Server Model SSI.htm error

I am using Dreamweaver 8 on a MAC platform and all of the
sudden receiving an error:
The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
Server Model SSI.htm: has configuration information that is
invalid.
This error pops up on every page of every site I have on my
computer. I have never received it before, it just started and
won't go away. Every time I make a change to the page I get this
error. I have removed sites and then re-added them. I have
completely removed Dreamweaver 8 from my computer and then
re-installed. I've tried everything I can think of. Has anyone else
had this problem or found a solution? Any help will be greatly
appreciated!

I never heard back from anyone on the issue, so after trying
everything I could think of I finally broke down and re-installed
the software. Kind of a pain, but it did solve the problem. Hope
this helps...

  • The Server Model SSI.htm Error Message in CONTRIBUTE

I have searched this forum (and did a Google search) for this error message that one of our CONTRIBUTE 4 users is receiving:
The following translators were not loaded due to error. Server Model SSI.htm: has configuration information that is invalid.
Because this is happening in Contribute 4 (and not Dreamweaver 8 or Dreamweaver CS4), I cannot follow step #4 of the Troubleshooting JavaScript errors in Dreamweaver technote.
I have recently installed Contribute CS4 (running on same PC as my Contribute 4). In Administration of site in Contribute, under Compatibility, I have selected Transition Mode.
Why is this Contribute user all of the sudden getting this message whenever she tries to do anything with a file??
    Thanks!!!

Well....... to address the problem, I had to uninstall and then reinstall Contribute. Not the best solution but at least my user (and I!) are happy.

    1. Bounce the Repository's DB Instance. Usually an indication
    of RME errors.
    2. Goto RAU and perform all of your maintenance
    a. Compute Statistics
    b. View Objects and Recompile all 'INVALID' objects
    c. Clear temporary tables.
    3. If you are reverse engineering with DBA privileges then you
are going to retrieve alot of uneccessary objects. Be explicit
    in your retrieval.

  • Error while executing SSIS package - Error: 4014, Severity:20, State: 11. A fatal error occurred while reading the input stream from the network. The session will be terminated (input error: 109, output error: 0)

    Hi,
We are getting the following error when running our SSIS packages on Microsoft SQL Server 2012 R2 on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1:
Error: 4014, Severity:20, State: 11.   A fatal error occurred while reading the input stream from the network. The session will be terminated (input error: 109, output error: 0)
SQL Server Data Tools and SQL Server Database Engine reside on the same server.
    We tried the following:
    Disabling TCP Chimney Offload
    Installed Windows Server 2008 SP1
Splitting our SSIS code into multiple steps so it is not all one large continuous operation
The error occurs during a BulkDataLoad task.
Other options we are investigating with the engineering team (out-sourced, so delayed responses):
Firewall configurations (everything is local, so this should not make a difference)
    Disabling the anti-virus scanner
Are there other things we can try?
    Any insight is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

    Hi HenryKwan,
Based on the current information, the issue can be caused by many reasons. Please refer to the following tips:
Install the latest hotfix based on your SQL Server version. Ps: there is no SQL Server 2012 R2 version.
Change the MaxConcurrentExecutables property from -1 to another one based on the MAXDOP. For example, 8.
Set "RetainSameConnection" Property to FALSE on the all the connection managers.
    Reference:
    https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/feedback/details/774370/ssis-packages-abort-with-unexpected-termination-message
If the issue is still existed, as Jakub suggested, please provide us more information about this issue.

    Hi Sadeeq,
Based on your description and the error message, it should be a timeout issue when the ADO .NET Source connects to the source database. So, please refer to the following two suggestions:
Double click on the ADO .NET Connection Manager, click the All tab, and set the “Connect Timeout” property to a bigger value. By default, it is 15 seconds.
Increase the DefaultBufferSize value of the Data Flow Task. By default, the DefaultBufferSize is 10 (MB), you can increase it to a value that is less than 100 (MB).

