Services not transferred to CO

Hi All,
I'm an FI/CO consultant working in an organisation using IS-H and am learning on the job so apologies if this is an obvious question.
at month end we run transaction NCo1 in order to transfer the services which have been performed on cases over to the case based orders in CO.    the output log of NCO1 shows some entries where there is no receiver order reference, and the activity is not charged to the case as expected.  There are no messages in the error log for these cases so I am struggling to understand why the activity is not transferred to CO.
In the attached file is a screenshot showing the output from NCO1 with two ISH cases.
MANC004475 is linked to a receiver order in the case master data, but in NCO1 there is no receiver order and no services / activity is transferred to the case based order in CO.
MANC004476 is also linked to a receiver order in the case master data, and has receiver orders in the output of NCO1.  Services and activity are transferred over to CO correctly.
Any tips or advise would be very welcome.
Many thanks for your time
Phil

Hi Phil,
I was trying to understand what the error is, however I require more data to conclude something. But anyway here are just my thoughts which might help you (I hope so):
1. I would compare the CO order data which you can see in the case MANC004475 with the CO order MANC004476 data, whether there is a difference or not;
2. There is no a cost center associated with the requesting department MAN_PHY according to the attachment. Indeed there is no either for the second case, what makes me thinking there is a customer solution (in other words Z) in your system, because to the best of my knowledge you require to maintain a mapping between you organizational units in IS-H and cost centers in CO.
If you want you can email me on [email protected]

Alex

  • GR Service Doc Item Catory "D" not transfered to BW using 2lis_02_sgr

    Hi Friends,
I have a problem using Standard Datasource (2LIS_02_SGR). When I extract data from R/3 system, some POs are not captured to BW but my bw loading everything working fine in Production.
When I cross check with R/3 system, POs which are under Service item categery'D" were not transfering to bw otherthan this rest all Goods receipt documents were transfering to BW.
Pls note: My datasource doesn't have any enhancement in R/3 system & no routines involved in  BW as well.
Could you suggest how to get all existing POs from R/3 (EKBE, EKET) to bw using 2lis_02_sgr).
    Thanks
    Siri

I beleive 2lis_02_sgr does not extract service lines.
you will find information of these lines in tables ESLH ESLL as well
I think the cube for these services is 0SRV_C01 and the extractor is 2LIS_02_S174 .
Please let me know if you get more info on this

  • Call on PRI Line are not transfered to IP-AA on CCM

    Greetings,
Having an issue with H.323 Voice gateway. Incoming calls are not transferred to Auto-Attendant. This happens randomly but I have noticed that the frequency is higher when there are no incoming call no PRI lines.
    (Check the attachments for debugs)
The calls seems to be answered by gateway but ISDN-Connect message is never displayed. I tried to call from my IP Phone to but no ISDN-Connect message for this call, however, the call is landed on gateway. Running CCM 4.2(3), IPCC Express 4.0(4),IOS version 12.4(8) Advance IP Services, tried IOS 12.4(5a) Advance Enterprise Services as well but in vain.
Another questions is that: we can run both MGCP and H.323 on voice gateway but how will it register with CallManager. I guess we can use some loopback technique for this purpose. Need suggestions/comments!!!
Please find the attachments of Q921 and Q931 debugs. Took debugs for 2-scenarios
1- Called from and outside number to PRI line
2- Called from IP-phone to PRI line

You can refer this guide for more information on configuring loopback for PRI interface:

  • Price is not transferred from materail contract to po

    Dear Experts,
When i create a service po , the price is not transferred from material contract to po , for material po it is working fine.In debugging i got to know that it is picking up purchase requisitions package number , and not contracts package number. Can u guys help me out wid dis,my all UAT is pending becoz of this issue
    Reward points for helpful answers
    deepthee

    hi,
when you create  a service po, the prices from the Contract Service line items will flow down to Service PO when you make service selection in Service PO.
when you create servcie PO, and you enter item cat 'D', you have the option to select the servcies from your Contract by 'Service Selection' button.
If you use this, the price from contratc will flow to PO. Otherwise the prices will not flow.

  • Not transferring requirements to planning

    Hi all,
I'm not experienced in availability check, planning, etc so I might have written big mistakes here.
How I can prevent that my sales order gets visible for the planning department (typically they would look in transaction MD04 I guess)?
This is the type of flow I have in mind:
customer service fills in the order, specifies the values for the characteristics (variant configurator i used), Availability check runs and the order is saved
order is saved but not confirmed so it is not transferred to planning ==> this might be replaced by something else like putting a block (if it exists)
planning (or other department like production) checks the order and the variant. If it is ok, they will confirm the order so it gets to the planning. If not,  they will get in contact with customer service.
How can I realize such a set-up in a Make To Order environment?
Thanks in advance for your answers!

