. After filling all these details, when I press enter, it will ask for me to enter the serial numbers equal to the quantity specified. I entered the serial numbers by selecting the available serial numbers for that particular material by pressing F4 help.
Please let me know if you need any more inputs in this regards.
    Thanks,
    Mohan.

  • New serial numbers in SAP for new equipment

    Hi Experts,
I recently ordered new machines & receipted machines prior to creating serial numbers. The serial numbers created are not showing as being in new stock location XXXX.
Later, unreceipted the PO & tried to create serial numbers first before re-receipting the equipment in, but did not work as expected.
How to deal with this situation?

    Hi!
Is this happing for all user or only to a particular user ?
Take a Backup of your live server, make a test environment and do this.
Clear the Messages in INBOX of SAP.
Also, Modify the Change Log to 10 instead of 99 in
Adminstration > System initiallisation > General Setting > Services > History / Log to 10.

  • Serial numbers via sql query

    Hi,
I'm having trouble getting the correct serial numbers via SQL.
From PHP I run the following query to get the Delivery Notes:
    select ODLN.DocEntry,ODLN.CardCode,ODLN.CardName,ODLN.DocDueDate,ODLN.DocDate,ODLN.NumAtCard,NNM1.SeriesName,ODLN.DocNum,ODLN.SlpCode,ODLN.CANCELED,ODLN.DocStatus,DLN1.ItemCode,DLN1.Dscription,DLN1.Quantity,DLN1.ShipDate,DLN1.LineStatus,ODLN.NumAtCard,ODLN.U_CodSit,ODLN.DocTotal,ODLN.DocCur,ODLN.CreateDate,ODLN.TrackNo,DLN1.SerialNum from ODLN INNER JOIN NNM1 ON (ODLN.Series = NNM1.Series) INNER JOIN OCRD ON (ODLN.CardCode = OCRD.CardCode AND OCRD.CardCode = '".$_POST["sapcode"]."' AND OCRD.Password = '".$_POST["sappwd"]."') INNER JOIN DLN1 ON ODLN.DocEntry = DLN1.DocEntry ORDER BY ODLN.CreateDate DESC,ODLN.DocEntry ASC
While I loop through the results I then try to grab the serial numbers. I tried this:
    SELECT OSRI.IntrSerial FROM OSRI INNER JOIN SRI1 ON ( (SRI1.SysSerial = OSRI.SysSerial) AND (SRI1.BaseNum = ".$row['DocNum'].") ) INNER JOIN DLN1 ON (DLN1.DocEntry = SRI1.BaseEntry) WHERE ( (DLN1.DocEntry = ".$row['DocEntry'].") AND (DLN1.ItemCode = OSRI.ItemCode) AND (DLN1.ItemCode = '".$row['ItemCode']."') ) ORDER BY OSRI.IntrSerial
but it gives me incoherent results compared to what appears in the SAP b1 client. For ex., some serial numbers are fine but in other cases I get more serial numbers than accounted for (article quantity = 1 but get 2 serial numbers; in SAP B1 client only one of the two serial numbers appears, as expected).
So I then modified the query and added a check for the CardCode:
    SELECT OSRI.IntrSerial FROM OSRI INNER JOIN SRI1 ON ( (SRI1.SysSerial = OSRI.SysSerial) AND (SRI1.BaseNum = ".$row['DocNum'].") AND (SRI1.CardCode = '".$_POST["sapcode"]."') ) INNER JOIN DLN1 ON (DLN1.DocEntry = SRI1.BaseEntry) WHERE ( (OSRI.CardCode = '".$_POST["sapcode"]."') AND (DLN1.DocEntry = ".$row['DocEntry'].") AND (DLN1.ItemCode = OSRI.ItemCode) AND (DLN1.ItemCode = '".$row['ItemCode']."') ) ORDER BY OSRI.IntrSerial
This query is slightly better in the sense that at least I don't get serial numbers that are not supposed to be there (eg. if quantity=1 I will not get 2 serial numbers as in the previous query). However, in some cases it works as expected and in other delivery notes it doesn't because it simply doesn't list the serial numbers (which where found in the first query).
It might be because the CardCode field isn't always thoroughly set?
If so, is it just a "user problem" so I should tell my company to review the way they fill SAP data?
Or am I doing the wrong query?
(The SDK doc regarding OSRI is confusing as it doesn't even point to SRI1 and I don't fully understand the relationships)
    Regards,
    Vieri

    Vieri,
you can catch (using MS SQL Profiler) the query which is executed by SBO once you click on serial nambers report from Delivery Note form.
this is one of the ways to get a solution quickly.

