Dear experts,
Please your help to solve the question: Does somebody knows what happen if I try to set a Hard Currency, through OB22 transaction,  after the company is in production environment?  Is it possible?
The production system only have one local currecy.
Thanks in advance.

Hello Mauri,
First of all thank you for the prompt answer.
I tried to check the SAP Note 39919 as you suggested, but I faced an error message:
"The requested SAP Note is either in reworking or is released internally only".
Can you please post the texts of the SAP Note 39919 into this Question?
Thanks in advance,

I only found the structure (RFCU4), not the table.
    Any idea?

  • Add currency to the company code

    Hi Gurus,
We have created a company code for libya using local currency as USD but not defined group currency ( Canadian Dollar) and hard currency (Libya Dollar) while creating the company code.
Documents were posted and POs for logistics were created using USD. Now the local authorities needs to have reports in Libian currency, when we try to add group and hard curriences systems gives us a message
"The currency type for an additional local currency cannot be changed for company code, since documents were already posted in this company code".
So the other option is to create a new company code and transfer all documents and PO from old company code.
My question is if we create a new company code how can we tackle exchange rates during that period
Is there any other option instead of creating a new company code.
Thanks for your support and will assign good points.
    Thanks

    Hello,
Please assess the possibility to create a new Special Ledger instead of creating another company code and migrating the required data.
In the Spl. Ledger Settings specify the Group Currency and Hard Currency as required for the original libyan company code. Carryout the rest of settings such as Installation of tables, Field movements etc.,
Importantly, at the Activity level, specify that the ledger can be posted directly and even at subsequent posting (option '3') so that there is a possibility to transfer the Documents from FI to SPL at a later point of time as well. (This way the historic data can be moved to SPL)
Once the ledger is created successfully, as a start-up activity, transfer the historic data to SPL using GCU1.
    Hope this info helps you.
    With Regards

  • Unable to import the Internet servivce into Production Environment

    Hi,
We put the internet service and its HTML templates in a custom package for integrated ITSMobile. We got everything but the internet service ZXXX in the production. Has anyone come across this before? We were able to transport to the quality system. But it did not create the internet service in the production environment. Is it authorization issue? Your input will be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Subbu

    Hi Subbu,
I suggest you to as your basis guys how are familiar with transports between systems. They will find out what the reason is. Without being able to look into transport protocols it is unlikeliy that someone here can advise you.

  • HT1320 How do I set iphone bluetooth feature after the Apple 7 update greyed out the feature, no functionality

Suggestions to reset iphone 4s bluetooth feature (latest Apple update deactivated the option).

When you access a web page, the browser will identify itself to the server as either the desktop or the mobile version and the server will send the appropriate page to the end device. In the case of the iPhone, Safari identifies itself as Mobile Safari, hence the mobile pages. This is very annoying and cannot be changed.
However, there are third-party browsers which could be set up to identify themselves as desktop browsers. I use the Atomic Web Browser which is fantastic as it has many improved features compared to Mobile Safari. Download it from the AppStore and, in the Settings menu, make it identify as Safari Desktop. It's that simple.

  • Hard typing after the update

I have received an update for my Z10 OS, I updated it OTA using my device, the new update gave hard time to write on BBM using other languages such as arabic, it shows bit of delay while writing. Is that has anything to do with the new update? And why the keyboard is not working right? And how to retrieve my old os?

Everything that I had installed previously on the gear S still works.
Everthing while in the gear manager seems to be working okay also. I can make changes in the Gear manager on the note 4 and they show up on the gear S. I have an app called watch styler , it let me create a new watch on the Note 4 and that showed up on the Gear S.
The only thing that seems to be not working is installing new apps.
When trying to get a new app it looks like it is working as normal , the dowload shows it is working but it errors out when it goes to install it.

  • HT2559 Help with setting raid block size after the fact

I screwed up and created my raid 1 with block size set at 32. I need 256....it won't let me change it? What do I do?  Do I delete and re-configure it?

thanks for the reply.  I am editing huge photo files (HDR Pano's) off the drive.  Doesn't that mean I need 256?  Anyway, when I go to erase it, it says "Deleting a mirrored RAID set changes each of its slices into a partition that contains a complete copy of the data from the deleted RAID set".   Is that a problem?

  • Multiple currencies under one company code for contracts

    Gooday!
We have a new schenario ( In RE-FX) where we have a couple of contracts which were negotiated with the landlord that needs to be settled in Rand, whilst the company code are setup for another currency, which is dollar (caters for the bulk of the contracts). So each time you create a new contract the currency is already greyed out (Dollar), which obviously means that it cannot be changed there.
Apparently the company code can be setup in FI to accommodate secondary currencies, however, this seems not to be the case in RE-FX.
My question is this, is it possible to have multiple currency contracts under one company code in RE-FX, and if so, do one set it up in FI or RE-FX?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

    Conditions in Foreign Currency (New)
As of SAP ECC 6.0, Enterprise Extension Financials, Enhancement Package 2 (EA-FIN 602), Business Function Real Estate (RE_GEN_CI_1), you can enter conditions for contracts, rental objects, or contract offers that are in a currency that differs from the local currency of the company code.
You can enter the currency directly when processing conditions. You can also enter a currency translation rule in the posting term. The rule is then used for all conditions to which this posting term is assigned.
You specify in Customizing which currency translation rules are allowed for each contract type and usage type.
    See SAP Note 123819.

  • Trip Currency from the Scheme (TRIP, PR05)

    Hi,
In Travel Management (FI-TV), i need to determine the currency of travel from the Scheme,
National in local currency and international (all countries) with fixed currency (USD), I searched Exits however I find how
    to achieve.
    Tks,
    RAO

    Hi.
I resolved to as follows: Travel Expenses > Master Data > Control Parameters for Travel Expenses > Define Global Settings in the option Settlement of Foreing Currency Repeits select Choose Between Trip Currency and Hard Currency per Receipt, This releases the two currency fields in the advance and so I can indicate manually that the currency is Dollars or currency of the Company.
Now I can do is a validation to not allow the indication of a currency different from the dollar in the international scheme, it is easier to place it automatically currency in transactions TRIP, PR05 or PR03.
    Thank both for your help.

  • Country DE does not store a hard currency

    Hello Everybody,
I am getting the error "Country DE does not store a hard currency" whenever I create a PR.I have read the message GI806 and tried to maintain hard currency but its not working.
I think some GL account related stuff is missing.
Can anybody help me in this regard.
    Regards,
    SAPLearner

    Hi!
As a suggestion, you might want to try the following:
    1) See the Company Code in which you are creating the Purchase Requisition.
    2) Check the transaction OB22 for this Company Code. Have you defined the parallel currency 'hard currency' for this Company Code?
    3) The Company Code is linked to the Country (DE) in the transaction OBY6.
If this is the case, you will either have to maintain the Hard Currency for the Country DE in OY01 or take away the 'hard currency' from the relevant Company Code in OB22.
I hope this information can be of help!
    Esther.
