my client have made service PO against this PO made service entry sheet & acceptance He had already Made some down payments against this PO. When doing MIRO delivery no & delivery qty not appear in the same Tab . pl guide how to resolve this issue .

I need to control amounts before a service sheet is saved. I tested the user-exits and badis available for this situation and I can not find one that runs right before being recorded. Is There another exit besides which provides me the transaction SPRO, or is there another way to do that.

Service Entry sheet cancellation steps as follows.
Step-1 Type ML81N T-code
Step-2 Click 'Other Purchase Order' button and enter your service sheet number.
Step-3 Now, service sheet opened and Click on change button(pencil button) of header level for display mode purpose.
Step-4 Now, Click on Revoke button for acceptance and then SAVE the service sheet.
Step-5 Then, Click on change button(Pencil button).
Step-6 Now, display you deletion flag indicator(dust bin) in header level(same line of change button).
Step-7 Now, Click on deletion flag button(dust bin button) and then SAVE the service sheet.
At present, the particular service entry sheet deleted and also GRN value reversed.

Use TCode: ML81N, Click on other purchase order. Enter the Entry sheet/Purchase order number you want to cancel. Then the details will be copied, then click on change and then click on revoke acceptance icon. In this way you will revoke the SES.
If you want to delete the SES, after revoking SES click on Delete icon, so that the SES will get deleted.

When you have service charges, repair charges you can manage it via service entry process.
You can create service entry sheet.
Please refer bellow mention process of service entry sheet.
1) Create Service PO with ME21N t-code.
Enter your service reference and required detail in service order.
2) Than create Service Entry sheet with ML81N t-code.
You can take reference of purchase order for create service entry sheet.
3) than create invoice verification for service entry via - MIRO t-code.

Problem during the assets entryat the time of service sheet

I will face the problem at the time of services sheet as per following information.
Actuaally i implemented the busi. area as Dealer I Want capitalized that bur at the time of entery the
the service sheet i faced the problem.
problem:
you cant post to this assets( Assets180 0blocked for acuisistions)
procedure remove tha blocked indicator in the master record or post diff. assets

I am an ABAP programmer and I got a MM requirement that I think you can help me.
Here is whats happening:
1 - Buyer create PO with field GR-Based Invoice Verification (WEBRE) flagged. (ME21N).
2 - Then user creates Service Sheet(ML81N)
3 - Because service sheet take a time to be aproved, the buyer changes PO, removing the flag of fields GR-Based Invoice Verification (WEBRE) and GR-Goods Receipt indicator(WEPOS) (ME22N) so he can execute MIRO and F110.
User can't reflag the fields (WEBRE) and (WEPOS). So the service sheet stay on "limbo"
What I want, is to know if there is any SAP NOTE that verify and block the change on fields (WEBRE) and (WEPOS). So the user can't remove the flag if already exists a service sheet for the PO.

Sorry for the "delay" ins responding.
The SAP Note you've mentioned is just for 4.x systems, we are using the ECC 6.
Apparently this Note does what I needed... so already should be working on ECC.
My functional decided to simply block the field on customizing so User cannot edit it in any way...

FB60 Service Tax entry Missing

Dear All,
While entry of Vendor Bill thru Tcode FB60, forgot entry of service Tax.
Also Payment made by Cheque for Vendor Bill.
Now how to enter Service TAx entry for that Bill.
It is not possible to reverse Payment entry. So it is not possible to reverse Vendor Bill entry also.
WHat is a way out for service tax entry now

if it is calculating service tax manuaaly
then go to TCode F-02/F-43 then slect post with reference the select the service tax g/l a/c & post the required amount
or
otherwise you can book a JV as mentioned above

Data Entry Profile for Time Sheet Entry on Internet / Intranet

hello gurus,
i am trying to configure Time sheet entry on portal via internet / intranet. I did come across articles on it but am confused as to how to create Date Entry Profile as it seems to be the first step in configuring the time sheet.
Also mt OT calculation shud be based on the hrs input in the time sheet. How can this be achieved
Any inputs on this pls??

At a very high level you will need to:
1. Create the Data Entry Profiles. These are the templates that employees see when they go into their timesheet, and there are lots of options depending on what other modules and/or further processing is required for the time entries.

2. Define the field selection. i.e. the columns that will be visible in the timesheet, and which ones are required/read only

3. If you are using manager approvals, you will then need to set up the approval views. The default ones may be sufficient for your requirements or they may need tweaking slightly

4. Service Book Entry

Dear,
i have a BB 8520 and i accidentely deleted almost everyting from the SERVICE BOOK enrty. now if i want to open Twitter it says - "could not find a service book entry for IPPP". if i try to open BB app world it says - "please contact your service provider to upgrade ur data plan". Same goes for Facebook application. however i have a unlimited data plan. luckily my BB msger is still working... apps like TOI, NDTV still works....

Have you tried the following:-
1) battery pull - remove battery, wait 30 seconds, reinsert battery and wait for phone to restart
2) reregister handset - Menu - Options - Host Routing Table - Menu Key - Register Handset
3) Log onto Vodafone's BIS website (assuming UK user -http://www.mobileemail.vodafone.net/) - go to Help and select "Resend Service Books"

I accidentally deleted my service book entries on my BB Pearl 8100. How can I have them back?

Please reboot the phone by removing the battery and placing it back then check for the Service Books, if you still don't see them, contact your carrier and ask them to send you all the Service Books you need for the BIS service.

No browser configuration service book entries. Whats is this

I had to get a replacement blackberry beacuse mine broke. So I got it today and programed it today I try to go on the inter net and I get this error message. Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. Whats this mean?????

Hi there!
I suggest the following steps:
1) Register HRT
Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > (it does not matter which line is current) > Register Now
2) Resend Service Books
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your carrier to see where they are in the process of shifting your BIS account from your old BB over to your new one.
Occam's Razor nearly always applies when troubleshooting technology issues!

No Service Book Entries for 7100G

Like an **bleep** I forgot my password and of course after attempting it 10 x and being wrong the device wiped itself clean. Fortunately, I did a back up like a month ago and didn't lose any of my contacts but now my browser isn't working. The message says there are no service book entries for the browser. Prior to my little mishap the browser was working fine. Can anyone help??

Contact your wireless provider support team and ask them to push service books to your device wirelessly.
