SERVICES= FILE_EXIST not work in background , what else can work ?

i was trying to locate file in background job by using method :
CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES=>FILE_EXIST
but the job been cancel when i call this method not in online .
what else ( may be function ) can do the work (locate file for Existence) ?

why i need it ?
i have to upload the file in the following way :
    SUBMIT (YITF_NAME-IFCPROGRAM) AND RETURN
           USING SELECTION-SET YITF_NAME-IFCVARIANT
        via selection-screen
           EXPORTING LIST TO MEMORY.
this is lsmw program that do the upload but she expect to the file ,
3 years it was working fine , but now its start to do problem ,
by the messages , i can see that the lsmw is search for
the file and not find it .
there allote of reason why it happend but i want to check
first of all if the file is created , and than to decide what to do .
ok , may be the open dataset can solve my problem .

Could be the charger, cable or the iPad.
Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
And this - Unplug the charger from the iPad and then replug. May resume charging.
Or - Recalibrate the battery. See link below.
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W (5W on Mini) USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). TS1878 Disabled ipod due to passcode lock and will not respond at all to recovery steps. Original synced computer not got anymore. What else can I do? I don't care if data lost.

My eldest son gave my youngest son his ipod. He locked it with a passcode, couldn't remember and now it is disabled. Will not work trying to get it in recovery/restore mode. Original synced computer not around anymore, either is eldest. Not worried about losing data as my young son can have it now. What else can I try?? I follow the steps and it still says ipod is disabled on ipod screen. iTunes keeps saying it needs passcode.....

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

The only thing you can do is place the iPod in Recovery mode and restore via iTunes on a computer. It is a good security feature.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.
