Service Call Call ID number

Hi,
When I choose customer in Service Call screen with out Saving  i cancel the Service Call  Window Call ID Number is Changed.when i click on Last record It is not displaying the details.
Again am booking the Service Call it is taking next Call ID number.
am using 2005B PL 05
What could be the Reason

Hello Challa,
The service call is different with the other document. If you did not select or choose customer, the call ID number will not change.  If you see the button near cancel button, after you choose customer, the button is not OK status but directly update which it means system has created new service. This type of numbering is really important in the CRM service functionality.
That's one of the reason, you can't see the service call ID after you cancel the service call.
try to run this query :
select callID from OSCL and see if your call ID exists or not.

    Can you activate CS3. If you lost your serial you can retrieve it from Adobe.com. Sign in at Adobe.com the use this link https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html When your Adobe Product list is displayed click on your CS3 product your serial number should be displayed.

    I am trying to find out the Server-Services property called Web Services Listener Port inside the Enterprise Server web console..but I cannot find it.. In the BPM manuals it is given that:-

    I got my answer:-
    For 10g and 6.0 Studio:

    For 10g and 6.0 Enterprise using WebLogic, the URL is similar, but replace the {MachineName} and port number with the WebLogic host and port. And, you will need to replace the {project name} with {engine name}. The Engine name is the BPM engine name shown in the Oracle BPM admin console under Engines:
    http://{WebLogic MachineName}:{WebLogic Port}/albpmServices/{Engine-name}/ws

  • Calling my skype number: sounds like modem, fax

    When I got my US subscription and skype number, I tried calling it from another phone (att cell phone, and tried my work land line) to test it out and skype doesn't ring... It is just a weird modem, fax sound coming from the headset of the other phones. I do not even get a voicemail message from my skype number after the strange 'rings.'
    I am using skype on my ipad mini. It is the latest app, too. I have tried calling when The ipad is connected to 4g and from my home wifi. I cannot receive any calls, ipad app does not ring.
    Can still receive a skype to skype call, though. What's going on?

  • N82 caller display: displays number but not the na...

    Hi, I have a Nokia N82 running on the Fido network in Canada. I have the caller ID display and I'm supposed to have the name display combined with the number display. So when someone calls me, it should say the name AND the number. Here's the description:
    "It's a service that lets you see the incoming caller's phone number and NAME on your phone's display even if they're not in your address book. So you'll always know who's calling you."
    But what happens on my phone is that it only displays the number, not the name. Is there some special setting to enable that or my phone is just incompatible with the network? When the caller is in my contact, the name displays. It seems that the phone cannont display both at the same time or something like this...

    If it's a service your talking about then you need to get in contact with the company that runs that service.As i know full well that if a name is not in your phone book then only the number will show.

  • Lenovo A6000 displaying all contats as unknown(Not even displaying Caller's Phone Number in details)

    I recently bought a lenovo A6000 smartphone. Whenever i receive a call it is not showing any Caller ID details(not even Caller's Phone number). It is showing as Unknown caller and in details there is no information regarding phone number.
    Can somebody please help me in fixing this issue.

    It looks to me that itsTalkTalk you should be annoyed with, someone moving into an adjacent flat, so the address will be very similar, calls whoever they want to use, you seem to think it's BT but don't say why you think it's BT, and says they want service, the customer service rep incorrectly identifies your mothers flat and says there is already a line in the flat, do you want to take it over, they obviously said yes, this is what generated the letter from TT, and when you called them they should have rejected the takeover and the whole job would have been cancelled, this obviously didn't happen. The line in the exchange is swapped over, that's why for a short period your mother had another number on the line, confirmed by the fact you got a call from another number , called it back and your mother answered, and she got a call on that number from someone calling their own mother, but yours answered... The person from the other flat reports a fault, line not working, it never could work as the order was a takeover not a provide, Openreach send an engineer who moves the physical cable pair from your mothers flat to the other persons flat to give them service, because they have a valid account and your mother no longer has. TT should have followed your instruction when you said you hadn't asked for the line to be taken over, and presumably the new 'neighbour' should have taken more care when calling their provider with the address, and shouldn't have said yes to taking over an existing line when they couldn't have been sure there was a line in their flat. Its not much help, but these things happen in multi occupancy residences, especially when someone doesn't know if a line exists where they are moving to, and who the service provider with that line is. Even if you are correct and the new neighbour with your mothers 'line' is with BT, they are unlikely to be able to do anything for a TT customer, it's up to TT to sort this out for you and your mother.

