Service user XIISUSER locked when resending multiple messages

Hi All,
Scenario: Idoc to 2 file receiver (1 defined as a Business Service). We notice that occasionally when we send multiple idocs from R/3 or when we restart multiple messages from the same scenario, we will get a HTTP 401 error and will find our service user XIISUSER locked.
i.Has anyone come across anything like this before?
ii. In receiver determination, the "Terminate message processing with Error(Restart Possible) radio button is chosen. Out of interest, what kind of error does this give if either 1 or the receivers cannot be found during runtime?

Basically the error will be HTTP 401 Unauthorized and we will find XIISUSER locked. This usually happens when we send multiple idocs for the scenario or when we restart multiple messages that belongs to the scenario. By multiple i mean 5-10 messages and not a really big number.
Once the XIISUSER is unlocked, I can just restart the message and it will be processed successfully. What I would like to know is what is causing the XIISUSER to be locked in the first place. can this be caused by the branching of the messages?

PI 7.0 service users are locked

Hi guys,
We have PI7.0 installed and configured properly.
We created a custom product and software component version in SLD and when we are trying to import it in IR we get "Unable to read software component versions from System Landscape Directory". Just to let you know PI is on one host and SLD on another.
It is obvious that something is wrong with users in the communication between IB and SLD.
We have tried everything:
1) notes 764176, 768148, 720717, 741214, found on relevant posts.
2) Exchange profile checks, we added extra roles to PIREPUSER, we replaced PIREPUSER in Exchange Profile with PISUPER, creating all PI service users with user roles in ABAP part of SLD etc... When I changed something in ABAP part, I performed "assign roles to user groups" in VA of Java part.
However, I noticed that in SLD's UME in Java some of the PI service users are locked and I am unable to unlck them, since when I try to do so with user j2ee_admin, I get "There was an error. Please contact administrator"
Any ideas??

The problem was caused due to some PI users that were locked on the J2EE part of XI, and therefore they could not connect to the SLD. I unlocked them through VA 's, Security Provider service.

Mail crashes when moving multiple messages

I've had this same problem for a while now.
I originally noticed the problem on my 3GS, did all the resets and restores as many have suggested, still the same problem. Upgraded to a 4 and started fresh again (did not restore old setting) and still the same problem. I have updated to every new version of iOS as they have been available in the past year or so and no updates seem to help either.
It happens for me either when deleting or filing emails. I usually dont even notice it freezes until i look at my phone after some time, check mail, the app hangs for 10-15 seconds, it crashes, starts back up automatically and it shows some emails moved and some didn't (ex. I delete 10 emails, after the crash emails 1-7 deleted and emails 8-10 are still in my mailbox) It seems to happen more frequently when I try move multiple messages between folders quickly which leads me to believe its locking up as a result of the sync'ing.
If it matters, I have two active sync acounts setup. I have noticed the problem though even if I remove one of the accounts.
P.S. I posted similar information as above to a past in the iPad forum that sounds almost exactly like the problem I have been seeing. Just wanted to start this new thread in the iPhone forum to see if anyone has any new information or if others have a similar issue and have pin-pointed the problem.

IOS 4 Error: "Unable to Move Messages" when Deleting Multiple Messages

Using an iPhone 4 and IOS 4.x (all versions to date including 4.1) if I'm in the All Inboxes view and use Edit to select multiple messages from more than one Exchange account and then delete them I get the following error:
Unable to Move Messages
The messages could not be moved to the mailbox Trash.
Deleting multiple messages from a single Exchange account is fine, but when selecting messages from more than one account the message pops up as many times as messages I'm trying to delete. I currently have three Exchange accounts on both 2003 and 2007 servers. This issue persists across multiple iPhone 4s as well as after a complete restore and manual setup of the Exchange accounts from scratch.

I have my email set up as an IMAP account and was getting the same "unable to move..." message for individual deletions. I suspected the problem for me had to do something with the trash bin on the phone and the trash bin on the server not communicating properly. I tried this and it worked for me, although from other posts, I see it doesn't work for everyone:
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
3. Select the mail account in question
4. Select "Account Info"
4. Select "Advanced"
5. Select "Deleted Mailbox"
6. Under "On My Server", Click the "Trash" folder (or whatever your trash folder is called on your server). This should put a check mark beside it.