  • RMI How can a Client reconnect to a server after connection(any)-error

    I have the following problem:
My RMI-Server runs for ever. In a batch-queue I have a procedure which looks periodly wether rmiregistry
and RMI-Server exists. On error both processes are killed and restarted.
My client as a simple example is displaying the server time. If any communication-problem with the
server exists, I need an automatic reconnect to the server. I accept that into the time distanz of the
error the display is frozen. Its unacceptable to restart the client !!.
The following example demonstates my test-example:
    Server:
    1. Start
    2. waits for connecting (factory)
    3. answer time-requests
    Client:
    1. Start
    2. create a time class initially 1.jan.1970 00:00:00
    3. Start a timer displaying the time class every second
    4. start a timer connecting/reconnecting to the server and ask the servers actual time every second
PS. Is the server to stubil programmed, so that a hang can exists?
It would be nice, if anybody could answer me !!

    Hello willy51,
    Thank you for answering.
I think, your comment of the design is true - its a problem when starting up in a new enviroment and
you have nobody who shows you the right direction at the beginning. Talking personally together only
10 minutes is better than writing a noval.
I thing the following model of a client works better:
    concept:
    - visualize a personal time class continously evgery second
    - if there is a connection to a server set the time-class with the server time
    - if you loss connection, try to reconnect
    question:
in which situation hangs connectToServer() ?
(whithout the simple errors : no rmiregistry, no rmi-server)
    public class EchoClient
    private String hostname;
public static void main(String args[]) throws Exception
    // my internal TIME-Class
    Etim acttim = new Etim();
// Create and install the security manager
    System.setSecurityManager(new RMISecurityManager());

  • Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services Error Code = 0x80040E05

I've been running a package for 6 months without any issues that pulls data from a cube via MDX and moves it to a database.
We've recently moved to a new server x64 and the connections all succeed but at runtime (in 64 = T&F) I get the following error:

  • Any techniques to speeden up Server model generation/Table to Entity retrofit??

    Hi,
Do we have any technique/method to speeden up the Server Model generation/table to entity retrofit??
Basically I am reverse engineering an Oracle 8i database.
Generating ERDs from exisiting table structures in the database.
Designer is usually taking around 12hrs to generate the Server Model and 14 hrs to do the table to entity retrofit.
The client machine is Win NT 4 with 128 MB RAM and the Server is Win NT Server with 256 MB RAM.

    Hi Cherif Bouslimi,
Thanks for your hints. I can now generate Table API within Design Editor's Server Model Diagram. I started the generated SQL file and Package Specification, Package Body and Triggers are created. However, when I try to insert data in a Master Table, the following errors appear:
    SQL> desc products
    Name Null? Type
    PRODUCT_NO NOT NULL VARCHAR2(6)
    DESCRIPTION NOT NULL VARCHAR2(30)
    UNIT_PRICE NOT NULL NUMBER(5,2)
    SQL> insert into products values ('1','1',1);
    insert into products values ('1','1',1)
    ERROR at line 1:
ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04063: package body "POSOWNER.CG$PRODUCTS" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
    ORA-06512: at "POSOWNER.CG$BIS_PRODUCTS", line 4
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'POSOWNER.CG$BIS_PRODUCTS'
Are these Table APIs have to be used with generated Forms but NOT working in SQL Plus?
Is there any relationship betw[i]Long postings are being truncated to ~1 kB at this time.

  • PowerPivot Error "Failed to connect to the server. Reason: Unspecified error" when importing other files

I have been getting the error below on a regular basis when attempting to import Excel, Text, or Access files.
I'm running Office 2010 (SP1), and PowerPivot (SP1). After reading a similar thread I reinstalled PowerPivot. It worked until I closed Excel. Now it recuses to allow import or update of these files. I really need it to work. Anyone have an solution or even
something to try - other than uninstalling and reinstalling PowerPiviot everytime I need to import or refresh files?
    Thanks,

    Hi San,
What's the version of your PowerPivot? Please refer to the article to check the version of PowerPivot for Excel:
    http://powerpivot-info.com/post/89-q-how-can-i-check-what-version-of-powerpivot-for-excel-is-installed-on-my-machine
We can download the latest PowerPivot for Excel version from:
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29074
In addition, please help to collect windows events log information to us for further investigation. If you cann't import Excel, TEXT or Access data into PowerPivot data model, you can try to directly copy your data into it.

