Set multiple passwords for single PDF

Hi All,
Do it is possible to set multiple passwords for single PDF i.e) a single PDF can be accessed using predefined passwords. It would be great if any one could can help me .

In my company already implemented the neccesary changes required by the new laws in MX Electronic Accounting inside the MIRO transaction (note 2093189), as well as the related notes requested for electronic accounting. Everything's working fine so far since right now we save the UUID field from CFDI XML file into an Invoice Document number. But now in my company request to save multiple CFDI invoices into a single Invoice document number. My approach seems to be simple because we only need to generate a new window to save the multiple UUID numbers and link the Invoice Document Number (BELNR), company code and fiscal period/year and UUID document into a Z custom table. But I have some questions that I'm not sure how will affect:
How does affect the montly policies report that we need to send to the government (SAT).
How do we need to handle the policies XML file in this type of scenarios
Any of you have the same scenario?
how do you handle this kind of scenarios?
So far I read the following notes but I can't find a clue so far for this kind of scenario (Am I missing something?)

Thanks a lot for you comments and I apologize for the late reply. As you point this is the most common scenario. In my case when the creditor is the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and after the payment, either IMSS and INFONAVIT (the governments institute for workers housing) generates different CFDI invoices.
How do you currently handle this scenario?

Set Password for a PDF created from SAP

Hi,
Somebody knows if it is possible to set a password for a pdf file created from a function module.
We are using different functions to generate the pdf (i.e. CONVERT_OTF, CONVERT_OTF_AND_ARCHIVE).
Are there some parameters to set this password, or also after archived it (with Archive Link)u2026

When the Mac was setup you had to create an administrative password.and account. Yo have to sign into that account to install apps/plug-ins like Flash. To reset that password.

What Windows OS are you using? Are you networked?
If you are networked, you have to setup your file and print sharing options in order to require password assess. If you are just trying to control specific files from being printed, you can do that, too.
If you are just trying to control the amount of printing off of a single PC with a printer, you could setup different accounts for each user and limit their access.
Some of the commercial printers can have password options, but I do not find any password options for the CM 1410, other than what I provided earlier.
If I have been helpful, a Kudo is always appreciated.

Indesign CS4 won't retain passwords for placed PDFs

Hi,
I've just upgraded to CS4 from CS2 and I'm having a problem with placed PDF files with password protection.
I wonder if anyone knows why CS4 seems unable to retain passwords for secure PDF files that I have previously placed. Every time I open a document CS4 brings up a 'PDF security password' dialog and I have to enter the password for every placed secure PDF file in the document – no matter how many times I input the passwords and save the document it still happens.
I never encountered this problem in CS2, all I used to do was place a PDF, enter the password for the secure file and then the next time I opened the document with the placed PDFs it would just open without being prompted for the passwords – CS2 just 'remembered' them or something.
There's probably a setting for this somewhere, but I can't seem to find it, so any help with this would be appreciated.

Thanks for your replies guys, I think that a little more information about what I'm doing might help you understand my situation.
I am the creator of the PDFs, which are adverts, and these are secured with only one password (for permissions) in my workflow to allow them to be proofed to the client (but to prevent them from being passed on and subsequently altered by third parties.) The adverts are subsequently placed into an InDesign document for a publication which I solely produce.
Previously, when placing these files in InDesign CS2 you only had to enter the permissions password once to place the file and from then on InDesign CS2 did not require the password to be entered again even if you closed the document and re-opened it (unless the artwork had been modified).
I've been using CS2 with this workflow for years and there's never been a problem with my PDFs – not event at the pre-press stage as I generate a high res PDF file for the entire publication and upload this to repro with whom I have a close working relationship and I'm certain that they would have informed me of any problems. Although I think that the final PDF would not be affected by passworded files?
I quite agree, I wouldn't expect someone else to place a file that required a password to do so – but that's not the case here. I'd like to understand why CS4 (and interestingly it seems CS3) doesn't retain the permissions password after it has been entered in the first instance – in the same way that CS2 did. It's inconvenient to have to enter it for each advert in the document every time I re-open it.
Yes, I could remove the security, but for me, that seems to defeat the object of being able to generate just one PDF file in the first place to use in my workflow.

