Like when i want to sms someone in my phonebook who is in another country at the moment i need to add a "+international code" in front of their number right? So how do i add that after i select their contact from e phonebook to the sms? I mean i don't want to manually type the suffix together with the contact number because that's troublesome and when i want to sms a few people it's gets tedious memorising their numbers 1 by 1. Any suggestions?

and if you happen to be traveling and it is temporary, ad an additional cell number to those contacts and add the required country code in the stored number.

Is 0x8036 in callingPartyName an internal code for private?

When an outside private call comes in Call Manager 3.3 looks like it puts a 0x8036 in the callingPartyName field of the SCCP StationCallInfoMessage that is sent to the 7940 IP Phone. I assume the dictionary.xml at the phone is then used to translate the 0x8036 code into a string to identify it as a private call.
I searched Cisco documentation for the 8036 code but came up with nothing. Being an internal code it may not be publicly available or I just may be completely missing the boat here.
Would anyone have some insite if an internal code is being used in this case?

Appendix A in the Call Manager documentation explains that 200 octal (0x80) is a tag escape and
the second byte is the tag index to which you have to add 100 to get the real index into the dictionary.xml file.

How do I insert a WAIT or a PAUSE function, followed by a constant string of numbers [international code, country code and the destination phone number].

I'd like to program a LOCAL ACCESS NUMBER, then insert a WAIT or a PAUSE function, followed by a constant string of numbers [international code, country code and the destination phone number]. Dialing the local, US access number is not an issue, but I can't find any info in the manual on how to insert a WAIT or PAUSE or how to insert the remaining string of international codes and destination phone number. Can't call contacts from Exchange due to international codes

Hi there,
I've added my Exchange account to my iPhone 4, latest iOS as of 2/5/2012. Everything is working fine, my contacts included except one thing:
In my company's Active Directory, we specify our phone numbers with international dialing codes. So all of my team members in the UK's numbers are showing up as 44 xxxx etc. On other phones, namely an HTC Windows phone, there's a feature that still allows you to make calls to numbers with the international dialing codes.
Basically I'm looking for the feature that auto calls numbers that have 44 in front of them, otherwise I am going to have to manually edit every phone number in my contact list (well over 300).
Anyone have any ideas?

I should also add that the message I get at the moment when calling exchange contacts is "The number you have called is not recognised".

My iphone wont recognise an international code so wont let me sms

i cannot send an sms to my husband overseas as the iphone sends it but it is not being received. his contact appears as a duplicate in my sms messages (one which contains his messages and the other contains mine). I can receive from him, i can call him but cannot send SMS to him. I have tried all settings, restore, remove contact, named him differently but nothing.

Internal code COFINSLAW not defined

Dear All;
We are populating the table J_1BTAXCODEV using the TCODE J1BTAX.
We are using TAXBRA on ECC 6.0. This table was in blank, when I try to create a tax code and push save button, the system shows the error message:
Internal condition code COFINSLAW not defined
Message no. 8B332
I´ve tried to apply the notes 980214 and 981123, but the problem still persists.
Does anybody knows what should I do?

Have you performed the 'Customizing' section from note 981123? This usually solves this error which you´re facing.

I just got my iphone and the international code comes up when i send texts, so it doesn't show the contact name. How do I fix that?

HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP. I have sprint and it got all my contacts to transfer but now when I send out on a lot of my contacts it shows the number not the name, what do I do? I have tried almost everything!

Incoming calls: Country code displaying wrong

No idea why this has started happening. I have two iPhones, one a Malaysia number and one a Thailand number.
I am in Malaysia now and had two friends of mine call me from Thailand yesterday but despite their numbers being in my phone book, correctly formatted, the phone did not display their names. Not only did it not display their names it replaced the correct dialling code for Thailand (+66) with the Malaysia code (+60). Having done some digging the only thing that it seems might be responsible is the International Dial Assist, which I have now turned off. But I'd have thought IDA would be to assist with dialling, not screwing up the numbers of incoming calls from callers whose numbers are CORRECTLY listed in the Contacts with the CORRECT international code.
Seems like yet another useless feature that you have to dig around to disable if you want an iPhone to just work. Why on earth would I would the international code of my contact replaced by the domestic code of my home country??? More and more time I seem to be spending with IOS devices these days just to get them to do what I want!!

Caller ID is a carrier feature. The phone can only display what is sent by your carrier. Contact them and report the problem.

Cost Center code proposed by system

Is there any option that system propose sequential internal code at the time of cost center creation?
Now you are aware if you create cost center through KS01 you can put anything for cost center code. Do you don't think some control should be there like GL master creation?

If you are usng BW - better develop the report from there... Else, ABAP is the only solution
Note that there is no correlation between Plant & Cost center except work center... Hence, Plant as an Input parameter in a cost center report is not possible.... Thats why, people prefer to have a cost center nomenclature that reflects the Plant No as well i.e. say 1st 4 chars of a Cost center name can resemble plant

Can change GL account code with transactions

In Canadian Localization in CoA with segments I can change account code in account with transactions.
An issue found in 2007 PL 35 and 41.
Is it a bug oe new functionality?

Hi Olga,
If the G/L Accounts are set up as segmented accounts then it is
possible to change the account codes. The code field of the G\L Accounts
is a description field (non unique, the unique key is internal, this is
only the case with segmented G/L accounts) and can be changed. This
will not affect the reports, only the name/code will change. System will identify the accounts with an internal code.

i have changed the phonenumber under icloud preferences keychain. after the update on ios 7.03 there is no sms arriving for the security code because there is a double international code in the telephone number like +49 +49. How can i fix this?