Oracle SAPSR3 User Always lock when trying to startsap

im trying to build a copy of SAP System for profing concept of Oracle Data Guard.I'm using SOLMAN 7.0 EHP1 with oracle 10 GR2 on windows 2003.i have primary system (solman ; SID=SOM)
1. i build a copy of SAP System with homogeneous system copy with export-import(this successful). (lets say this system as solman2 ; SID=SOM)

i found that temp.data1,sysaux.data1,system.data1, and undo.data1 failed to restore. then i restore it manually one by one using brtools except temp.data1 (it always fail to restore)

IDOC - Web Service scenario gives errors when processing multiple IDocs

I have an integration process defined in PI 7.1 that contains four major steps :
- Receive DEBMAS IDoc
- Call a RFC to get additional information
- Call a MS Dynamics web service to retrieve the MS Dynamics customer account number via the SAP customer number (synchronous call)
- Call a MS Dynamics web service to update customer info (asynchronous call)
This process works well when one IDoc is processed.
If however 10 Idocs are submitted, some updates are processed correctly, most of them are not (the find service call works perfectly fine). Sometimes 3 work fine, sometimes 1 (for the same 10 IDocs submitted)
I did a test with SOAP UI where in a test script I submitted the 10 update service calls and this works fine.
The error that is given in the adapter engine SOAP communication channel is :
Message processing failed. Cause: (415)Cannot process the message because the content type 'multipart/related; type="text/xml"; start="<45504935B855BA3ACA0EA2FD503BC60F>"; boundary="----=_Part_20_1319086528.1239082062538"' was not the expected type 'text/xml; charset=utf-8'.
I noticed in the message content that the SOAP calls that go wrong have two payloads attached, one for the Main Document and one for the XI Context.. The ones that are processed correctly only have one payload, the Main Document
Anyone an idea what the cause can be ?

Please check the transaction idx5 in PI system and see whether the IDOC status by double clicking on the corresponding Transaction ID.
I think this might be due to some invalid data coming from the source system

User accounts locked when changing password

I have tried searching an answer to this for a while but have not found an answer yet. So have decided to see if anyone can shed some light on it.
Basic issue is that a user changes their password on their client machine which then locks their Open Directory account so can not login.
Users authenticate against the Open Directory hosted on a 10.5.8 server. Clients are 10.6.8. No I can not update servers to 10.6 as I only have one licensed copy of it. I syncronise RAID data between the two using PresStore. File sizes are not seen as being the same between OSs so complete backup made each time, not just the changes. Not ready for Lion or Mountain Lion server as I am within a very restrictive environment behind proxy servers, still testing and ironing out issues.
Clients are mobile users and the whole user area is synced on Login, Log out and every three hours when logged in. Fundamentally Mobile accounts work great, except when it comes to changing the password. When doing this the logout sync does not connect and then during the next login the account is locked. Even when unlocking the account it says the account is locked, appearing like a conflict between the local machine and open directory. Home folder is still on client machine.
The only way to remedy this is to delete the user plist through ARD and terminal command run as root
rm /var/db//dslocal/nodes/Default/users/usershortname.plist
Once this is done the user can then log in and it does a full sync.
DNS resolves fine, browsing and connecting to AFP shares is fine (although will not connect to the home directory on logout sync after the password change when shutting down. User can before this point stay connected to the shared volumes, save and work from them but can not automitically connect to the home folder share)
Just don't quite not know where to go now...

Problem when handling multiple messages using sequential convoy

We receive two files from FTP server. One is Order file and other one is notes file which is optional one. If the note flag in order file is 1 then we should process notes file as well. Here we implemented sequential convoy and it was working fine when we
receive order file first and then notes file. it is throwing error when we receive notes file first as we set initialize correlation for Order file. Please share your ideas what to do when we receive notes file first than order file?. Thanks!!

Locked service user XIAPPLUSER on XI 3.0

Hello,
one of our Service user gets locked from time to time.
It is the service user XIAPPLUSER.
I already have activated the Audit on the system. But the only helpful
logs I can find in SM20 are telling me:
"13:55:13 DIA 04 889 SAPJSF
172.19.1.140 BU1 Password check failed for user XIAPPLUSER in"
The granularity on this doesnt increase when I set the filter in SM19
to display "All" events instead of display "only critical" events.
So I cannot know from where the login attemps arise.
Can anyone tell me about any other log file etc where I could dig deeper into attemps to login to the system?
Which exact purpose does this XIAPPLUSER have? from which XI Components
to which other components does he normaly interact?

Hi,
XIAPPLUSER is usually used by XI to login to the Application systems.
Depending on the config, it may also be used by the application systems to log into XI. You can check this by checking the user configured in transactions SLDAPICUST, sxmb_adm->Integration Engine Configuration and also the sm59 destination for the Integration Server.

Multiple message resend in Runtime workbench

hello experts,
Right now i m facing some problem to resend multiple messages at a time in the Runtime workbench.
If i get too many error message in Runtime workbench -> message monitoring then will anybody tell me that how i can send them at a time?
Please help me out in this case... because it is very difficult for my client to send messages one by one....

