Server Error on SEA Online Education Store

I'm so disappointed with the online store
I went to this link (http://shop.adobe.com/store/adbestap/en_SG/DisplayProductDetailsPage/ThemeID.30575200/prod uctID.257994600) to purchase the Master collection CS6 (Teacher and Student Edition) and it gave me a server error during checkout.
Contact Adobe help via their online chat and they have suggested that I make my purchase via the phone instead. It's Saturday today and these corporate stores are not operating. I hope they get the system up asap.
Thanks!

The store is up and running. I managed to make my purchase. Now the next challenge is the downloading of the installer files from digital river. The estimated time for the download to finish given is 5 day 6 hours. OMG!
Can I just install the trial version and key in my serial number for the software to work?

  • Internal Server Error after OS X Update

    I have upgraded with the latest OS X patch and now cannot open the "updates" tab in Apple Store. I get an "Internal Server Error - Read" message.
    I have also noticed Simcity Complete Edition for Mac which was purchased in Jan 15 now seems to have reverted to a "beta" version after the upgrade.
    App Store also will not allow me to login.
    I am concerned because if this is a bug caused by the upgrade, now I cannot get to the upgrade page to download any fix.
    Any suggestions?

    I'm having the same issue after upgrading to Yosemite. The reference number is slightly different, but the error is otherwise the same.

  • '500 Internal Server Error' when trying to connect to Music Store

    Does ANYBODY at Apple CARE that I've been writing posts for 2 WEEKS trying to get an answer to the reason why I can't connect to the Music Store? This is absurd!
    Since upgrading to iTunes 6.0.3 (and now 6.0.5), I get a 'Music Store termporarily unavailable' message. I have the same PC, OS, and ISP that I've used to buy hundreds of dollars worth of your music - but since upgrading - I'm dead in the water. Norton is set to PERMIT i-tunes - but I get the same problem with Norton turned OFF.
    When trying to connect to the Music Store via the following URL: phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/storeFront
    as suggested in other posts, I get a "Error 500 Internal Server Error" - which according to my ISP and Microsoft is on APPLE'S Server - not my end.

    Check whether your DBControl or ASControl service is still running or crashed. EM is not able to connect to the Management Server.
    For instance in Windows, you may see that the Servise is not started. Then check for error logs in $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/logs for any related error messages in the log files

  • SharePoint Online workflows show server error when link is clicked. Cannot terminate them.

    This is for SharePoint Online. I have a number of workflows on a list that are in a 'suspended' state when I navigate to the workflows page for the item. When I click the link to view the workflow, I get a server error.  I need to terminate these workflows.

    Hi,
    Based on your description, you want to terminate these workflows in SharePoint online.
    You can terminate these workflows by the CSOM implementation through passing the ID of the list and list item.
    You can refer to the code snippets below.
    // connect to the workflow services via a CSOM client context
    var clientContext = new ClientContext(siteCollectionUrl);
    var workflowServicesManager = new WorkflowServicesManager(clientContext, clientContext.Web);
    // connect to the instance service
    var workflowInstanceService = workflowServicesManager.GetWorkflowInstanceService();
    // get all instances
    var workflowInstances = workflowInstanceService.EnumerateInstancesForListItem(listId, listItemId);
    clientContext.Load(workflowInstances);
    clientContext.ExecuteQuery();
    foreach (var instance in workflowInstances)
    // is this what we are looking for?
    // if so, suspend it
    workflowInstanceService.SuspendWorkflow(instance);
    // or you can terminate it
    workflowInstanceService.TerminateWorkflow(instance);
    There is a similar case:

  • Ovi store on n8 server error payservice not availa...

    can"t buy apps send from ovistore to my nokia n8 get the message:server error payservice not availlable
    anybody any suggestions how to solve this

    I have figured out a work around.
    I have two n8s, and the one I got yesterday (for my wife) the ovi social and store were not working.
    Here is how I fixed it.
    menu  - settings - connectivity - settings - destinations -
    under Uncategorised I had 4, but nothing under Internet. I created a new access point under internet, and copied the settings from one of the ones under uncategorised. (fyi - my older n8 has 4 options in Internet, and only one under uncategoried).
    It seems that Ovi will only use an access point under Internet. I closed down the menu and went into Ovi and it works perfectly.
    Hopefully this work around fixes everyones issue with this. Let me know if you have any other questions.

  • N8 Can't buy app in Ovi Store: Server error, we ar...

    Dear friends
    I use Nokia N8 and Ovi store 2.0. As the the title states, when I press buy button in Ovi store it shows “Server error, we are experiencing problems with the payment service. You will be taken back to the catalog page.”
    It occurs to all apps not specific app. The price shows correctly in local currency. I still didn't enter any card number.
    I've contacted Nokia call center which they received the issue with no response and solution for more than 1 week.
    If this has happened to you before, please share the solution. Thank you in advance.

    Nokai - connecting people?  They seem to struggle to connect me to myself!  I had already logged in to this site four times, and had to log in again just to contribute to this discussion.  It's no wonder they are taking such a drubbing from Apple.
    I have the same problem as described above when trying to buy and app from the OVI store with my new N8, and that problem continues even when I download the version of the store application that is optimised for my phone.
    (While I'm on that subject, has anyone else had the odd experience of being told repeatedly to download the OVI app store, despite the fact that it is already installed?)
    Please, Nokia, get your act together.  Not that anyone probably reads these things, given the exceptionally poor response.
    Former Nokia enthusiast, now angry, cheated, disrespected, disregarded soon-to-be former customer. Ovi Suite, Ovi Store, the execrable web site and the unreliable N8 have created a perfect storm of cell phone hell.

  • Can't sign in to iCloud or iTunes Store because of "server error"

    I can't sign into the iCloud control panel or iTunes Store on Windows Vista.
    It keeps saying " can't sign in because of server error".
    How can this be fixed?

    Welcome to the Apple community Lisa Marie.
    If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple IDand that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
    This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
    However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
    The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
    You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

  • Internal server error accessing 'Updates' in OS X App Store

    Hi,
    I just tried to access the App Store/Updates to update to 10.10.3, etc. and I get 'Internal Server Error - Read' with a few additional lines of text.  Is the server just overloaded?
    Regards, Patrick

    Triple-click the word "telnet" in the line below on this page to select the whole line:
    telnet swscan.apple.com 443
    Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
    Launch the built-in Terminal application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
    Paste into the Terminal window by pressing command-V. I've tested these instructions only with the Safari web browser. If you use another browser, you may have to press the return key after pasting.
    You should almost instantly get three lines of output below what you entered, the last of which is this:
    Escape character is '^]'.
    If there's no output within ten seconds, consider that a failure. Otherwise, please post the output in a reply. You can then quit Terminal.

  • App Store Updates - Internal Server Error - Read

    Hi everybody,
    In the last three weeks my MacOSX Mavericks started to behave abnormally while checking for updates in App Store. My system is a Mac Mini (Late 2012) running OS X 10.9.4.
    The use case is as follows: I open App Store and go to Updates. The entire window (almost) hangs for a while (up to one or two minutes) and then I get a message like the following below:
    Internal Server Error - Read
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Reference #3.c148212e.1407869740.2e8e86e
       or
    Reference #3.67020ecf.1407870503.1c3dbb42
    Is it something I should do on my side about it?
    Thank you.

    Same issue but on OS X 10.9.5 (13F34)
    Internal Server Error - Read
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Reference #3.cf48212e.1426104997.17ac57e
    I tried the suggestion to sign out of the App Store and back in. Restarted as well.
    This didn't help.

    Hi!
    I believe it is a problem regarding the preferred language for the user:
