Service Profile Response time values from CRM

Hi experts,
                   I want to capture RESPONSE TIME from SERVICE PROFILE values defined in CRM system.If you refer CRMD_SERV_SLA transaction then you can find the defined values. In 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H Catalog, Code group, Code these values are appearing but I unable to find RESPONSE TIME value.
Has anybody tried capturing response time value in BW? or is there any other field shows this value in Data Source?
Regards,
Priyanka Joshi

Hi experts,
                    to get these values RESPONSE PROFILE value must be maintained in the Transaction but in our system its not available so I used SAP Exit to get the value and solved the problem.

  • Creating service orders in R/3 from CRM

    Hi Experts
    I am working on an scenario in the Interaction Center WinClient where complaints can be registered concerning iobjects. For now, we have made the design using activities, where the objective is to simple register complaints. However we would like to have direct integration between the complaints filed as activities and service orders in R/3.
    We have thought about two possible approaches to do this. One by creating a service order in CRM as a follow to the activity described above using the action profile, and the transferring the service order to R/3. However we feel this might be a little complicated due the fact that using services orders in CRM requires more configuration. The second approach consists on creating an Action Box of the Interaction Center WinClient that calls a PM transaction in R/3 where I can directly register the service order in the R/3 system.
    Does anybody have any ideas on what would be the approach?
    If somebody have any ideas on how to create a service order in R/3 from CRM would be very helpful and will be rewarded with points.
    If you have any documents that might be useful for the configuration I would really appreciate that help. My e-mail is [email protected]
    Thanks for all

  • High Update Response Time ticket from solman

    Hi Experts,
    We have monitoring setup from solman. We are getting an alert for ECC prod that the there is High Update Response Time. Can you please let me know how to fix it?
    Thanks,
    Asad

    Hi Asad ,
    How many update work process do you have . See a high amount of wait time for the update process
    You may increase their number if you have enough memory .
    Go to SM13 , Go to -> Administration of update system
    Goto - > Statistics
    Response Times: Rules of Thumb - CCMS Monitoring - SAP Library
    Less than 1 second is the recommended , though sometimes you may breach it .

  • Return Time value from datebase

    In a datebase i have stored a time value, when i use a resultset to retrieve this value from the database by using
    Time time = rs.getTime("time");
    in the database the value is 20:29:00 but the value returned by time is 00:00:00. why isnt this returning the correct value?

    try{
         Statement command = conn.createStatement();
    rs= command.executeQuery("SELECT * FROM table");
    while(rs.next()){
    Time time = rs.getTime("Time");
    System.out.println(time);
    on the System.out.println(time) the output is 00:00:00 wen it should be something like 20:29:59.

  • Apple service request response time.

    I recently requested a warranty service for my iPod in Singapore. Immediately after filling in all the details, etc. they said they would send me an e-mail with further instructions. That was several weeks ago, and I still have received no such e-mail.(hopefully i didn't enter the wrong email address). The status check merely states "Dispatch Sent".
    My question is: what is the average response time for warranty service for an iPod shuffle and what do they mean by "Dispatch sent". I have after all, not received a replace ment.
    Please give me your feedback, thanks.

  • Any way to get more statistics and response-time info from cache processes?

    I'm currently involved in an evaluation of Coherence for use as a global in-core cache/DB for data in the GB range. We'll try to run multiple cache process per cache in order to stay below 512MB heap-space per cache process.
    In order to tune cache access times and understand the dynamic behaviour of the app we'd like to see some statistics info for cache access, e. g.
    - requests processed per cache (process)
    - requests answer time (per request, min, max, avg, median etc.)
    - request answer size (number of cache entries returned, size of entries etc.)
    - whatever else that helps ...
    We are in position to get this kind of statistics info on the application side (when we call Coherence-APIs) but we'd need to see the statistics on a technical level per cache process.
    We know about JMX/MBeans but that does not allow us to come up with log-files for statistical analysis and there is no way to correlate requests from the application to any statistics information (what request did cause what effect).
    Any way to tell the cache processes to provide this kind of (logging) info (mesurements per request) and some summary.

    David,
    In addition to statistics that you can collect at the client tier (measuring the latency of individual cache calls), you could use a number of attributes exposed by the ServiceMBean.
    If you look at a ServiceMBean for your partitioned cache service, the RequestAverageDuration and RequestMaxDuration attributes describe the latency of the underlying communication tier as seen from the client and does not include the serialization/deseriation cost.
    The TaskAverageDuration, TaskMaxBacklog and ThreadAverageActiveCount expose the latency and expenses as seen by the server side, excluding the network tier expenses.
    Also, there are number of statistics exposed by the CacheMBean related to the underlying backing map efficiency such as AverageGetMillis, AverageHitMillis, AverageMissMillis and AveragePutMillis.
    You can also create your own subclasses for backing map implementation and implement custom MBeans that would expose any addition information you wish to collect.

