Server details not showing in ST06/OS06

Hi All,
we are having one PRD and 4 application server as app1 -app4 , when v hit ST06/OS06 -> Detail analysis menu -> Compare all servers, it show only 3 servers ie App1 app2 & app4. where as app4 is not showing. i checked SAPOSCOL its running .
Kindly suggest wat would be the problem.

Check the saposcol service and see the path where it is getting the saposcol.exe file. Also do check whether it is not located at 2 different directories.
Stop the service and make sure the updated version is in the correct path then restart the service.
Also--go into your Widows services and check the path to executable for your SAPOSCOL service. stop it and update SAPOSCOL.exe from the kernel directory to the saposcol directory where the service runs
Also have you scheduled the background job COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR
this job should be scheduled on hourly basis... do it in SM37 from client 000 ?

The windows service for essbase in 11.1.2.x is an OPMN service "Oracle Process Manager..."

My BT Vision details not showing in My Products

I upgraded from the old unlimited TV package to the new entertainment package with Sky Movies this was in October. Since this product change the BT Vision details section is blanked out, with a error message "we can't find your TV plan details view your bill to see what package you are on" I have contacted BT on two occasions and on both calls they stated the problem has been fixed and the details will be available to view within 24-48 hours. This has never happened. Also I have been getting the error message when trying to see my broadband usage this has been on going for 4-6 months again not rectified after calls to BT. Could one of the technical help persons look at these two issue to get them resolved. Thanks

I asked again for a fix (actually via Twitter over the w/end) got a phone call yesterday asking for a screenshot - beats me why a simple explanation wont suffice! - anyways, sent it off and today ...
'MYBT' page is even more broken !
It does now show an entry under 'MYTV' of 'ESSENTIAL' - which is wrong, and when 'more details' is clicked it just goes to the top of the page.
When 'Show Phone Details' is clicked it results in this error message:-
Error 404--Not Found

.... and when 'Show Broadband details' is clicked, it does nothing !

Fields for selection in FPCJ : Bank details not showing for Postal Order

Hi Sap Gurus,
I have a requirement in which while recieving the payment from FPCJ of type postal order i am not able to enter the bank details.
which are available for Cheque payments.
In our system the fields to determine the bank account and bank details fields are not showing in FPCJ for PO type payments.
Kindly help me as to our client wants to put in the details of the bank in the FPCJ screen.

Hi Ankit,
I don't think there is a configuration to make the fields available for postal order in FPCJ. It needs to be customized.

Server: Mail configuration of Server Admin not showing ANY Accounts

I have an LDAP directory for my accounts and in the Server Admin GUI, under the Mail configuration, I am not showing any accounts. Currently mail services not working and I have tried to reconstruct the db to no avail.

How did you try to reconstruct?
Check /var/log/mailaccess.log and post some more info for a process number (number in square brackets)

Server name not showing up in Chooser

mac OS 10.1.3 server. The server name is not showing up in the Chooser,. I can get to it by typing in the IP address, but this is a pain for my teachers.
It showed up for a long time, but now it will not show up.
Any ideas?

Apple talk is on the server and the clients. I also have another server that is connected to the same switch and it can be seen in the chooser. So I do not think it is a config problem with the switches or hubs. I have not changed anything (that I know of). I have researched this and can not find anything on it.

Server name not showing up in shared list.

Wondering if anyone may know what's up with this. We have a mac mini server with Yosemite server on it. The name for the server isn't showing up on the client computers in the office in the "Shared" list of computers in the Finder.
Any ideas?

Weblogic Server does not show managed server started when I used the Windows service to start it.

I created a windows service to start a managed server and the services was created successfully and stated. WHen I go to the Weblogic Server Admn console, the server is still showing shutdown. Whenm I try to start it, it returns with error that the the service is not able to start. Has anyone ran into anything similar. I am running on Windows Server 2008R2 and running Weblogic Server 10.3.6 and Fusion Middleware 11.1.6.

