Service Order Tabs?

I am trying to create a SRVO service order in CRM 7. I have checked the configuration of the transaction type in the IMG and it has an organisational profile, action profile etc. assigned.
However, when I try to create a SRVO order in the Web UI I do not have any links to any of the tabs such as partners, dates, conditions, etc.
Can anybody tell me why I can't see the tablinks?

Could you be a little more specific? If I access the Component Workbench and look at the view do I create a new configuration using the transaction type? For example, BT116_ZRVO.
Or do I use my transaction type as the subobject?

    Hi,
    I want to create a service order from the repair order (sales order).
    In the sales order, i select "repairs" for the prinicpal item. After that, in the screen "Change Repair request xx: item data". this message appear " The system generates an item porposal automaticaly. Copy proposal?"
    But the system take a long time and at least do not create the service order.
    Another message appear, when i select SM Order "A service order has not been found for action 'Repairs' "
    What's the prerequisites to create a service order from the repair order.

    Pre requsits for this are :
    Maintain Strategy group 84 in MRP 3 screen in material master.
    Go to t-code OISD, here you can maintain plant, material,work centre, task list.
    Now go to order creation put your material & quantity is 1 & enter system will genarate service order,
    Go to item data >>> schedule line , here u will find service order tab click on that tab service order is displaying
    else use IW32 or IW33 to see service order.

  • Factory calendar error in service order

    Dear Guru's
    could any body help me in solving the below issue.i created the service notification in iw51 after that i clicked the service order tab then system gives the pop up mesage in that i mentioned order type,planning plant,business area,main work center after that i got the below error.
    Date 09.09.2011 is after the valid factory calendar period
    Message no. IW432
    Diagnosis
    You entered a date for which the factory calendar was not maintained in your factory.
    System Response
    Processing will not be continued.
    Procedure
    Enter a valid date.
    If you want to use the date rejected by the system as a valid date, you must maintain the factory calendar in your system with the help of the Customizing function:
    Proceed
    If you are not allowed to perform the function, contact your system administrator.
    from which master data system is picking the Factory calendar.
    how to solve the problem.

  • Warranty tab not getting displayed in service order

    DEAR ALL,
    I have an issue with crm services, I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED/USED INSTALL BASE IN MY SCENARIO AND HAVE CREATED PRODUCTS DIRECTLY/ DOWNLOADING FROM R/3.
    NOW WHEN I MAKE A SERVICE ORDER THEN WHEN I ENTER THE PRODUCT (EG: FINISHGED GOOD) ITEM CATEGORY BEING YANN (TEXT ITEM CREATED BY US) THEN THE WARRANTY TAB IS NOT COMING UP.
    when we add an expense item in the next line item warranty tab is getting displayed.

    Hi for this u can use VCT but you to check for doc flow action settings and work flow before, then only you will get Guranty Data tab hope this will helpful

  • Organization Tab in Service Order in IC Agent Role

    Hi Experts ,
    During the creation of a Service Order.,Complaints and Returns  from the front end I C Service Agent role , I am unable to maintain any Organization Data .
    I am unable to find the Organization Data tab to enter a Service Organization (just like the way in the SAP GUI ). in the IC AGENT role.
    I have checked all the components and views for available fields /tabs but there is nothing  available for Organization Data.
    Could you please help me , so as to display the organization tab in the Service Order/Complaints  in the front end IC Agent Role.
    We have the Organization Tab available in the Personalization Options itself in the SERVICEPRO Role .
    Is the SERVICEPRO role better suited for creating Complaints , Returns transaction ?
    However I do need the IC AGENT Role for Account Identification and Confirmations which can only be executed through the framework of the IC AGENT Role .
    Please advice.

    - Plant Maintenance and Customer Service
    - Maintenance and Service Processing
    - Maintenance and Service Orders
    - Functions and Settings for Order Types
    Two sub-options are then relevant:
    Create Default Value Profiles for General Order Data
    Update an existing profile or create a new one to include your Field Key
    Default Values for Task List Data and Profile Assignments
    A maintenance profile is assigned to a plant/order type combination
    The data in user fields is at operation level.

  • Vendor Determination to PR thru componant tab of service order

    Hi All,
    I have maintain the vendor in notification partner list and then it get copy to service order partner tab after service order creation.
    Now when I create the Purchase req. from component tab, Vendor should get determined automatically from service order partner tab. Right now it gives me pop screen which includes list of all vendor for given material and plant.
    My requirement is vendor determination in PR thru component tab should always get determined from service order partner tab.
    Pl let me know if there is any note to be implemented.

  • Any way to add 'Actions' tab on Service order Item level in ICWeb?

    We are implementing Service orders under CRM2007 Interaction Center.
    When we access the Service Orders through backend (t-code CRMD_ORDER), we see an 'Actions' tab on the Item Level which captures all the actions executed at Item Level. This tab is not available from the UI.
    Is there any way to add it to the UI? Note that it is available from both backend and UI at Header level but only from backend at the Item level.

    I checked the TCODE CRMD_ORDER, there are buttons like AVAILABILITY CHECK on the item level.
    When you say it is an Item view on the Web UI, I believe it is a Table View.
    In Table Views you will have ON CLICK ACTION buttons next to the Row Selectors.
    For most of the views it will be available by default.Identify the Web UI component and open it through BSP_WD_CMPWB.Select the view and open the context node class and check if there is a method
    GET_OCA_T_TABLE.
    This method will have the code like this, for the buttons
      ls_one_click_action-id      = 'DELETE'.
      ls_one_click_action-icon    = 'delete.gif'.
      ls_one_click_action-text    = ''.
      ls_one_click_action-tooltip = cl_wd_utilities=>get_otr_text_by_alias( 'CRM_IC_APPL/DELETE' ).
      ls_one_click_action-active  = 'X'.
      APPEND ls_one_click_action TO rt_actions.
    If your component also has these things, then you can simply add the ACTIONS column using Configuration Tool else you need to add this column by coding, redefine the method GET_OCA_T_TABLE and add the buttons.
    You need to explicitly create event handlers for the button click actions.
    Mostly,it should be available to you by default as it is available in SAP GUI.

    We have a requirement in which it is needed to add anew field in Location Tab of Equipment and Service order. For Equipment part , we have added the field via Enhancement ITOB0001 and activating the field via "Set View Profile for Technical Objects".
    But for Service order part, we are not able to add the new field in the Location tab , please suggest how can we achieve this.

    If you are not particular about having it in Location tab use Screen-Exit provided in the Enhancement IWO10018 to add an additional tab to host your custom fields. as under:
    ABAPer will be able to readily follow these steps
    Steps will be,
    1. Create a Data type to capture the your custom values. (SE11)
    2. Include your Zfield (with this datatype) through in the include structure CI_AUFK of the Order Header table (AUFK)
    3. Create a project with Tcode CMOD and assign the enhancement above (IWO10018)
    4. Go to Components and Click on Screen Exit
    5. Here Go to Screen-painter (Blue Arrow named Layout) , Create your Field screen-box, field Text field and field Input field. In the field input field Name you should use the above Zfield details (table-field)
    6.Activate the project CMOD and come-out.
    Run IW31, you will see an additional tab like shown above. But here the field is nothing.
    We haven''t told the system what is to be filled here.
    For this in continuation to the above steps between 5 and 6, insert this step.
    5a. Write your code in Function Exits : EXIT_SAPLCOIH_018 and  EXIT_SAPLCOIH_019  of the same enhancement (IWO10018.)
    Code to be written in exit 18:
    move-corresponding COCI_AUFK_IMP to AUFK.
    Code to be written in exit 19:
    move-corresponding aufk to COCI_AUFK_exp.
    After this exercise your Z-field will be visible in the Enhancement Tab as shown in the picture in the beginning. Now your values will be saving to AUFK table.
    So, this is completely an ABAPer job.

    I am using CRM 5.0 SP3. I need to add a new View/Tab on SERVICE ORDER at Item Level Details.
    This view consist of Some Custom Field (like IO Box, Drop down etc.)
    I have created the view but not able to understand how to add this view to the Item level details. I gone through the Cookbook, but not getting a clear idea of how to add this custom view there.
    I want to add this view like there are other view at Item level Details For Example "SLA Info","Notes" & "Partners", "Z view" (This Should be my custom view).
    Any hint will be very help full.

    I assign the New z view into the viewset (ServViewSets.xml) and define the navigation link( in ServNavigationalLinks.xml as well. but when i am clicking on the link from the ServSLA, i am getting following errors.

    Hi All,
             I am working on simple service order SM01 type scenario. where in i am entering the operation & time for the same.
    Now when i am going in to operation detail screen . I am not able to find out the requirement assignment tab page.
    Strangely when i am using same reference object & creating the Maintenance order PM01 & doing the same as above it is showing the req assignment tab page.

    Hi , I have found out the solution for the same.
    I have found that the external scheduling flag is   
    set for order type SM01 in customizing. Since this is set, requirement    
    assignment tab will not be populated as this will be taken care           
    externally.                                                               
    Remove the flag in below customising path.
    Plant Maintenance and Customer Service--Maintenance and Service ProcessingMaintenance and Service Orders-Scheduling--External Scheduling--Define for Each Order Type                                                                               
    Once this flag is removed for order type SM01, this tab will appear       
    for service orders.

    i hv got user exit to update 4 fields, but for operations tab in service order, i need to populated activity type and work ( quantity fields ), these fields are not availbale in the above user exit.
    Can any one pls suggest me how to update the operations tab fields in service order .

  • Restrict Deletion of Components from Service Order

    Hello All,
    I noticed that I am able to delete the components from the Components tab of a Service Order even after I have completely issued the components.
    Is there a possible way to prevent deletion of components that have already been issued..?
    I think I can use the Business Transaction RMKL in the system status GMPS. But I guess this will prevent deletion of those components which have not been issued to the service order.
    What would be the best way to prevent deletion of components that have already been issued...?

    I don't know if you all received the last reply I posted against this thread... coz I am not able to find it in the thread. I had asked for your comments on any repercussions that may occur because of this config.
    Anyway, the thing is, I followed Narashiman's suggestion and although I did not use the exact config he pointed me to, I used the config in the following nodes:
    1.) Production --> Shop Floor Control --> System Modifications --> Define System Message Attributes
    2.) Production Planning & Process Industries --> Process Order --> System Modifications --> Define System Message Attributes
    and added an entry: Application Area = CN, Message No. = 750-Component & item & was already withdrawn and Category = E.
    Having done this, the system did display the "Component & item & was already withdrawn" message when I tried to delete a component that was issued to a service order, but it did not delete the component from the service order. I was able to save the service order with the issued component still in the components tab.

    to specifically respond to your latest reply, I did find the node you pointed me to. But the trouble was that it did not have an entry for CN750 in it. When I tried to add an entry, the system did not let me do so and displayed the error message "Please specify a legal value".
    So I went around opening each system message control node and finally found the two that I mentioned earlier that did work for me.

    You could use the left navigation bar to go to service confirmation tab and just click create on service confirmations, the prerequisite is you must be on the service order from which u want to create Confirmation, this will link up all the transactions your interaction record
    Second way of doing it, is click on followup document from service order to create service confirmation prerequisite here is that you must have the configuration ready for creating follow up documents
