Can't download itunes on computer. Got message "Service Apple device failed to start". Verify sufficient privileges to start services. What is this?

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5376
Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

When syncing on iTunes, the syncing meter runs in iTunes in my computer but nothing appears in my device (It should have Sync In Progress). Whenever I edit my music files (editing title, album and artwork), it edits in iTunes but when I eject my device, nothing's changed. You must be running Windows. AMD is a service that needs to be running in order to sync your phone. You need to start it as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1567.

When I'm about to install an app I get this message. It ask me to retry and put my password again. After 3 attempts it ask me to reset my password.. I already did a password reset. I'm also connected to wifi.... Please help

From what I'm seeing, looks like it's being fixed even as we speak. My recommendation is to wait an hour or so and check again. Inconvenient, but that's probably the best option.