  • "Importing" table-comments into an existinting server model with a text file

    Hello
i have redesigned a database with the "capture design" tool - server model and
    server model diagramm is ok.
Now, i want add many table- and column-comments into the server model.
I wrote these comments with the "comment on table..." and "comment on column...."-command (in uppercase mode)
into a scriptfile and tried, to "import" this scriptfile with the "capture design" ==> "server model" ==> "DDL-Files".
The designer said "Processing Complete: 0 error(s), 0 warning(s)". But if i look in the server model or in the
    server model diagramm....nothing happened.
    Has anyone an idea?
    regards

Aha, we're onto something here + I've just been reading the thread with +75 replies that's currently on the front screen which seems to be related though not entirely.
OK the original filename was Renting Checklist.txt with a space, I deleted the space and renamed it Renting_Checklist.txt, made it the only attachment to a new email and sent from my ISP email account to my gmail account and it went fine.
So that's why then but it's strange that it went when it was attached on an email with another attachment (whose filename didn't contain spaces or special characters). Does this sound tied in with the similar problems that others are having? It ought to be worthy of a fix, I can't tell when this problem started because I haven't had cause to send an email with a text attachment that had spaces in the filename.

  • Attunity Error in SSIS - "OCI Error Encouneterd"

I have SSIS BIDS (SQL Server 2008) (32 bit), and am using Attunity connector to connect to an Oracle DB. A while back we had our systems upgraded to windows 7 64 bit.
I have installed Oracle 11g client on my machine, added TNS entries for the above Oracle server connection and also pointed this path (path for TNSNames.ORA) in the "PATH" environment variable as well as "TNS_ADMIN" (which I created)
    environment variable.
Even after doing all this, I get the following error when validating the Attunity Oracle source connector, the error is as follows:
"OCI Error Encouneterd. ORA-12154: TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified, Test connection failed".
I also researched that this might be due to paranthesis in the path for devenv.exe (BIDS).... So I went through the following post, installed JUNCTION, and created a junction pointing to the actual directory for devenv.exe.
    http://danieladeniji.wordpress.com/2011/08/03/microsoft-sql-server-integration-services-attunity-error-oci-error-encountered-ora-12154-tnscould-not-resolve-the-connect-identifier-specified/
This too has not resolved the problem....
    Any help appreciated!!

Okay I checked out the solution in the link and tried to implement the same:
To solve the problem, you have two options:
Specify the Oracle connection string, instead of the TNS service name in the Oracle Connection Manager Editor, for example, in the following format:host:port/service_name
Define a dummy registry entry (Z_SSIS) as follows:
    Open the regedit utility.
    Locate the following Key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ORACLE.
Right-Click on ORACLE node and click on New -> Key.
Call the new key Z_SSIS (to make sure it's the last entry).
Right-Click on the Z_SSIS node and click on New -> String.
    Name the property ORACLE_HOME.
Double-Click on the ORACLE_HOME and set it to the location of the Oracle 32Bit installation home directory you want to use
Option 1 does work , you can do that instead of just giving the TNS Name of the connection. So probably I can use that as a solution for my problem here...
Option 2 does not work...I tried creating the new registry key, but that has not solved the issue.
    Thank You

perhaps it is not a good idea to use JSF 2.0 with JBoss 5.1; it was built to support JSF 1.2 only.

  • Unable To "Capture Server Model For DB"

    Hi Gurus,
    I'm new to this product.
I'm trying to do a reverse engg by getting an existing (oracle db)
    schema into designer.
For this I first installed the repository in a different tablespace / schema.
    Created a container.
    Then -
Generate -> Capture Design Of -> Server Model ->
Source Of Design Capture : Database
    - Entered the username / pwd / connect / owner
of the schema that I want to reverse enggr.
    - Entered target container
    - Everything else is default.
The "Start" button is grayed out. I tried deleting all the fields and reentering them,
    checking/unchecking all/some checkboxes.
Not sure if its a GUI issue or configuration (repo) issue.
Running the designer on WinXP SP2.
DB version is 10.2.0.1.0 running on a Red Hat Rel 3 Linux box.
Any help appreciated for this novice user.
    Regards,
    - Yogesh

    Hi,
Once you have entered the needed information about the connection string and container, go to Object Tab and select the objects. then the Start button will enabled.
Another way to reverse engineer is to use ERD component. Refre to the Note 299067.1 in Metalink.
