Thanks,I have found the problem (type="xsd:string" and not type="xsd:String").
But, if I try to use an internet webservice (http://www.webservicex.net:85/LloydsRiskCodeService.asmx?wsdl or
http://api.google.com/GoogleSearch.wsdl) that doesn't work (connection timed out :connect or connection reset).
But if I use this web service on my computer, that work.(C:\...\name.wsdl).
So, when I say "that work" that mean my WSDL URL is loaded.
Is it normal?

CAF entity coupled with application service activation problem

Hi Experts,
I have an existing CAF entity service to which i had added an additional attribute.
I have the assosiated application application setdataservice,which has a custom method to add data to the entity service (mass upload).
In the custom method i have added the code to set data for the addtional attribute.
I had generated the project and build the dc locally,
The buid is fine with no error's .
But when I activate the request the activity fails with "cannot resolve symbol" for the new method even though the local build is sucessful.
Any idea why this is occuring,

I've deleted the two methods (or just commented them) I had and have readded them by choosing the Override Method option in the Source menu of JDeveloper 10.1.3. I've addet the methods prepareForActivation and prepareForPassivation too.
When I execute the application, with breakpoints into the four methods (I attach the code below), I see that it prepares for pasivation and pasivates. When I do any action, I see it prepares for activation, but the method activateState is never reached.
I have no other overriden methods in the class. Any idea of why the activateState doesn't execute?

Service Activation problem

I have been on the phone with AT&T for 4 1/2 hours now - really. The rep seems to be going through screen after screen of questions, repeatedly asking me for the same info: SSN, birthdate, driver's license, etc. He is "starting to freak out" in his words. Anyone know how to get out of the "loop" in the software and what he might need to do to get this phone activated? Any help is welcome!

In case anyone else is having this problem, they had me go back to the AT&T store and get a new SIM card. We also ported over my number from Verizon at the store to yet a third SIM card so that I would be an "existing" AT&T customer. Then I went back online with my iPhone with the new SIM card in it and registered with no problems whatsoever. It was a shame that I spent a total of 9 hours on the phone with AT&T before they were able to even tell me what to do, but fortunately that nightmare is over and I hope this helps someone else end their own problem.

Problem while assigning service activity to WBS

when i assign service activity to WBS element without filling any fields (like Purchase groupand Material group) it is going straight to Service Specifications.
if we fill the service specifications and save the project we can save the project with out any errors
i require entry of PurchaseGroup and Material Group is mandatory
and then system should go to Service specifications

Hi,
Just check in Network profile, on Activity tab (TC: OPUU). You must have maintained required details like Material group, Purchasing group etc in Service activity section. Whenever you create a service activity these values get defaulted in activty. Let me know if it solves your problem.

OK, then pls follow below steps;
- Go to step 'Create Users' in solman_setup System Preparation scenario and make sure the user SM_INTERN_WS has a green status. Use the 'Test Login' button to make sure the user is not locked and has correct credentials maintained in solman_setup
- Immediately after checking the user status, navigate to Configure Connectivity->Enable Web Services and execute again the 'Create Logical Ports' automatic activity, in order to propagate the correct credentials to the Logical Port definitions.
- If the above operation is not successful, repeat the two steps above, providing a different user Id in 'Create Users' step, eg SM_INTERN_W1. This will prevent situations where the user gets locked by Logical Ports using an obsolete password.

Flash MX Professional 2004 Activation Problems

I am having trouble activating Flash MX Professional 2004. I have had the product for many years, but it is asking again to be reactivated, probably because I have moved the vmWare virtual machine on which it is installed to a new host computer.
I have learned that the old Macromedia activation servers are no longer available, and have tried using the information provided by http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/macromedia-legacy-activation-error.html. But that only activates me to a non-professional version. I need to use features in the Professional version.
Is there a serial number available for Flash MX Professional 2004?

