Service order tables in CRM

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me about tables of service order in CRM..

In CRM, Service Order is designed as per one order framework so many tables common across order types e.g crmd_orderadm_h, crmd_customer_h etc.. Please refer List of Important transactions,Tables & API in SAP CRM. It will be great if you could specify exactly for which service order data set you are looking the table name?

    Hi all,
Does anyone knows what the possible link is between a Service Order / Service Order Confirmation in CRM and a Purchase Order in ECC ? I heard that this could be found somewhere in the document flow of a Service Order ....
How do we get the Purchase Order number from ECC in the Document flow section of an Service Order in CRM ?
We need the PO number somehow to be able to create a Goods Received document in ECC from CRM.

    Abjuh

    Hello Abjuh,
As of CRM 4.0 (with Service Industry extensions), you can automatically create ECC Purchase Orders from a CRM service order.
It is possible to track the status of the individual service order items with the document flow.
Please refer to the SAP Help for more information.

  • Updating service order status in CRM from R3 after the invoice is created

    Hi all ;
I need to update the user status of an service order in CRM when the invoice related to it in R3 is created, so I have already know  the service order no .
How can i achieve this by sending BDOC from R3 to CRM? Which BDOC should i use?and is it enough to fill only status data in BDOC?
    Thanks.

    Hi sushant,
When the R/3 Order status is set to 'Completed' then the system status for order in CRM system is automatically changed to 'Completed'.
So firstly check whether the User status ('Completed')in SAP CRM has the Business transaction event set to 'FINI'. So when the system status is set to 'Completed' the user status will also change to 'Completed.'
Secondly even check what are the statuses of item in the Orders.

  • CRM Service - ECC Logisitcs Integration (Spare Parts in a Service Order)

    Hi Experts,
We have been trying to configure a scenario for CRM Service Orders with SAP ECC logistics integration in CRM 7.0 EHP1.
We are aware of the standard configuration wherein we assign one logistics scenario ( Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order or Reservation) for a specific service organization & Item Category for spare parts in service order.
Our first query : Is it standard that the spare part will be automatically reserved if it is in stock (after ECC availability check from service order) and purchase requisition or purchase order is created only if it is not in stock?
We also understand that while a reservation happens during Service order creation, the goods issue or material withdrawal happens only on service confirmation. If this the case, how will the physical delivery happen to customer? This is our second query.
Please note that we are raising this query only for spare part items in service order and not for sales item in service order.
It would be great if you could help us with this issue.
    Responses will be suitably rewarded.
    Thanks,
    Prish

    Hi Pritesh,
Thank you for your prompt reply and help, appreciate the same, we would be going for the scenario where the service order in sap crm has saleable parts, the service order would get replicated to ecc as a sales order and the costs would get booked when the post goods issue is performed after creating the delivery in SAP ECC.
    Following are the configurations done
    1) Service Order type ZRVW is created in SAP CRM
    2) The same service order ZRVW is mapped in SAP ECC
    3) The service order in SAP CRM has the following number range and the same is kept internal
    4) The same number range is marked as external in SAP ECC in vn01 tcode
    5) The number range is assigned to the document type ZRVW in SAP ECC
    6) Item category determinations are done in SAP CRM, standard SRVS(Sales items are copied to YRVS)
    7) The same item category determination is also set in SAP ECC for Item category group NORM
    8) Item category determination is also set for ERLA as item category group in ECC
    9) The item category YRVS is set to delivery relevant in SAP ECC
    10) The standard schedule line is determined which is CP is relevant for delivery
    11) The sales area is also assigned to the document type ZRVW.
    12) In SAP CRM, the status profile YCONT is assigned, having the business transaction to be distributed, the status of the same is set to allowed for completed status
    13) The status profile has been assigned to the transaction type ZRVW
    14) Pricing configurations are also done in sap crm and sap ecc
    15) Now I am creating the service order ZRVW in SAP CRM, having saleable parts, customer's and material's exist in both systems having the same sales area, the status is set to completed at item and header level
    16) The system is throwing an error when I click on edit
    17) When checked In sap ecc the system says that the document does not exist
18 I did open the error in SAP CRM and it says that there are some settings required for billing
Since there is no billing relevance to this scenario in the item category the billing relevance is set to no billing
    Please advice further
    Kind Regards
    Atul

  • How to create service order in CRM

    Hi All,
Now I can create a service plan. I want to know how to create a service order in CRM. Then I can get service plan from solution manager side for testing. Could anyone tell me how to do that on system ICT/ICP?
    Thanks a lot.

