Server down after updating the Blackberry World App Store

Hi there,
hopefully u can help me. For two days, after upgrating the Blackberry World App i'm not able to acces the following:
- internet
- no more push up emails
- BBM, Whatsapp, Windowslive Messenger, Facebook
- email settings ( is giving me the following error " Your device had a problem connecting to the server"
While i was upgrading the latest version of Blackberry World Application, was wasking me to update my Blackberry ID so i did it and after that all the problems came up. Looks like my blackberry server is down, can't acces anything. I contacted the carrier , they checked and said is it from aplication i have updated. They suggested me to delete the application which gives the problem. I deleted the files of Blackberry World App , but still the module is it in my mobile and can't be acces even when i tried to reinstall it.
I don't know if this can help, but i have noticed that BIS is like disconnected while EDGE signal is there. Sometimes "EDGE" changes into "edges" ( small letters ) and GSM.
The carrier sent me again the service books, but i still have troubles ... nothing at all changed !
The following Services Status is there:

Balckberry Internet Service
Connection: not connected
Blackberry Enterprise Server
Connection: not connected

Mobile Network Provider

I can't figure out what can cause this problem. Any help will be much appreciated.

Its clearly the ios 6 update...I have a 2 month old 4s...worked perfectly until the upgrade...now my app store rarely opens...other apps crash or will not load..battery life is now weak weak weak..
The thing that TRULY amazes me is that I was on the phone with an apple tech yesterday,actually 2 different techs, when I said that there are several users on this site with the same problem their response was "first Ive heard of it !"

You're not talking to a team of Apple employees poised to jump on your question. We're all just users here, and we might be doing something else...
You cannot delete the App store App. It is somewhere on your Home screens, or you have dragged it into a folder. Any folder. If all else fails Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.

Internal server error accessing 'Updates' in OS X App Store

Hi,
I just tried to access the App Store/Updates to update to 10.10.3, etc. and I get 'Internal Server Error - Read' with a few additional lines of text. Is the server just overloaded?

Triple-click the word "telnet" in the line below on this page to select the whole line:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
Launch the built-in Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

After updating to iOS6 my app store is in korean instead of english.

I am currently living in South Korea, but had my phone set up in English from the beginning. After I updated it, everything was in English except for my App store. It is in Korean and I cannot update or buy anything. It tells me to go the the English App store ... uuuuhhhh HOW??? How do I change it to English???? If anyone can help me out with this, I would appreciate it!

The steps below assume you know what your iTunes > Edit Preferences settings are. I think if you delete that you can build a new one and get into the store you need.
Stop the iTunes program and go have a look in Win Explorer
C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes.pref
Rename that file to iTunes.pref.old.
That way you can get your old prefs back, if you want.
Now try to start iTunes again, and it will ask some questions as it tries to rebuild the preferences file.
Just hit Next and Cancel, don't realy answer those questions in other words.

After updating to mavricks my app store do not work.. what to do?

after upgrading to mavericks none of my application do not work and also app store what to do?

reset all settings
settings-general-reset-reset all settings
now reconnect to wifi
settings- wifi- click network name- enter password - join
if issue persists back up and restore as new via iTunes

Can't connect to the BlackBerry World server

It says "BlackBerry World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry World server. Verify your network connections and try again."
I have recently updated my BlackBerry Playbook. It's.been like this for weeks now.
Any help would be appreciated.

The Playbook can only do updates with WiFi, or if it is a 4G it will do the updates over the mobile network.
If the Playbook does not update, try a re-start. Also check if your router is allowing WiFi access to the net.
If you did an operating system update, you may have to go the Identification and re-enter the Playbook's ID and password to allow access for updates and backups to work. The ID is in the main system menu listing.

I recently updated to Yosemite and now I am having problems with the above mentioned apps, not opening at all.
I am unable to check to which version its update to, or even update to next version.

You ran a defective third-party "utility" such as "CleanMyMac" or "MacCleanse" that purports to "clean up" "junk" files. What it really does is to corrupt the operating system and many applications.
The first thing you need to do is remove that software according to the developer's instructions. Never install it, or anything like it, again. Then see below. If you use any iWork applications, you may need to delete them and redownload them from the App Store.
If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data, then reinstall the OS.* You don't need to erase the startup volume, and you won't need the backup unless something goes wrong. If the system was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you may need the Apple ID and password you used.
If you use FileVault 2, then before running the Installer you must launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the FileVault startup volume ("Macintosh HD," unless you gave it a different name.) It will be nested below another icon, usually with the same name. Click the Unlock button in the toolbar and enter your login password when prompted. Then quit Disk Utility to be returned to the main Recovery screen.
There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
If you installed the Java runtime distributed by Apple and still need it, you'll have to reinstall it. The same goes for Xcode. All other data will be preserved.
*The linked support article refers to OS X 10.10 ("Yosemite"), but the procedure is the same for OS X 10.7 ("Lion") and later.

Ive backed up my phone and restored it after updating the software and now a lot of my apps have waiting next to them and i cant access them from the interface

Backing up and restoring app data of an App World (BlackBerry World) app

I'd like to do a security wipe on my old Bold 9700 and then reinstall/restore an App World (BlackBerry World) app that I purchased with the same BlackBerry ID.
1. Can I reinstall an app via App World after a security wipe?
2. WIll the app data (e.g. game scores) be restored?
3. I did a full back up with BDS7, if reinstalling the app on a security wiped phone does not reinstate the app data, can I retrieve the app data by restoring the app from the backup?
4. What about copying the .rem files of the App World folder of the app to my computer, reinstalling the app via App World and then copying the .rem files back to the Blackberry? Or is there another location I should look for the app data?

That I'm not sure of...it likely depends on how the scores are stored. If they are stored on the device, then it might be able to re-obtain that information after you reinstall the app. Likewise, if they are stored on some server somewhere, it might be able to do so. But there's really no way for anyone but the app developer to know for sure. If I were you, I'd prepare myself for those being lost as a result of this activity.

Maybe -- again, it depends on how the app works, which only the app developer can say. Some apps store data in AppMemory (which is what gets backed up), others store their data in Device or Media Card Memory (which is not necessarily backed up). And it may well be moot anyway, depending on how the developer coded the app.

Same issue...it all depends on how the developer coded the app. If the coded it to ignore any stored data anywhere each time the app is installed, then you can't force it to read anything, regardless of where you might restore it to. But, again, only the developer of the app can tell you what will happen in these circumstances.