  • Batch Management V/s Serial numbers

    Hi ,
Could anyone pls differentiate betn Batch and serials. I could understand from help ....
Batch : If you want to assign batch number to received Material Lot. It's like a LOT number management where you can assign a unique number to each lot received.
Later you can track the lot using this batch number
Serial : Unique number to each unit which mean each unit of the received lot will have unique ID.Like If I receive 10 pcs of material then 10 serial numbers will get generated (if automatic assignment is configured) and assigned to each unit of the material.
But I am getting confused when I am tyring to understand configuration of Serial numbers. Here are few queries i have
    1) why serial number mangement available under "Plant Maintenance and CUSTOMER SERVICES" menu.
    2) Is it only related with Equipments , NOT applicable for RAW MATERIAL / Assembly/ FG Material.
    Thx for reply in advance.
    REGARDS
    SANDEEP

    Hi Sandeep,
For the business scenario which you have quoted, let us assume two different cycles
    1. Vendor selling RM ( PT ) for the TV manufacturing Plant.
In this case, We can define an equipment master provided your vendor needs the database for his tracking purpose. It means that whenever a new PT is manufactured in your vendor premises, immediately a equipment master  and a unique serial number will  be assigned to the product ( Note the RM material code will be different ) and equipement master and the serial number are material specific.
When the Manufacturing plant puts a PO and tries to do the GR, before doing GR, the system will ask to create a equipment master ( a mirror image of what is avaible) in your vendor end.
    2. Dealer Purchasing TV and the Manufacturing plant.
In the second case the equipment master and the serial number will be maintained for the entire TV ( Different Material Number )
In both the cases, the equipment category should be marked as Customer and the equipment req should be checked.

  • Delete serial numbers

How can I delete serial numbers?
    Sincerely,
    Ketan

    Hi Ketan,
I am also dealing with seial numbers in my current project and had this problem that if i want to delete some serial numbers which are scrapped over the period of time but could not find any option for th is in SAP.
What I am doing i have created a scrap storage location in one of the planst and when ever i have to get rid of any serial number i transfer post it using movement type 313 to this scrap storage location then i go to IQ02 and change the system status to Flagged for Deletion and In active. With this system status this serial number can no longer be used untill the system status is changed again using the same transaction IQ02.
There is another field called user status which does have an option of scrap status but its not activated in the standard SAP so you need to speak to the ABAPer and find out how you can activate it.
I hope the reply is helpful to you.

  • Include batch/serial numbers with Count Sheets

When performing a cycle count for items that are managed by batch or serial numbers, it is necessary to record the count by batch or serial number, since discrepancies must be entered with this information.  There should be an option or alternative PLD layout that would include a list of batches or serial numbers with quantity > 0 in the warehouse.  Users could then enter the count for each batch, or check off the serial numbers that are counted.

    Hi Marcia,
I just made a query to pull that data.  I had the item and item group table in there because we were filtering by item group.
    SELECT
      T0.[ItemCode]
      ,T0.[ItemName]
      ,T0.[BatchNum]
      ,T2.[ItmsGrpNam]
      ,T0.[Quantity]
      ,NULL as 'Counted'
    FROM
      OIBT T0
      INNER JOIN OITM T1 ON T0.ItemCode = T1.ItemCode
      INNER JOIN OITB T2 ON T1.ItmsGrpCod = T2.ItmsGrpCod
    WHERE
      T0.[Quantity] > '0'
It will give you the list of all batches with quantities to count.  Then you can make a PLD query layout and print that.  Problem is you have to aggregate the items into a total by item code anyways for doing the counting, but then you need to have the batch data when posting.
    Hope that helps,
    Mike

  • Import Serial numbers in Goods Receipt

    Hi Experts,
We are receiving 100's of serialized items per day that have serial numbers that are not sequential. It is not very efficient to type them in one by one.
