Can't check second part (new transaction run with a variant) as per constrains in my system. Running a new tcode with a variant worked for me in the past.
Unfortunately it doesn't work here in VF04. Even if we create new transaction with VF04's program system doesn't allow to enter our customized variant. It only allows one standard variant and we cant make changes in that standard variant. After checking all these possibilities I suggested to go for ABAP
PS: This logic worked for me in past in other transactions but VF04's behaviour is quit different.

Ask your user to set the defaults for the transaction,
-->Open Transaction MM01, input Industry sector and material type,
Then hit on select views, default the required views, and check the box as follows,
Then input all the org levels and make it as defaults settings, also check the box for org level/profiles only on request

u will find VKORG is the Sales Organisation .
u will find this Field in every related SD Module Table...
Like ...VBAP,BKPF ..etc..

I hv tried create a "Copying requirements" routine to replace the original 001 (Same customer)
Under the ABAP code and replace the HVBAK-VKORG to BLANK.
But the error message still talking I'ven't assign the Sales Order type to the OLD sales organization.
However my requirment is to copy the CONTENT of the SO to another sales order type with different sales organization.
Please give me suggestion on Routine.
or I need to modifiy the DATA transfer routine instead?
There are 3 DataT (Data transfer routine) in the left side, and one Copying requirement at the right side.

2. Identify the org values in that set of roles (AGR_1252)

Organization field Greyed out in oppurtunities

In the Oppurtunity tiles set the Sales ORG field is Greyed out.
In the OPPOVIEW6 tile set I tried to change the Mode of the Sales ORg to Normal and geenrated the tile.
BUt even then in the MSA it is Greyed out.

Delta - Changes Only: X
started the transaction
Then I ran the Program HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE to update the buffer
Then I download the object CRM_DNL_ORGMAN
I made sure the sites are subscribed to the CUSTOMIZING ORGMAN Publication.
even then the new sales employee are not not filling up by the sales area data

Use: A sales organization is responsible for the sale and distribution of goods and services.
It represents the selling unit as a legal entity. It is responsible for product guarantees and other rights to recourse, for example. Regional subdividing of the market can also be carried out with the help of sales organizations. Each business transaction is processed within a sales organization.
The sales organization must be specified in all sales documents. It is therefore available for all basic functions of SD (such as pricing, availability, etc.).
Structure: A sales organization can be subdivided into several distribution chains which determine the responsibility for a distribution channel.
Several divisions can be assigned to a sales organization which is responsible for the materials or services provided.
A sales area determines which distribution channel can be used to sell the products from one division in a sales organization.
Integration: Each sales organization is assigned exactly one company code for which you enter all accounting details of the sales organization.
A distribution chain can be active for several plants and the plants can be assigned to different company codes. If the sales organization and plant are assigned to different company codes, an internal billing document is sent between the company codes before the sales transactions are entered for accounting purposes.

I had in ppoma_crm two sales organizations, I deleted one of them but still appears on the bp record.
How I can do to delete the assigment of sales organization in the bp transaction.
when i create a support message sales organization deleted still appears in determination of organizational structure.

Thanks for the clarification.
But, as far, I have understood the query - it is very simple and that is..
Whenever one creates a Sales Order (T.Code: VA01), Parameter: Sales Office needs to be mandatory (for all Sales Order, irrespective of Customer Account).
Until-unless, user won't enter the parameter: Sales Office, System will not lead to next page (now, here we need to enter Customer/ material etc...).
I have answered the query, in this regards, only.

Set the default field value to transaction code field, when calling from WD

Hi all,
Can we pass the value in a input field of a standard transaction calling from WD application. Suppose we are calling a transaction VA03 in an external window, then how will be pass the value in the VBAK_VBELN screen field.
Is there any way to pass the value to this transaction field. I have also tried out to set the parameter ID 'AUN' for VA03 transaction VBELN field. But it did not work for me.
Is there any way to set the default field value to transaction code field, when calling from WD?
Please suggest, if anyone have any idea.

In Oracle APPS 11i Inventory module I want to set the UNIT COST field in the miscellaneous transaction as required.
I have placed the cursor in the field and went to Help > Diagnostics > Examine.
Block: MTL_TRX_LINE
Field:TRANSACTION_COST_DISPLAY
Next went to Help -> Diagnostics -> Custom Code -> Personalize:
Trigger Event: WHEN_NEW_FORM_INSTANCE
Context LEVEL USER: MINE
Actions tab. target object is MTL_TRX_LINE.TRANSACTION_COST_DISPLAY which we had checked above.. I set the REQUIRED property to TRUE. Save
When I go back to the form the field is required and the changes are affected.
But, Once I close the form and reopen it I find the field reuired property is reset to FALSE.
Can someone please tell me what's wrong exactly?

Sales order field mandatory

As per my requirement i want to make sales order field WBS-ELEMENT Mandatory on the basis of Distribution channel.
As i have a distribution channel 50-as Projects where i want the WBS-element to be mandatory for the sales order. How will i do this, is there any user- exit required for this , HOw will the logic will apply.

After creating new incompletion procedure ( with WBS segment as mandatory field ) at the item level, assign it to the item category. it is better to have a new item category and new sales document type created and then assign that sales document type to sales area ie (1000, 50, 10).
By executing the above configuration, Sales document type can used only for the above mentioned area and WBS segment will be mandotry field.