  • Manager Field (Not Mapped) In User Profiles Always Takes Value From AD

    Set a mapping for a field from BCS connection
    Changed the value manually for one User Profile
    Started Full Sync.
    In Miisclient all agents pass with "success" status
    Checking the value of the Manager field in the manually changed User Profile the value is again taken from the AD

  • Passing Filed Values from CRM CIC Webclient into ECC thru Transctn Launcher

    Dear Experts,
    I am a CRM Consultant, working for IC Webclient implementation (Call Center Application from SAP). We are creating an Interaction record (a CRM transaction) after receiving a call from customer.
    in the same IC Webclient screen we are calling ECC transaction using a CRM concept scenario Transaction Launcher.
    Now the requirement is to pass the information like priority, reason, employee responsible and Text from Interaction record into the ECC transaction (IW51) which will be availabe in same screen but belongs to CRM and ECC systems respectively.
    there is no standard configuration available for this, and a development is strongly required.
    I dont know which functionality can be used to achieve this requirement. can we use RFC Function Module for this? what could be the best solution for this.
    kindly help me to resolve this issue. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.
    Best regards

    Hello Raghu,
    Try see if the ITS link it is OK. For me, note 917302 was very useful to understand what service to use, and how to fill the link at 'crms_ic_cross_sys' transaction.

  • Getting a Time value from a datetime data type in SQL Server - URGENT!

    Hi guys
    I have an urgent issue here -
    I have a datetime data type in a SQL Server database. The field holds both a time, and a date within it.
    I am able to pull the date out of the field by using:
    Date sDate = Date();
    while (gd.next()) {
    sDate = gd.getDate(2);
    how do this with the time????
    Thanks

    Hi,
    The funny part here is that you have already done it! The API is a great thing to use to help in your programming.
    API: The class Date represents a specific instant in time, with millisecond precision.
    You want time, you got it! How about:
    sDate.getTime();
    sDate.getMinutes();
    sDate.getHours();
    sDate.getSeconds();
    Not enough?

    Hi Alberto,
    The second way though it looks simple but has lots of functionality gaps.
    Jst imagine, if service head wants to know the number of compaints being served completly, or what are the types of complaints and what are the services we offered, or link between complaints and service orders.
    This would not be achieved in the second senario.
    Better go ahead with the first solution, and it hardly requires much of the configuration, also u would be able to do all the analysis.

    The above is my portalapp.xml file .
    I want to retrieve the common data across the component.
    These  datas are common across the components .
    I kmow by putting the data inside the

       <property name="password" value="password"/>
    </component-profile>
    </component>
    this becoms component specific ... which I can retriev the by using
    String ClientVal = request.getComponentContext().getProfile().getProperty("Client");
    in doContent()  method ..
    But this way i have to specify these properties in all the component.. which is repetetive in nature.
    I would rather put it in common location and want to retrieve the info from the portalapp.xml...
    How to achieve this
    I am using "AbstractPortalComponent"  .
    thanks

    Hi Prashanth,
    see Reading another iView's profile personalized values and Validate PCD URI
    Anyhow, maybe you should implement a service which returns the values (from the service profile). This would be more clean for accessing global values.
    Hope it helps

  • Response time https/http using CSM+SSL versus CSM

    Im using C6K and CSM for load balancing and an SSL module for https termination. That means clients can access the serverfarm through https/http and compare response time values.
    What should be the expected delay generated from SSL(https) compared to cleartext(http) ?
    My customers are complaining about to much delay...
    Thanks in advance for your answer.
    Volker

    it's difficult to answer.
    There will be an initial delay required to establish the ssl session, then for each packet there will be additional delay to encrypt/decrypt the packet.
    It also depends on load.
    An CSM can handle lot of traffic but not an SSLM.
    So, if you see something wrong in a sniffer trace like packet drops, retransmits, huge delays per packet [like 300ms], then we need to investigate what is going on.
    Otherwise, this would be normal.
    Regards,
    Gilles.

  • Retrieving time value using getTimestamp

    Hi, I like to retrieve date fields from Oracle9i database using getTimestamp. This works fine if the Date field has a date in it, or is null. However , if I try to retrieve a date field which only has a time component , say it is being used to store someones start time for their job (:-((((, then it fails with a format exception.
    I can obviously use some other get , but why shouldn't I be able to retrieve a pure time value from a date using getTimestamp (0900 AM).
    Is there any other way which would let me retrieve this using getTimestamp. I would like to keep all my date/times get and sets from the database as Timestamps.
    Thanks in anticipation , Colin C
    Exception was .... java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Timestamp format must be yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.fffffffff; nested exception is:
         java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Timestamp format must be yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.fffffffff

    Hi Colin,
    I just answered this very same question you asked in Oracle's Technet forum. I will explicitly state what I implicitly hinted at in that response.
    If you supply details of your platform/environment, plus the full error message and stack trace you are getting, as well as the part of your code that you believe to be causing the problem, I may be able to help you resolve it.
    Good Luck,
    Avi.

  • Average Response Time ASM

    Hi,
    Installed 10g RAC SE on Enterprise Linux 64. We have two ASM instances with 2 disk groups DATA and FRA. Database Control reports for disk group DATA (that consists of 3 RAID 5 vol.) that Average Response Time is 54-58 ms. Read Response Time is around 40-45ms. Everything is done to Oracle recommendations with a large stripe size and so on. We don't have performance problem but should not the response time be better? Can someone else share response time values for comparison?
    Regards Lars

    Grid Control always has been notoriously bad at measuring I/O performance of ASM, sadly. The service time numbers are usually high, and the IOPs numbers often are not IOPs so much as "I/Os to date with periodic resets to zero" numbers.
    As the previous poster said, use iostat. On Linux, iostat -x, the svctm column.