    I've just purchased a South African Skype number and received all of the confirmation emails. The trouble is that I cannot call that SKype Number from my mobile phone - I get a pre-recorded message saying it's not a valid extension and that I should try again.

    Since those numbers were removed by a moderator, I can offer a general answer.  Assuming your Online Number is from one of these countries (Chile, Denmark, Estonia, Hong Kong, Poland, Sweden, the UK and the US), you should be able to set it for Caller ID.  Log into your Skype account using the "Account" link at the top of this page.  You should then see your account, including Caller ID settings.  If you don't see your Online Number for your Caller ID, click on the link to change that.  You would then be able to select the number, and save the change. 
    Even with this, there is a possibility that the telephone carrier(s) used to connect your calls from Skype to a telephone number won't pass your Caller ID information along.  This would be outside of Skype's control.  You can at least make sure you have the number showing up in your account's Caller ID settings, which should take care of the issue you mentioned.

  • Can verizon track down why we get so many misdialed calls to our number?

    Within the last year or so, the number of calls we're getting that are misdialed has become ridiculous. We get more "wrong numbers" than real phone calls, and it seems to me that there must be some illegal activity going on behind them.
    These calls are always from people whose caller id names show up as being Hispanic, and most of the time if we don't answer within a couple rings, they hang up before the answering machine even gets to pick up. And on the occasions when we do pick up quickly, they either hang up immediately or are clearly surprised that we answer in English. The few-ring hangup makes me wonder if our number is close to some popular drug-dealer - why else would people hang up if they don't get an answer by the 3rd ring?
    While I'd rather not have to change my number, I'd at least like someone at Verizon to see if they can figure out who these people are really trying to call, and maybe let the intended recipient know their "friends" aren't so good at getting in touch with them... and potentially getting the authorities involved if there's something illegal being carried on. Or maybe get the intended recipient of these calls a new number (assuming they are also with Verizon) if I've had my number longer than theirs.
    Or should I just take to "mis-dialing" the phone numbers I'm getting in my caller-id log and hanging up on them, randomly, at all odd hours like they've been doing to us?

    You can call Vz Unlawful Call Center at 1-800-518-5507. There you will be able to find out what Vz can do to help you get rid of these calls. This is likely only open during business hours.

    Apple ID's are not device specific, so when you changed it on the iPad 2 it changed it on the iPhone 4 as well, since it's the same account still. What you need to do is create a second Apple ID (so you'll have two accounts, one for iPhone 4 and a seperate one for iPad 2).
    To create a new Apple ID on your iPad 2:
    1) Go into Settings > Store.
    2) If you are already signed in, tap your Apple ID on the screen and you will be given a few options, one of which is to sign out of your account.
    3) After you sign out, now click the "Sign in" button.
    4) Tap "Create New Apple ID" and follow the instructions on-screen.

    No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
    As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

    No one from Apple here - we're just users like you. All I can tell you is that electronic fail and with MacBook Pros (and most notebooks) the components are so integrated as to make a repair to the logic board practically impossible, hence the high prices charged for repairs.
    Only you can decide if you want to have your computer repaired or put the money towards the purchase of a new computer. If you do decide to purchase a new unit I would suggest that you also purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan which increases your warranty from one year to three years.
