Session holding lock..need to find the apps user holding that SID

in v$lock
a session is blocking another session..Sid is displayed there
now i can kill that session if it is holding a lock for too long and i do so too
But i want to know which apps user was it..there more than 500 users that connect from EBS r12..how would i know whichh user that sid belongs to
so basically i need to know the apps user holding that SID which is blocking the other session

I need to find the SID of a form session. How to find the same.
Eg:- If a user connected to our EBS system, Then automatically one sid will be generated to that user. I need to find the SID for this user. If given detailed steps it would be great help.

I can query the v$session to know about the SID. Here is a simple example;

You tried what ? If the app is no longer available in the store (can you find it in the main part of the store ?) for re-downloading then you would need to have a copy of it somewhere e.g. on your computer's iTunes, on a backup of your downloads.

I don't if this issue is before or since installation of 10.8 (a nightmare in my case, which led to significant failure issues). And because I haven't tried to remove templates since finally managing to install 10.8 (now at 10.8.4), I don't know if this is typical of the newer OS or a problem. I've been a Mac user for more than 25 years, but I think I'm nearing the end of the road. By the way, I've never needed to do this before because the manuals always offered an answer... they don't seem to do that anymore. In any case, I don't know how this works... Thanks, I appreciate the help. I think this is one of the problems Apple is creating by changing the OS so often. I had fomer colleagues at [a major aerospace contractor] who told me that so many original files were ultimately lost because of the deadly change in the "Save As" operation that they are now afraid of every OS update. Apple has badly damaged their support base with that very prominent company (they won't update now until they've fully examined and understand changes in the pre-conditioned nature of OS computer functions), and they are a whole lot less enthaled with Mac-related equipment/software. Can't blame them, I too used orginal files that way (as easy-to-use templates), and lost some important files before I realized what was happening (to late to revert). Companies should not have to retrain employees each time an OS gets an update, it's can be very expensive several different ways. They learned a painful lesson with that one. And because I'm now retired and don't use multiple devices, I need iCloud like I need a hole in the head... but I'm told there's no way to keep Apple out of my computer. Fortunately, because of major problems when initially installing Mountain Lion, one hold-over of the hardware/software damage I experienced was that iCloud can no longer access my computer even though everything else is working fine again. That was the only "good luck" I had as a result of that expensive nightmare.

I switched to fullscreen mode and now I can't find the app tab to put it back to normal?

I wanted to see what fullscreen mode in the new beta looked like and now I cannot find the app tab with the print, history, bookmarks, options, etc. It used to be up in the left top corner, and said "Firefox" (it was orange). The new app is called Photos. It's icon was added to the Dock. Both, Photos and iPhoto, are located in your Applications folder.

What are you refering to here? Mac OS 9 came out around 2001 ( or about ). Mac OS 9 last run in an emulation mode in 10.4.11 -- Tiger. Mac OS 9 ran on PPC machines that were last produced before 2004 or so.

We need to verify some information. Are you really running 10.6.8? What hardware?

Most of these are numbers & that's what we want.