    Hi sakurai_db,
    Thank you for your question.
I am trying to involve someone more familiar with this topic for a further look at this issue. Sometime delay might be expected from the job transferring. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your understanding and support.

  • Why are Network Settings not Transferring from a Master DMG to the Desitination

    Hi people,
can anyone assist me with finding out why Network Settings are NOT transferred from a source Master HD to a DMG to a Destination HD.
I have many hours spent trying to debug this - any pointers to a solution would be greatly appreciated.
    Background:
I administer about 400 Macs of mixed types / generations (iMacs - MacBooks - MacBook Pro's).
We create master setups for different locations / purposes around the Campus and transfer these masters to DMGs.
We then clone the various macs as needed from these DMGs using a variety of methods including local (FW800 - USB) and network transfers.
The newest master (staffHD at 10-8-2) works perfectly but trying to clone / copy it by any method leaves out the custom network settings and you only end up with the default Wi-Fi / Ethernet / Firewire with total loss of the additional services and custom proxy settings.
Methods used to date to try the transfer (all get the same null result)
    to-from DMG using Disk Utility
to-from Sparse Image via Disk Utility
to-from DMG using Carbon Copy Cloner
to-from Sparse Image via Carbon Copy Cloner
direct to 'target disk' via FW800 using Disk Utility
direct to 'target disk via FW800 using Carbon Copy Cloner
direct to 'target disk via FW800 using rsync -aHv
direct to 'target disk via FW800 using cp -Rv
Everything BUT the network settings transfer perfectly (excluding of course the usual trackpad / mouse custom settings).
I guess something is wrong with this master source but for the life of me I can't work it out. I have seen it in the past but it seemed to work itself out with the next revision - this one just wont.
    HELP!
    Have a Great day!
       pete

    Hi Linc,
thanks for the reply - I suspected a hardware issue or some sort of privledges problem, but as far as I know have only had this problem with Mountain Lion, and it still fails on hardware like to like transfers. I was hoping to avoid needing anything addidtional but it looks like I'll have to.
    Have a Great day!

  • Hierarcy not transferred to ECC

    Hi Gurus,
I created a shopping cart (multi-level outline service procurement sc) in EBP, but the problem is, the hierarchy/outline item was not transferred to ECC, the purchase order which generated in ECC don't have the hierarchy/outline item,  is there any customizing missing? Kindly please advise.
    Thanks and best regards
    Jack

    Hi Jack,
We are facing the same issues.
According to SAP no scenario is provided for service procurement using MM-SRV and SAP Supplier Self-Services (SUS) in the standard SRM system up to and including SRM 6.0.
As of SRM7.0, but only in combination with ECC6.0 Enhancement Package 4, SAP has standardized the solution as far as possible.
May be using ESOA we can configure the service procurement scenario.
I would be glad if someone can shed more light on this.
    Regards,
    Nikhil

  • Free of Charge order: COGS (VPRS) is not transferred to CO-PA

    Dear SD gurus
I have FOC order and I’d like to transfer its cost to CO-PA.
Initially, only delivery process exist, but I noticed that without
billing, data is not transferred to CO-PA.
So, we added billing process with no accounting doc.
But, condition type VPRS seems to be NOT transferred to CO-PA.
    Is there any solution?

  • SAP Service Not Starting in BI 7.0

    Hi All,
Today morning my BI 7.0 server restarted twice automatically, then I started the server in last known good configuration after that when I tried to start the server from SAP MMC it didn't started and when i checked the sap service in services.msc it gives error <b>"Some services stop automatically when they have no work to do"</b>.and didn't get started.
I found a thread similiar to this problem and following that I used sapstartsrv.exe in usr\sap\SID\......\exe directory. This didn't worked for me and by using this Both the services SAPEP2_00 and SAPEP2_01 got removed from services.msc.
Now I have installed these service again and now I am at same status as in morning,
    In Event log
For SAPEP2_00 and SAPEP2_01 the following error are avaliable:
--Initialization failed. Service not started. [ntservmain.cpp 1269]
    --Unable to change to Directory
    gms40\saploc\EP2\DVEBMGS00\work. (Error 53 ERROR_BAD_NETPATH: The network path was not found. ) [ntservstart.cpp 966]
If any one have gone through such situation please help me out from this, Its has became too critical for me now.
    Thanks in advance....
    Regards
    Vinay Paul

