Service & Repair: We are unable to process your repair online at this time

Recently set up a  repair for my iPhone but Apple couldn't replace it. I'm looking to do an Out of Warranty service but every time I go onto the repair service site it says "We are unable to process your repair online at this time"
Is this because I have recently set up a repair a few days ago? (My iPhone has returned to me) Do I have to wait a couple of day or what?

Likely. Call AppleCare & they can handle over the phone.

    May be the sistem in your area is really busy. Can you wait few hours or contact them with a Message ?

    the strange thing is my last login shows September 11, 2014, even though i have logged in today and previous days after this date.

    They have a D U N S number from Dunn and Bradstreet which was entered.   Used the same legal entity name, phone number, address, etc
    Upon submission i get the folllowing:  We are unable to process your request.  Not very helpful or informative.

    Before you perform a reactive debug, I suggest you practice on a non production script.
    The first thing you will need to do is, open the CRS Script Editor and log in.  You cannot Reactive Debug if you're not logged in and connected to the UCCX server.
    Next, press CRTL+Shift+R to open the reactive debug dialog.
    Select the script name from the list for the script you are troublehsooting.
    Select how long you want the system to wait for the next call before cancelling the debugger.
    Press OK
    Place a call into the script.
    At this point a script window should open and the Start step should be highlighted in red.
    Press F10 to step through the script, step by step, analyzing what's happening.

    I'm trying to sign up for the free Safari Developer Program.  Everything proceeds as normal until the step Agree to License[1] after which point I receive the message "We are unable to process your request."  I have tried to logout of the Member Center and cleared all apple.com cookies.  I've tried to start the process again from the beginning too.  I've verified all my contact details.  I get the same result each time.

    OK, I'm answering my own question. I've filled-in the support ticket. The lady from Apple support just called me and helped me deal with the issue as there was no other option to solve it by myself.

    Please go back to the previous page, or quit your browser and try your request again.
    I keep clicking on the activation link and then Activate and i keep going around in circles. How can i fix this ? Is there a problem with my account or is it a server issue ?
    I contacted the help using the link but no reply in 40 hours at time of writing.

    Change the "cookies setting" of browser as open at third parties.
    I had same situation, when get into the following URL for previous Xcode.

    But 5 minutes ago, I was able to escape from this bored conditions.
    I surely registered on Apple dev-center, that the problem was on browsing,
    please alter security level temporarily!!

    I have this same issue. What's frustrating is it puts me in an endless loop. Says to contact them but when I click any contact link it cycles me back to the problem.