    Hi Vincent,
If you are only talking about creating of service orders in SAP CRM, you can follow this path: [Create Service Orders|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm60/helpdata/en/1a/c697d376f24869a755dcf83bbbc9d2/frameset.htm]. This will tell you the overall process along with the items which are necessary to create service orders.
[Service Orders|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm60/helpdata/en/1a/023d63b8387c4a8dfea6592f3a23a7/frameset.htm] will also give you a very comprehensive overview on Service Orders and its creation.
But I'm still not clear with the system details that you mentioned here. What is ICT/ICP? And what kind of Service Plan data are you expecting from Solution Manager? Is this a SAP CRM Setup for a Demo or are you show casing this solution for some mid-sized clients or customers?
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks,
    Samantak.

  • Availability check in service order quotation in SAP CRM

    Hello Experts,
I am trying to establish an availability check for service order quotations in CRM
Could somebody please guide me through the steps to solve this problem.
    Thanks in advance,
    Itisha

    Hello
For quotations, only an availability information is triggered and that shows only confirmation when creating but not after
save. You can find the logic in our standard function module CRM_CONFIRM_DEL_T_SCHEDLIN_EC
You can also find information in [ online documentation|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm70/helpdata/en/45/b67bba228747f5e10000000a114a6b/frameset.htm]

  • CRM 4.0 - Actions - Archiving sent e-mail to service orders documents

    Hi,
we try to archive sent e-mails to a service order via action (CRM 4.0). It doesn't work...
For the function I created an action profile with an action which should send the e-mail and then archive the attachment. In the action I used the option archive mode "mail and store".
Then I inserted archive object type BUS2000116 (my service order) and a new document type Z_PDF which I created before.
I created then a link for the content repository system in the transaction OAC3 for the object type
BUS2000116 and PPFOUTPUT for the document type Z_PDF.
In the OAC3 something is wired. The content repository of the transaction OAC0 is not available. I had to insert the content repository again via SM30 and view TOAAR_C. After this, the F4-help works and my content repository is available.
But now, when I use my action, the e-mail is sent correctly but there is always an error in the action protocol, which displays: object cannot be archived.
    What is missing?
    Regards
    Jochen

    Hi Conor,
We have integrated IC Web in to portal by creating BSP iview with SSO. We are able to launch IC web without supplying username and password.
We have configured SSO with CRM Server (V4.0 with 6.20).
I don't know much about the other questions asked by you.

  • Service order config doubts (TA Type IUSO)

    Dear experts.
Can any one share thier experience in  configuring service  orders in SAP CRM .
Here is what i  did  with my novice experience
    STEP1 :
In the following node Maintain Parameters for Service Orders and Service Notifications i have maintained the order types and the planning  plant
E.g Technical objecty type : Connection object
          Order code :                  RN01
          Planning plant:               8000
    Step 2:
I have considered the TA type for ISU Service order IUSO...
I included the TA type in the Business transaction profile and selected service  (Categorisation is enabled)
Then included the Bus Transaction type to the role via function profile
Also i subject profile and assigned it to the TA type IUSO....
The schema created is now in release mode too...
But  still when i click the the service order work center i  am not  able to see any  categories in my  service order screen...
    Doubt :
my  question here is does ISU service roders are configured via catgeory modeller or in any other manner...pls advice me
    Thanks

Only table Entry will be populated in Quality and Production for service order types which doesn't exist.

    Hello,
I don't have an answer for you but maybe this helps you in finding one
The message class PRC_MESSAGES_EXT is used for IPC error messages.
Maybe you have errors in some IPC java user-exits?
    Hope this helps,
    Kind regards,