  • Error Message: Data from Business Add-In ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST not transferred

    Hi All,
I have done a BADI implementation for ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST and when I try to convert a PR to PO using ME59N in ECC u2013 AFS System I am getting below error message.
Data from Business Add-In ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST not transferred.
I am trying to populate certain PO fields ( ekko and ekpo ) from PR fields. But the above error occurs when I update the Ex Factory Date manual that is EKPO-J_3AEXFCM.
I am updating this in the method PROCESS_ITEM and what I found while debugging is in the class CL_PO_HEADER_HANDLE_MM, in the implementation of IF_FLUSH_TRANSPORT_MM~START, the contents of field u2018my_iteration_countu2019 keeps increasing and becomes 10 and raises this error.
I read few of the related questions raised by others in this forum and understood that this can happen if I try to change the field that is disabled ( greyed) in ME22N. But this field that I am talking about is enabled.
I also tried to move my code of populating the field EKPO-J_3AEXFCM from the PROCESS_ITEM to the enhancement point just above the user exit EXIT_SAPMMO6E_018 but still it doesnu2019t resolve the error.
(We donu2019t want to use User Exit and hence we are trying with BADIs or enhancement point.)
Can anyone please help me with this. I also found an OSS note 1334046 but not sure if that can resolve my issue.
    Thanks in advance.
    Ameesha.

    Hi Ameesha,
i think u need to implement the BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST in SPRO settings.
SPRO>Purchasing>Business Add-in Purchasing-->BAdI: Enhance Processing of Enjoy Purchase Order
    try this once.
    All check this link.
    [Error Message: Data from Business Add-In ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST not transferred;
    Hope it helps.

  • Why can't i add playlists to my iPhone from my mac while they are connected? I keep getting the following message "some items (meaning all of them) were not transferred because iTunes match is enabled." This is incredibly frustrating.

I keep getting the following message "some items (meaning all of them) were not transferred because iTunes match is enabled." when I try to drag and drop a playlist, song, or album to my iPhone. This was NEVER a problem before iTunes match or the last iOS update. So what is the deal? Why can't i just add music to my phone from the mac? There is space on the phone. The only way I have found to get the music i want to the phone is to have it download from the phone. This is not something i want to have to do: go through and manually add every album and recreate a playlist on the phone when its there on the mac. And, even more irritating, since the new update, when the phone is plugged into the mac i can't actually view from the mac what music is on the phone. This is incredibly frustrating and any help would be much appreciated in managing my music libraries for each device.

    Hi,
You cannot manually manage music with match turned on on your iOS device. If you want to manage music manually, you will need to turn off match on your iPhone.

Using the search bar, it seems it's a proxy issue, but finding a simple solution did not seem apparent.  Have you tried a reboot?  To reboot, hold the power and home buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds (hold past the swipe to shut down bar, should it appear) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go fo both buttons and your iPad will restart.  Hopefully, this will solve the problem......

    But not on iMac.
i dont know what has happened and I am not abble to find the solution. It was OK till some days ago….

  • Send E-mail from Oracle (9.2.0.1) : SMTP transient error: 421 Service not a

I have used Oracle 9i server (9.2.0.1 version) on Windows XP machine(with SP2).I want to send Email from PL/SQL procedure.
My Question is what sort of configuration needed to perform this activity?
I have installed IIS (Internet Information Service)
in my machine, then configure my SMTP mail server
with a valid email id and password given TCP port 465.
Later I came to know that to send Email from PL/SQL I have to install Oracle JServer Code. Follow three steps. the steps are
    1. Execute the script as sys "$ORACLE_HOME\javavm\install\initjvm.sql"
    2. Execute the loadjava classfile as
    $ORACLE_HOME\plsql\jlib>loadjava -f -v -r -u sys/**** plsql.jar
    3. Execute the script as sys "$ORACLE_HOME\rdbms\admin\initplsj.sql"
I sucessfully executed the first step, but for the second step iam not able to locate the plsql.jar file in the specified path.
So Please tell me if there is any other method to perform this task

    1) Why did you install an SMTP server locally and then tell your code to try to use the server mail.google.com?
    2) The error you're getting is from mail.google.com indicating that Google isn't running an open SMTP server there. I would be very surprised if Google were running a publicly available SMTP server anywhere since that would be an invitation for spammers.
