Hi all!
is there any options in SBO such that an Mail 'll be
automatically sent to the customers when their Service Contract period comes to an end?

Sorry Meera, it doesn't look like you can export the results of the alert to Excel.  This will mean that each week or month you will have to run the query manually.
I can tell you the steps i go through on my laptop but if you have a different version of word then it may be slightly different for you.
1.  Open up the word document that you want to send to your customers
2.  Select Tools / Letters and Mailings / Mail Merge
on my version i get a mail merge window appear on the right hand side of the screen.
3.  Choose the type (e.g. Letters) and click Next - Starting Document at the bottom of the section.
4.  Choose 'Use the current document' and click Next - Select Recipients
5.  In the 'Use an existing list' section click on Browse and browse to your spreadsheet.  Choose the sheet and ensure that there is a tick in the First row contains headers.
6.  Click Next - Write your letter
7.  Click on More Items (a list of your query fields will be shown).  Click on the field you want to add and click insert.  do that for all the fields you want to include.
8.  Once all the fields have been inserted and you have moved them to the area you want on the word document.  click Next - Preview your letters
9.  If you are happy with the result click Next - Complete the merge
As I say, this may be slightly different for you.  But hopefully it gives you enough to start with.