For starting managed server as windows service there is no need of nodemanager .

Payment Details not showing up

When I go to my supscription status it says my account will automatically renew. I want to cancel because I don't want to get charged again. My payment details will not show up and there is no cancel button anywhere.

I'm having the same problem and it's really getting on my nerves. Once I get it sorted spotify is going bye bye.

Any TextFrame Created on Server will not show as tagged on desktop

Hi All,
related to an eariler post - if I create "any" text frame on InDesign Server, it will not show as tagged when opened in desktop.
I run the following code on InDesign Server CS3:
var doc = app.documents.add();
var frame = doc.pages.item(0).textFrames.add();
//..set geometry...save document...
When I then open the document in desktop and tag the frame, it all works functionally but the frame will not display as tagged ("ie View..Structure..Show Tagged Frames").
If I add a new frame to the same document (via UI) and tag it - it all works fine.
If I copy the server generated frame - it will still not display as tagged.
Strange, and very annoying! Has anyone else come across this issue.
Can anyone else replicate it for me so I know I'm not mad or have some dodgy install?

I see the same problem, so no, you aren't crazy. I tried running the same javascript from within InDesign, but that text frame draws correctly. So, it doesn't look like it is a scripting problem, but a problem unique to InDesign Server.

Remote server view not showing folders or files

My customer uses Dw CS3 with XP SP3. Everything worked fine until their ISP changed their web server. After the change remote site view does not show folders or files although uploading to server works fine with Dw. If I try with Filezilla or any other FTP client everything works normaly. I'm no Dw expert just a sys.admin, but I don't know what settings I should try anymore. I tested this with dw cs 4 also and same problem there.
If I check the FTP LOG from dw it shows the file listing correctly and that I have rights to the folders and files.

Do you know what changed on the FTP server? I would love to know what it is. And if you have been able to solve the issue, then we might be able to provide the steps to reproduce/prevent the problem to Adobe's bug report form.
I have had rather iffy experience with DW's FTP feature with various hosts through the years. Enough so that I only try out DW's FTP when I upgrade, and always resort to using a different FTP client. Although I tend to prefer FTP client software anyway, there are times when it would be convenient to use DW's features.

I added php module to iWS 6.0 it work fine but access log not show byte transfer information for php. How can I do?

The iPlanet Web Server 6.0 access log does not report the number of bytes sent by plugins unless the plugin explicitly sets the Content-length: header. Sun ONE Web Server 6.1 is the first version of Web Server that always reports the number of bytes sent, even if the plugin neglects to set a Content-length: header.

Fonts details not showing correctly in Acrobat XI

Previous i used Acrobat 8, there is no issues when i select character to check font name, but now i upgrade the Acrobat to XI, there is some issues when check fonts, its not showing its accurate Font name like
In Acrobat 8, Its showing correctly "MyriadPro-Light". I checked in Enfocus Pitstop Professional also.
But in Acrobat XI, it's showing as "MyriadPro" only. Its really critical issue in my working area. So please anybody try solve this issue.

Is this only with one file and if so can you share it? I can't reproduce what you're describing; the Acrobat XI document properties dialog reports the Postscript name of each font just as it always has done. Here's a demo in Acrobat XI Pro:

BW precalculation server is not showing the functions when right clicked.

I have BW precalculation server.When i tried to execute the tcode "RSPRECADMIN"-- and right click on the server it is not displaying the next window,which is used to maintain like display the queue(ctrlf10) or edit the servert etc..But when i ctrlf10 i am able to get the functionality.Other users are able to get the window once they right click on the server,but not me.
Please let me know if i need to check the system settings or do any modifications to the settings.

I got the solution for it.
Actually we activated the "quick cut and paste" option in the sap system...on tht top right hand corner there is icon called "customiz local lay out" in this we have ticked the "quick cut and paste" and hence iam not getting the window once i right click on the server.But once i unticked the "quick cut and paste"
option i am able to get the window once i right click on the server.