Multiple Alerts for Single error in interface is a design not issue with XI

Hi,
This is constraint of alert mechanism in XI.
You get multiple alerts for single error,the reason is that since XI will try multiple times to process a failed message so each time it fails in its tries it will send an e-mail.to stop this the "Suppress multiple alert" box is checked but what it does is that it stops all the alerts of that specific rule until the first one is confirmed.Personally i myself (and other experts too) suggest to leave the box unchecked coz its better to get tons of mails for a specific error rather than not getting any e-mail and thereby wasting time in tracking/solving the issue resulting in revenue loss to client.
As per above comments is it possible to write an ABAP code so that we can stop multiple alerts to be sending to inbox. I am sure if we can delete message from some table then we can stop sending multiple messages to alert inbox and to the subsequent mail id also. I am not sure how alert being generated. I know where they get logged in this table sxmsalertlogger. If someone know how it works in background please let me know the table names.

You can personalize the way in which you receive alerts.
Simply choose Personalization to make individual settings for your alert inbox. You can determine a substitute who will then receive the alerts. In addition, you can choose whether alerts are sent to you time-independently or time-dependently. The default setting is that alerts are sent time-independently to your alert inbox and via e-mail when they occur. You can additionally select the communication methods FAX and SMS for time-independent alert notification.
If you want to receive alerts only on certain days for a certain time, simply select the option for time-dependent sending of alerts and choose Create to create a new table entry. You can then choose the corresponding factory calendar, the time interval, and communication channel. Alerts that arise during this time frame will be sent in any case to your alert inbox. If you have also selected other communication channels, the alerts are additionally sent to you using these other channels.
This above text is from SAP help, do you think by changing anything in personnalisation i can stop multiple alerts. I have some issue with Personalisation link so was wondering would be worth to get tht personalisation issue resolved.

The requested function is possible.
In the customizing of partner function, you could set the field Unique as blank. Then you could enter multiple partners for same partner function.
IMG->SD->Basic functions->Parnter determination->Partner Functions

How to set multiple senders for one account

Hi all,
I have a BIS account with my provider and a paid gmail account which collect for me mails from different address. Is it possible to set multiple senders for this account, thus it seems that I'm replying from one of these address and not only from my google address? In fact, it's important for me also that all mails come out from the same SMTP server (google).

For the BlackBerry to "send using" a specific email account, it must be set up on your BIS account as an email account, otherwise, you can send from that account.
You can do that, and then block ALL incoming emails from those accounts, and allow only incoming mail from your one Gmail account, if you desire.

You can't set a password for the Photos nor Mail apps, you can only set a passcode for your iPad as a whole (via Settings > Passcode).

To prevent others from reading your mail, don't give them access to your account. If others need to use your computer for some reason, set up personal accounts, or a guest account, and switch to it before allowing them access. This is the simplest, and most effective, method.
Email message files can be read as plain text in TextEdit or any word processor.
To protect your email messages from being viewed by others while in your account, you would have to lock the folder, putting it into an encrypted disk image that required a password to be opened and mounted. You would have to double-click on the image and give your password to mount it before launching Mail then unmount it as soon as you're done. My guess is that you could replace the ~/Library/Mail folder with an alias pointing to the folder on the disk image.
It may work, but it seems like a lot of unnecessary hassle.

I have used the below command to zip the file and it is working fine.
cd /YYYY;zip -r ZZZZ.zip ZZZZ.TXT
While using the below command to set the password on zip file , I am getting error like "zip error: Invalid command arguments (encryption not supported)
zip -P password -r ZZZZ.zip ZZZZ.TXT
Can you please help me how to set the password for zip file in UNIX.

Do you use any characters in the password that might confuse the zip command? (like '-' or ';'?)