Thanx for quick replies... but the matter is i m getting error in data... so i will not be able to get that message in error into the SXMB_MONI.
Suppose i have 2 scenarios... 1 related to invoice and 1 related to orders... now the situation is like if order will be present into my receiver system then only it will accept invoice otherwise my invoice message will go into the error... this error i will get into the RWB only.
so suppose first my invoice message come and it went into the error in RWB... and then order message went into the receiver... so now without change i can resend the message and it will give into the reciever system.....
so if i have nearly 50-60 msg in error then if i want to resend it once how i can do?
Hey i hv already tried that multiple selection option but it is allowing me to select multiple messages but it is sending only one message at a time...
So number of times i have to press resend button.... so please tell me if any other settings are required....

Inconsistent behavior when selecting single or multiple messages

Mail seems very sensitive when selecting messages, either single or multiple. It often opens a message I have single clicked on (I do not use the pane) so that I could delete, and when selecting multiple messages for deletion or filing it often opens them all up as if i double clicked on the last one selected even though i didn't double click. This happens with both an external mouse and when using the trackpad button on my PB, and i have moved the double click settings all the way to the far right but that still didn't fix it. I have never had this problem with any other program, and I regularly select multiple messages in Entourage and never accidently open multiple copies.
I am glad that Mail warns you if you are up above a certain number so it won't accidently open 50 messages in 50 windows, but it is still annoying. Is there any fix for this or is Mail just extra sensitive to message selection somehow? I swear it opens messages sometimes with a single click though. Any thoughts/ideas/solutions are appreciated.

okay, i've just begun using Mail so perhaps it's just something that i am doing that i can learn to change, but if anyone else has experienced this and has any hints as to what i'm doing or what's going please let me know. it happens quite frequently and is very annoying. i gave mail a shot on another computer a couple of years ago and i don't remember if this happened or not, but this is the first time i've used it consistently.

Cant receive emails - error 'user mailbox locked'

My emails are not filtering through to the 'mail' application on my mac.
I use Virgin, also have a blackberry. I can get the emails from the Virgin site, the emails are coming through on my blackberry.
I can send emails from 'mail'
The error is - The mail server denied access to the account "xxxx" because an administrator or other mail client was using it when Mail tried to log in. Please try again later.
The server error encountered was: user mailbox locked
When I look at connection doctor the error is POP account failed, please make sure user name and password are correct.
As far as I am aware I have not changed anything.
Has anyone got any answers please?

Where/how does Mail display that error message?
Are you accessing that mail account from other computers or devices, or by other means (e.g. webmail), when it happens?
Could it be that you have more than one copy of the Mail application running? How many Mail icons do you see in the Dock?
Have you tried restarting the computer?

Vcard replaces last attachment when resending mail

I'm wondering if anyone is willing to confirm the following behavior in Mail.app. It appears that if you have your vCard as one of the signatures in mail preferences, it will replace the last attachment when resending the message (which I often do).

Make sure your vCard is in the signatures list in preferences. The default signature can be anything, including "None."
Send an email with at least one attachment of any type file to yourself (or anyone).
Find the message in your Sent folder, open it, and select "Send Again" from the Message menu.

Note that the last attachment has been replaced by your vCard, and whatever was in the "Signature" dropdown has been replaced with "vCard".
Any solutions? Otherwise, it's either reattach or use Forward as a workaround.

Message 'USER LOCKED' when trying to give more line items in VA03

Hi All,
We have created a 'Z' smartform layout at delivery level and it has a 'Z' Output type.
When i am trying to enter more line items in va03 then it says user is locked .
Kindly give me suggestion whether this has a problem in the Layout OR else is some configurational problem.

its not a layout or print program problem at all.
i think you have implemented some EXIT for va* and it may be creating problem.
you have to see by debug from where this message comes from.
than you will come to know and rectify this.

User getting locked while sending message sync via BPM. Please help

I have a sync - sync scenario where I am sending data synchronously from webservice to a sync RFC FM. I am using BPM and in BPM I have three steps
1. Receive step - Opens Sync-Async Bridge
2. Sync Send step
3. Send step - Closes SYnc-Async bridge.

When I check the "Status monitor for Sync/Async communication" via SXMB_MONI, I found that my message is listed there with BPE status = "Wait".
On double clicking my message I found that there is an error " User is locked. Please notify the person responsible".
Why is my BPE struck in "Wait" stage and user is locked?
What am I doing wrong? Am I missing any settings in SOAP sender communication channel?
Please help me in resolving this problem.

Hi,
Few months ago we had also problems with "locked user" in XI, in our case XIAPPLUSER was sometimes (b)locked.
Perhaps note:
721548 Changing the passwords of the XI 3.0 service users
will help you.
We removed and entered the service users again, with the password in CAPITALS and language blank.
After that our problem was solved, I hope yours too.