OK, I have got my problem sorted.
After a second call to UK customer service, I was e-mailed a serial number that they said was for Flash MX 2004 Professional. However, it didn't work with my version! My version is 7.2, and the original serial number of my product starts PFD700. The serial number given by Adobe is PFD800-00466-08280-86965. Maybe the 800 means its for a later version, don't know, but my version does not accept this as a valid serial number.
A third call to try to get a PFD700 serial number got me a brick wall again, they insisted that was the only serial number for MX 2004 Pro they had. At this point I followed sinious's suggestion and asked to talk to a supervisor. They were on the phone, and I was promised a call back. I'm still waiting.
So I hunted a bit harder with Google and eventually found a site that gave me a serial number. The use of that unlocked the Professional features of my version, and I'm up and running again.
Thanks for your contributions guys, you've both helped. I agree with sinious's critism of moccamaximum, and wouldn't normally go to sites of dubious provenance for help. But after being exhausted by my efforts to get help from Adobe - who to be fair nearly got there in the end - I went hunting and found something that solved my problem. After all, Adobe themselves are publishing activation-free serial numbers.
I've given the serial number I got from Adobe, it may help others who experience activation problems in the future.
But I'll follow sinious's advice and not give out the serial number or details of the website I got it from. It wasn't very hard to find.

PR creation from External / Service Activity

Hi all,
we are currently using External and Services activities.
The Service activity should generate a PR as soon as it's released whereas the External activity should never generate a PR.
I'm trying to link the "Reservation Relevance/Generation of Purchase Requisition" field with the "Control Key" :
Never create a PR <=> PS02
Create a PR from Release <=> PS04
Do you know if there is a way in Customizing do default the field depending on the Control Key? (I would like to avoid a validation rule...)

If you never want ot generate the PR for external activity, then work is simple:
1) Change the control key PS02 in transaction OPSU and check the box "service".OR alternatively you can make new control key copying PS02 and abandon the use of original PS02 in your projects.
This will make sure that every time you are using PS02, it will always generate the service PR. Also in network profile settings(OPUU), maintain indicator "2" for Res/Pur Req.
Hope this solves your problem without using any validation !

Has anyone had activation problems with iPhone 5 today?? is there any kind of trouble with itunes and wireless activation??

I have unlocked and used iphone 5's before. Never had this problem.
When I put my tmobile SIM in it;ll say no service then go back to the actviation screen after saying "activation required"

Activation problems are almost always caused by a SIM not being present in the phone or a phone that was hacked to illegally unlock it.
Talk to the person you got it from. If it was hacked or jailbroken, you can't get support for it.

Factory reset and activation problems

I bought a used Ipad 2 Model A1396 from my sister, and I used a factory restore.
The activation process says "could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable", but this continues for ever.
I tried connecting to Itunes, with different iOS versions.
I used different networks to see if that was the problem.
I waited some days to see if there was a problem with the service (and now I know how to check Apple services).
I even went to the apple store (in Argentina), but they told me that it might be a problem with the previous user that is locked.
I went to my sister's house (previous owner) and used her itunes, to see if that could help.
I read different posts, that gave solutions as "trying another network", "take out the 3G card", or install a different version of the iOS. I tried every one of those.
I still get the same "activation" problem.
Any ideas? Could anyone help?

Service activity creation & automatic cost element picking up

Dear All,
We are facing a peculiar problem while creating a service activity in Project creation - CJ20N (Project Builder).
1)     Created a project definition. ( say u2013 X200)
2)     Created parent WBS element.
3)     Created one Network.
4)     Assigned one service activity to the network.
5)     While assigning service master to the service activity, system is asking for a cost element. In other words, the cost element is not automatically picked up for the particular service master. Actually, while creating earlier project (say X100) & assigning service activity, system is correctly defaulting the Cost element.
6)     Here the service number which we are using is the same as used in the earlier project (X100). In X100, based on the valuation class in the service master & settings maintained in the transaction code OBYC, correct GL account is getting picked up.
7)     We can give the cost element manually. If we do this, system is giving another message u2013 u201CSystem could not determine a consumption account for service 2000000202u201D, though it is maintained for the valuation class in OBYC.
Why the cost element is not getting defaulted? Pl advice in this regard.

Case2 X 200   You might be using different network profile where you would have not maintained CE.

Imessage/facetime waiting for activation problem on a deactivated iphone 5

I was just wondering if anyone out there know how to fix the waiting for activation problem for iPhone 5 on 6.1.4
My iPhone 5 is deactivated so it has no service on it. It has a sim card but the sim card doesn't have service and I'm guessing thats the problem.

Well I did a restore of my iPhone 5 (deactivated) using my last iPhone 6 backup (activated) and iMessage still failed to activate. It's funny because this worked on my old iPhone 4. I don't know what else I did different.
Does anyone know why Apple does this? Why are they against us using iMessage on a deactivated iPhone?
