Session.setDebug(true) displays "Unspecified error"

Question

Hi All,
How can find out what the below "Unspecified error" is? Is there any other way of debugging JavaMail in more detail or is this an error message coming directly from the Echange Server that I need to trace back to Exchange?

You need to ask Microsoft or your server administrator.
Possibly the folder you're trying to open is not a mailbox
that contains messages, but instead is a folder that contains
other mailboxes. Did you check the type of the folder before
trying to open it?
BTW, the NullPointerException was fixed in JavaMail 1.3
so you must be using a pretty old version of JavaMail.
You might want to upgrade to a newer version, which at
least should cleanly fail to open the folder.
