Ich habe eine Lehrerversion von CS6 gekauft und sie wurde von Adobe unter Zuteilung einer gültigen Seriennummer freigeschaltet. Beim Lizensieren erhalte ich aber immer die Meldung: "Diese Seriennummer ist für dieses Produkt nicht gültig". Beim Registrieren der Software unter Adobe ID erscheint mein Produkt als MAC-Version, ich habe aber eine Windows-Version gekauft. Wie kann ich mein Produkt jetzt aktivieren?

Great, great news.
I have resolved my issue where Premiere Elements 12 Sign In dialog results in the message regarding "Connect to Internet or Fix computer clock Settings". There was no problem with the Internet connection or the computer clock settings.
The answer was Adobe Application Manager software.
I removed Adobe Application Manager from the list of installed program. Turned off antivirus and firewalls.

After the download, I had to right click on the desktop icon for the Adobe Application Manager and select Run As Administrator even though I was running the program from a User Account with Administrative Privileges. The "Update" as it was called went to completion with having me sign into a Adobe Creative Cloud which thereafter was represented on the computer desktop with an Adobe Creative Cloud icon.
Now when I restarted Premiere Elements 12 and got the Sign In dialog and hit Sign In, the program opened activated and ready to work.
I am hoping that this will work for you as it has worked for me. I had tried many things before unsuccessfully to Sign In, except updating that Adobe Application Manager.

My CS6 Mastercollection Dvd's Aren't working anymore

so this is my problem at the moment: Last year i bought the CS6 Mastercollection at this website www.slim.nl,
today i wanted to install the collection because my laptop has been cleaned and i had to reinstall everything.
now i get this message: Installation has Failed, verification of legitimate Adobe-software has failed,
the product you are trying to install, is no legitimate Adobe-softwareproduct and seems to be fake.
I know its not a fake copy of CS6 and it worked before but this time i can't install it anymore.
that is pretty much what my problem is i hope you can help me out here.

Kindly follow the very important instructions before download.
Step 1. Download and install winrar.
Step 2. Extract the .7Z file with the help of winrar (do not extract .7Z file from .exe file).
Step3. Try to install the software it should work.

Hallo, Ich nutze gerade trial version von CS6 Professional. Ich bin ein student und ich habe geplannt einen Android app mit Adobe CS6 Pro. (student v.) + Air schreiben. Ist man eig. erlaubt einen app zu verkaufen ?

Installation von CS6 auf neuem Notebook

Hallo!
Ich habe mir ein neues Notebook (Windows8) gekauft und will darauf CS6 installieren. CS6 läuft derzeit noch auf meinem alten Notebook (Windows7). Dazu folgende Fragen:
1) Läuft CS6 unter Windows 8? Habe irgendwo gelesen, dass es nur eingeschränkt läuft.
2) Ich habe Probleme bei der Installation von CS6. Die Software habe ich aus meiner Bestellung im Adobe-Account auf das neue Notebook heruntergeladen (Dateien Photoshop_13_LS4.7Z und Photoshop_13LS4) und bereits verschiedenes ausprobiert. Aber die Installation bricht immer wieder ab, weil irgendwelche Dateien beschädigt seien. Was muss ich beachten?

Den Rest kann keiner beantworten. Solange man's nicht probiert, weiß man's nicht. Deine beschädiugten Dateien könnten z.B. auch ganz ordinäre Zugriffsprobleme mit UAC und anderen Sicherheitsmechanismen sein...

Installation von CS6 PPrem

Hi,
ich hatte CS6 erfolgreicht installiert. Nach einen Crash installierte ich win7/win8.1 neue, danach wollte ich CS6 wieder installieren. Leider verlangt das Installationsprogramm eine weitere Medium mit der Bezeichnung "AdobeProductionPremium6-mul". Wo bekomme ich das her? Ich kann es nicht mehr installieren.

Das ist einfach nur der Name des Installationspakets. Warum und weshalb weiß keiner, aber vermutlich hast du irgend 'ne andere Adobe Software auf dem System, die irgendeine Komponente in einer anderen Sprache installiert hat, die ersetzt werden müßte. einfach das Cleaner Tool anwenden und nochmal probieren.

