Set initial zoom in JNET (Network UI)

Hi,
is there a way to set initial zoom value to fit to window in JNET when a model is loaded?
Upper-left corner of the graph is displayed and the zoom is set to 100% by default and I have to change zoom size manually in order to see all nodes.
Regards,
Ladislav

Hi Ladislav,
You can set the scale value of GRAPH element to define zoom value.
For more details, refer to the following link.

  • Having trouble setting up an Ad Hoc network with both iOS, Mac OS, and Windows.

So I'm skiing with some friends but we forgot to bring a router with us.  The lodge internet is passable but we only have one ethernet connection.  My friend connected his (windows) laptop to the ethernet and set up an Ad-Hoc network.  The problem is that only Mac OS and iOS devices are able to connect to the network and use the internet.  The windows machines and Droid devices can't connect or in some cases they can connect they can't use the internet.
My question is what special wizardry allows Mac OS and iOS to work fine on the ad hoc network but not the other platforms?  Is there something I can do to get the other machines to connect to the network?  Would things work better if I hosted the Ad Hoc network? Thanks for all the help.

Hi Munkiez, and a warm welcome to the forums!
See if this helps about halfway down is Wifi/Airport.

  • How to programmatically set initial password when a user is created in OID

We are using the odihragent synchronization process to automatically create users in OID when an employee record is created. We would like to set the initial password for the newly created user to their last name + the last 4 digits of their SSN.
The odihragent process is successfully creating the user in OID and populates the last name and the last 4 digits of the SSN in OID. According to an open SR I have with Oracle, we cannot use the odihragent process to set the initial password because any time the employee record is updated, the synchronization process will reset the password to last name + SSN. They have recommended that we use a pl/sql plug-in to set the password using the WHEN_ADD plug-in procedure.
I am new to using OID and plug-ins and the examples provided in the Developer's Guide are limited.
I would like to know if anyone else is using plug-ins or another process to set initial passwords when a user is created? If you are using plug-ins would you be willing to share a code sample?

I am surprised that I have not received any responses... Surely there are others who are experienced with programmatically setting passwords when new users are programmatically created. Does anyone have any pointers on how to best accomplish this?

  • I have an airport express and want to know how to set up two different wireless networks. One with 5GHZ and one with 2.4GHZ so different devices can connect to either.

I have an airport express and want to know how to set up two different wireless networks. One with 5GHZ and one with 2.4GHZ so different devices can connect to either. I have an iphone 4 that will not connect to 5ghz.
    thank you!

Your AirPort Express is already providing two separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, but each band is using the same wireless network name.
This is the default setup for the AirPort Express, which is recommended for most users. The theory here is that devices will automatically connect to the best quality signal based on their capabilities and distance in relation to the AirPort Express.
It is possible to assign a different name to the 5 GHz band, and then "point" devices at that network to connect. Some users swear by this option.....(I am not one of them).... but you might want to give it a try to see how it works for you.
Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
    Click on the AirPort Express
Click Edit in the smaller window that appears
Click the Wireless tab at the top of the next window
Click Wireless Options near the bottom of the next window
Enter a check mark next to 5 GHz Name.....which will automatically add "5 GHz" to the network name....so you can identify it
Click Save, then click Update and wait a full minute for the Express to restart
Now you will need to "point" your 5 GHz capable devices at the 5 GHz network name.  2.4 GHz devices will connect to your "other" network name.

  • How can I set up a wi-fi network, using one time capsule and two airport express

how can I set up a wi-fi network, using one time capsule and two airport express ?
The time capsule is near the Mac. ok
The first Airport is on the corridor, ok, works well and the App on the iPad signals so, ok
But when I plug the next Airport on another room nearby nothing happens, and signals disconected ....
is the signal so weak that is not able to go to ono room to the other ?

Well, even if you have the first express set up to extend the network, the second express can only extend from the TimeCapsule.
Maybe you got walls of sheetrook in the way, or kitchen/bathroom tiles, etc, dampening the signal rapidly.

  • How do I set up timecapsule as a networked harddrive?

How do I set ut timecapsule as a networked harddrive. I have used time capsule as wireless backup before, but not used is as a networked harddrive.
Can someone please tell me how to set this up.
    Thanks!

By default, the Time Capsule is a network hard drive.
If you have the Time Capsule set up to connect to the network using wireless or Ethernet, then it is by default, already set up as a network hard drive.
You can access the Time Capsule from your Mac by clicking anywhere on the open desktop to display the Finder menus at the top of the screen.
    Click the Go menu
    Click the Network icon
Double click the Time Capsule drive to mount the drive on the Mac's desktop
You can copy/paste or drag drop to the Time Capsule icon.

  • Setting up a small business network using mac and windows pcs

Setting up a small business network using mac and windows??

Ok that sounds great. What is your actual question as it relates to AirPort networking? Is it: Can I set up a wired/wireless network with an AirPort base station that support multiple Mac & PC clients? If so the answer is yes.
If, instead, it is how to I configure an AirPort network to support a small business you will have to provide more details on both your networking & computing equipment in order for any of us to help you.

If you need to adjust the font size on websites then look at:
    * Default FullZoom Level - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/6965
    * NoSquint - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/2592
Your above posted system details show outdated plugin(s) with known security and stability risks.

  • Can you set PDF zoom level when exporting from ID?

I do many documents for proof and regardless of how the end user is going to view them, I like them to open as a full page ("Fit Page" zoom level) - I want the viewer to get the overall impact of the layout before they see just the top half or upper corner.
Right now, I export from ID and have to manually set the zoom level  in Properties from within Acrobat Pro. Is there ANY way to set a default export zoom level to save this step, which I have to do many times on most days?

Only if you export using File > Export > Adobe PDF  (Interactive). Not if you're using File > Export > Adobe PDF (Print),

How do you set the zoom level to Inherit Zoom for all bookmarks in a pdf?

I made an account just to "like" your comment and say that you are a god among men.
I've been searching for hours about how to make the zoom level persistent throughout following links in various PDF's I have, and most sources were saying to just buy acrobat pro and edit the bookmarks manually with it.
I saw that it was possible to write an application to change the property, and considered doing it after the only pre-existing custom application I could find was asking for $50.
Thanks to you, I no longer have to worry about re-zooming every time I click a bookmark, and I'm not out $50 or the time it would take to code an app myself!
From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

i know you can add stuff to the url & the reader will
    interpret it:
    http://bangkok/testCF/iText/registered.pdf#zoom=25?page=5
will cause the acrobat reader to open the registered.pdf at
    page 5 & a zoom
factor of 25%. not exactly sure how you'd do it via
    cfheader/cfcontent. maybe
add it to the filename parameter?