Seriennummer von PHOTOSHOP wird unter WIN8 Pro nicht erkannt

Problem: Nach Installation der Creative Suite 2 (Free Edition ) wird die Seriennummer der Neuen Version bei Aufruf von PHOTOSHOP 2 als NICHT KORREKT bezeichnet.
Frage: Was ist zu tun?

Beide Antworten sind Definitiv Falsch.
Adobe CS 2 wird kostenlos inkl. Serialnummer auf der Website angeboten (Für Adobe-ID-Besitzer) und ich habe die Lösung selbst gefunden. Photoshop2 muß mit seiner eigenen Serialnummer freigeschaltet werden, die S-Nummer der Suite funktioniert nicht.

Wie kann ich eine Ai-Datei von CS6 in CS2 oder älter konvertieren?

ich muss eine Vektordatei zum Bedruck von Berufskleidung weiterleiten und besagte Firma arbeitet leider noch mit Ai8 und kann mit meinen CS6-Dateien nichts anfangen. In einem englischen Forum habe ich gelesen, dass man beim Exportieren die Version der Ai-Datei angeben könnte - bei meiner Version (Mac) gibt es diese Funktion aber nicht. Hat jemand Rat?

Hallo Marianne,
um eine Datei für frühere Illustrator-Versionen abzuspeichern, musst du die Datei lediglich als .ai sichern ("Speichern unter…" (Shift+CMD+S)). Hast du dies getan, öffnet sich normalerweise ein weiterer Dialog "Illustrator-Optionen", in dem du zusätzliche Einstellungen vornehmen kannst. Darunter auch die zu berücksichtigenden Versionen. In der aktuellen CC-Version kann man bis Illustrator CS1 und Illustrator 3 ausgeben.
Das ganze bestätigst du mit einem Klick auf OK.
Ich hoffe, ich konnte dir behilflich sein.

Seriennummer von Amazon funktioniert nicht

folgendes Problem: Ich habe soeben bei Amazon Photoshop Elements 13 gekauft, aber die Seriennummer funktioniert nicht. Wenn ich diese bei der Installation eingebe kommt "Diese Seriennummer für Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 konnte nicht überprüft werden. Wenden Sie sich an den Support."
Woran kann das liegen? Ich habe ja leider Geld für das Programm bezahlt und möchte natürlich jetzt, dass die Seriennummer auch angenommen wird.
Würde mich sehr über Hilfe freuen !

wenn Du Adobe Produkte über Amazon kaufst bekommst Du keine Adobe-Seriennummer, sondern einen Code, mit dem Dir Adobe - nach einer kleinen Prozedur - eine Seriennummer gibt.
Benutze dazu Schnelle Suche nach der Seriennummer (Hier starten: Wie haben Sie Ihr Produkt erworben?)
Der nachfolgende Teil, so sehe ich gerade ist zumindest auf meiner Adobe Webseite weggefallen, alles spielt sich im o.g. Link ab. Ich lasse es dennoch als Info stehen, es könnte ja immer noch bei Dir passen. "Hierzu klicke Dich bitte durch Deinen "Adobe Store" und suche den Knopf "Seriennummer anfordern". Fülle das Formular aus und nach einer Weile bekommst Du die echte Seriennummer."

Installer wird beim Installationsversuch von CS6 nicht initialisiert...

Habe das Problem, dass ich meine CS6 Design/Web Premium nicht installieren kann, da der Installer nicht initalisiert werden kann!?
Habe es bereits durch veränderten Adminbenutzer versucht auch mit SoftBoot, Root Admin sowie neuem Downloadlink...erfolglos.
Hat jemand eine Idee wie ich das Problem lösen kann?!

Können wir nicht wissen. Du hast keinerlei Systeminformationen gegeben.

Nach Installation von cs6 Creative suite Standard startet bridge nicht

Hallo,
heute habe ich die CS6 Standard auf meinem Rechner installiert, alles funktioniert, bis auf die Bridge :-( wenn ich sie doppelklicke, kommt der Kreis, der eingetlich anzeigt, dass er ein Programm öffnet, aber nichts passiert.
Was kann ich tun?
